Horrible service, horrible listener and horrible waiting time. Two cars behind me already got order before us and forced us to park in somewhere. No management either.
Took our order (IN TEXT!!!) wrong.
EDIT: took our second order wrong AGAIN.
EDIT: employees there are definitely bunch of potheads who smoke on the job.

Horrible customer service the guy sounded like he hated his job and his life at the drive thru! Then on top of that they didn’t tell us there was no syrup available to go with our french toast until we turned around to ask for some like what the. seriously…that is something you need to disclose to the customers when they order… then we asked for refund guy comes out gives us $ 5 no receipt… the meals were $ 4.19 each… we returned 2. So we had to go in and ask for a receipt which we still never got and they handed us $ 4 more… never ever again!

Congratulations. Your food is as delicious as your employees are incompetent.
Our orders are usually wrong, the employees usually seem stoned, the slushies and milkshakes are delicious, and if we have to repeat our order less than 3 times it’s an accomplishment worthy of a Pulitzer.

This is my favorite sonic. I come here for the limeades and the workers here are fast and super friendly. excellent service.

I came here to try the new product. The service person asked me to repeat my order… So after placing my order TWICE they still got it wrong. Do not waste your time coming here.

I have been here 3 times this month. They say 3^rd time is a charm. I am done with this place! To get a corn dog and soda took 20 minutes and it was raw. Waited 25 minutes for a shake and tonite no customers and waited 20 minutes for a shake. Customer service is horrific! And the food is horrible!

First time at sonic, :) the shake and burgers were delicious. The guy who took our order was really nice, he was very helpful cause it was our first time we didn’t really know what to do after ordering whether to stay in the car, or go to the drive thru we were all confuse but he explained it all LOL, I kinda felt stupid afterwards. But overall Good customer service! Now I would come back for more of those shakes really yummy it satisfies my cravings for sweets

I’m giving the Hanford Sonic 2 stars. I’ve been to other Sonics and not had some of the following issues, so it could be exclusive to this location.
Let me start with how thrashed the place is. Signs are busted up, half the atms at the stalls don’t work. How is this allowed to stand? The one thing I expect from a chain fast food place is for them to have their crap together.
The food at this location is so so. I find the popcorn chicken to be dry. I love the tots, and I really love the sweet potato tots (when they have them). Hot dogs are fine, as are the burgers.
I think the biggest thing that irks me about the Hanford Sonic is the lack of garnish. Every other Sonic I have ever visited puts garnish in the drinks: cherries, lemon slices, lime wedges. For whatever drink you order, there is always garnish. Not in Hanford. Apparently 95% of the time, us poor suckers in Hanford are not worthy of the garnish that all the other cities get to enjoy. I figure the 2 times I have ever seen garnish meant there was some bigwig on sight. Well, I hope you Sonic big wigs are reading this now: when you’re not there, there are no garnish in the drinks. And that ticks me off.
Now, I have to address this whipped topping that Sonic feels the need to use because the milkshakes were too good and they needed to find a way to offset all that goodness. That oily whipped crap is nasty and literally makes my stomach heave. I scoop it off, that’s how disgusting it is. Stop using it and get some real whipped cream.
I’ll close by saying Happy Hour and Half Priced Milkshakes are the 2 things Sonic had going for it. If not for those, this would be a 1 star review. Milkshakes and all the flavor combos are awesome, but the issues I’ve brought up are serious enough for me to warrant only giving 2 stars. I hope some improvements are made because I think Hanford deserves a nice Sonic. Not a busted up one that doesn’t hold to the same standards as others in the chain.

I love the ocean water! I have never had a problem with the service but I only do the drive thru. I hate the exit though especially during lunch!

Came back after a little break. The food had gotten REALLY bad so I kind of stopped going.
I wish that I would have kept driving. I came here the other day and ordered a Deluxe hamburger, tots and drink. The only good thing about my order was the price… it was happy hour for the soft drink and my order for those 3 things only came to $ 3 and change.
The burger was HORRIBLE!!! It tasted super oily and had remnants of other food items from the grill on it.
They are extremely rude in the drive-​thru. It makes it hard to kind of plan your order since they took one of the menus down and now there is only one when you pull up to place your order.
I will most likely not be coming back here

Been here twice in a matter of two weeks and both times the employees were less than friendly. Food was good however you must make it past the rude employees to get it.

Stopped here with my wife on a road trip. She was craving hot dogs so we made the diversion to come to sonic off of the 41. I was extremely disappointed. Like other reviews, food came out cold. Both of our hotdogs tasted like shit! The only thing that tasted good was the soda I ordered. What a disappointment. I normally like sonic, I thought this one was going to be good. Never will I ever come back here again. Stay away.

This has got to be the worst fast food eatery in this area. I cant see HOW they remain in business. I have been here three times. On every occasion, my food has been cold, too salty or just UGH… The last straw was the shake I ordered. The shake looks great on the menu, what did I get, literally half a scoop of ice cream topped with whipped cream (LOADS OF IT) to make it seem like the shake covered the entire cup. It was NASTY. The food here is absolutely disgusting and it seems there is only one person working there at a time.

I like Sonic’s, but unfortunately not this particularly. In and Out took their customers, but doesn’t mean you stop serving people who still come here. The service is terribly slow and the food comes out cold. I think there is one person working here at a time. This is not how you Sonic. :(

I keep looking for one that has that southern feel, its just normal. For some reason the ones in the south are way better!

Pay with cash, not with your debit/​credit card.
I stopped by here the another night (8÷19÷2012) to buy drinks with my boyfriend and sister in tow. I ordered, and was waiting in line behind another car. The man who was working the cash register brought out my drinks and took my card to pay. After the car in front of me left, I pulled up to the window to get my card. He handed my card back to me only to ask for it again, saying that the «payment didn’t go through.» I didn’t think much of it until I checked my bank statement online. I saw that he had charged me twice, each a different amount. I don’t know if it was an accident or not, but I’d rather be safe than sorry and pay with cash from now on.

Costco hot dogs are far better! Dont know what all the fuss is about? Won’t be eating@this place again.
Horrible! I’ve been hearing about sonic for a while now and recently got to finally experience it, and man i wasn’t missing out. I was very disappointed, i recommend buying a pack of hot dogs and buns from your local grocery store, instead of eating here.

I’m really not a fan of the food here, although I enjoy the fact that they have tater tots. The drinks can be pretty inconsistent, when I used to get the slushes during happy hour. Now, I pretty much stick to cherry limeade.
