Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m just gonna go ahead and paste my email to chipotle hq from earlier today:
«To whom it may concern:
Hi, I made two very alarming observations while visiting this location that I personally feel need to be addressed.
Firstly, I fished a human hair out of my burrito bowl. It was about 16″ long, very course and very dark. Totally lost my appetite.
Secondly, I witnessed two employees sharpening a knife directly over a pan full of vegetables. I couldn’t help but feel uneasy watching possible steel shavings rain down onto the mound of food awaiting preparation.
I would not return to this location. Thank you for your time.»

Ughhhhh chipotle. So I love chipotle. Love it… Well I love the one near my house in Chantilly (NoVA).
This one is always slow and the service is so below par. The rice tastes bland. They run out of everything at all times. I’ve been there when they’ve ran out of both tops and bottoms for the burrito bowls. I don’t really get why you wouldn’t order a lot of items that are non perishable when you know that you’re the only chipotle option for miles? Maybe they just don’t care.
The meat is hit or miss but last time I went, the guy waited for me to ask for the steak before he asked to get it cut. Like cmon, you saw it was running low. Why wouldn’t you ask for it before? Hello common sense. Anyways, I only come here when I need my chipotle fix. But it gets really packed really fast and the food is meh. I go months without it and forget how bad it is and hope they improve each time. To my disappointment, they do not. Go here if you’re a student and have no other real choice.

Worst Chipotle… do not use the online app for orders– They can’t seem to get the orders correctly

Huge fan of Chipotle, but this one sadly survives by being the only one in town. Slow, frequently running out of ingredients. Instead of getting more, they short you. Regularly screw up online order.

They have gotten SO sloppy!!! They forget the chips, they forget whole meals for a multiple meal order! THERE WAS A HAIR IN MY BURRITO BOWL! I’m furious with this location!

They have a simple selection of the best types of mexican American style foods and is always made right in front of you for quality assurance

WORST customer service I have ever received. NEVER going back again. The staff was just standing around doing nothing. My food is cold and literally disgusting.

This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been too. They always are out of at least two ingredients/​sides. If you’re okay waiting 30 – 40 minutes, stay. If you’re not, go eat anywhere else that doesn’t serve at the pace of a snail.

Great food like every other Chipotle location. Same décor, same service, same prices. Chipotle is A-​OK and I eat there all the time.

Delicious of course. The usual guy that starts the assembly line asking what you’d like is rude and has an attitude with customers. The amount of stuff in bowl/​burrito varies with whoever is running the line. Sometime we get skimped and other times our burritos/​bowl are humungous. I wish they didn’t change their corn but it’s always delicious and clean inside.

Great food like any other chipotle. Sometimes the line gets long but the friendly workers keep it moving.

Good food. Service is lacking, but the food is worth it. Also, you can now view ingredient list on their website. The list tells which items have GMO products in them too.

This Chipotle is especially efficient and fresh– they know how to move the long lines quickly!

Always a solid choice — fresh and tasty. The barbacoa has just the right amount of heat and is great in bowls or salads. The guac is good, but I don’t usually get it because it’s a bit pricey.

Just like Chipotle’s everywhere, this one is amazing.

It’s not just Chipotle that’s awesome! This specific location is the best chipotle I’ve been too in the nation. I eat at a chipotle at-​least every alternate day if not everyday. I’ve been to chipotle in CA, PA, NY, DC and multiple cities but this one always has great service and fresh food any time of the day. One time I went in, they were out of steak so cooked it fresh for me and then the meal for my wife and I was free and they were sincerely apologetic. The crew recognizes me by face and there’s always a friendly greeting and smile from everyone.

Nothing better than Chipotle! I eat here weekly, they have the freshest food I’ve ever had. Always quick and always friendly. I have the same thing every time, boring maybe, but never disappointing. Bowl with rice, black beans, barbacoa, corn, cheese and guac. Their guac is to die for.

Hey guys, BURITTO BOWL!
Thats what I have to say first and foremost, right as I walk into the store I run straight for the front of the line thinking «BURRITO BOWL, BURRITO BOWL, BURITTO BOWL» because their rice is so awesome!
Anyways, as I was saying I walked into the store and of course I got a buritto bowl and ate it all up, but lets backtrack. We literally spent 45 minutes trying to find a parking space, we saw a few ‘open’ spaces that turned out to be motorcycles or smart cars (DAGONIT!) and we kept looking. I was about to tell my buddy (who was driving an accord with me in the passenger seat) that enough was enough, lets just go to Q’doba which is LITERALLY across the street (along with food lion, best buy, michaels, Mcdonalds etc…) but my buddy/​driver REFUSED!
So, anyways were driving around looking for a parking space (like come on, the parking lot is so small there are 10 spaces I counted!) and finally someone came out and spent another 10 minutes turning the radio on as we waited (by this time its 9 PM and we havent eaten all day we were so hungry) and we parked. God we parked.
I sprinted into the place and got a burrito bowl, only odd thing was when I asked for all of the salsas the lady looked at me and put them on. Then she put on corn and sour cream and lettuce.
Okay lets get the run down — Rice, Pinto Beans Chicken, Veggies, Cheese Lettuce Sour Cream Corn all Salsas but the GUAC IS SO DARN EXPENSIVE I ALMOST POOPED MYSELF.
Other than that, I had a good experience, (JUST WALK NEXT TIME!)

You can’t beat this place. Hands down, this place beats Qdoba and Pancheros out of the butt. It is the same generic price as everywhere and the generic food items, but its just delicious. I would just wish they would give more free coupons out or have more events for ½ price burritos, etc.
