Only one complaint about this restaurant. My wife and I got a gift card to Chilis so we stopped at this location for dinner. It was very good and our server was great. We left content and full. The only thing is that the restaurant was not very busy, but we had to wait for a few minutes to be greeted and sat by a hostess. Overall it was a good experience.

While in town we noticed a high rating for this Chili’s and thought we’d give it a try. It’s not outer usual fare. The Chili’s itself was the same as any, except quicker. The outstanding part of this experience was the service. I’ve never had service at a Chili’s this great. I ordered the chips and salsa and it came out quick. I ordered the endless enchiladas, green chili chicken, and they came out quickly and hot. Our server, Brendan, was there when needed, but in no way intrusive. He was on his game. There with refills of salsa, drinks, and when time came another order of enchiladas. Chili’s, please take note, if you want great service use this sever as a trainer for new hires. He was pleasant and hard working. Thanks again!

Upon arriving into Harrisonburg, we decided to try Chili’s for lunch. Nachos appetizer with beef and guacamole was great. The honey Chipotle crispers were ok. I think they needed a bit more breading or additional frying time as it was a bit soft. My husband had the cheese bits that were good and the Margherita Flatbread which was good. Overall good experience.

Had one of the most relaxed dinners’ here on our way back from the water park. Service was better than alot of upscale restaurants, our server Cassandra to the Management were all extremely attentive and warm. Everything we ordered was great to taste. I haven’t been to a restaurant in a while where both service and food have been a 10 on 10.

On vacation with my family and we needed somewhere to eat and watch Monday night football. We came in and was seated right away. Placed our food orders… But our daughters meal came out wrong… We didn’t send it back because she was very hungry and decided to eat it anyway… Food came out promptly.

I personally love this chain and the food that they offer. Me and my boyfriend always get the 2 for $ 20 because it has a lot of different options to chose from and you get an appetizer with it. They usually keep it towards the back of the menu. Whenever we go, lunch or dinner/​day or night, it is always dead with no wait. I am not sure why it is dead because the food and service is always consistently wonderful. I go here at least once a month. The chips and salsa are to die for! This football season they are giving away jerseys on Monday nights at half time as well.

The most important thing when it comes to eating out is service, and this place delivers! I had an issue with my meal that was handled in a very kind, generous and professional way. From the server to the manager I felt like they really cared about my experience. The food was typical of any Chills restaurant, but the service absolutely sets it apart.

Barffffff. Everytime we go here I am disappointed. I ordered steak medium well last time I was there, sent it back 3 times because it was basically purple it was so underdone. The MANAGER comes over to the table «apologizes» for the undercooked meat then asks if I want to box it up and maybe cook it at home to my liking. I’m not a picky person or a food snob but med well and med rare are completely different temperatures. This place sucks every single time I’ve been. It’s a chain restaurant how can it fluctuate so much between visits.

Chili’s can either be hit or miss depending on what restaurant you hit. I’ve had terrible experiences at some, however this was a great night out with the family.
We were seated very quickly, and our waitress took our drink orders immediately. Super psyched to see Sam Adams draft available! We skipped the appetizers, and everyone went with sandwiches, burgers, and wings. We didn’t have to wait long before our food arrived, and it looked, smelled, and tasted great.
Every plate around the table was cleared by the end of our meal, and it went great with a couple of draft beers. Service was outstanding, and we enjoyed the cool wireless device allowing you to pay at your table. Kind of a bummer that happy hour only applied to drinks purchased at the bar, but we still had a great time. One of the finest Chili’s I’ve visited– nicely done!

As someone who usually dislikes chain restaurants, Chili’s is the only exception. Their food is usually very flavorful. Try their Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers.
