I know this is just McDonald’s, but wow was this a horrible experience. After waiting 10 minutes for my two egg McMuffins, I got two sausage muffins. Not a big deal had I not twice, clearly said«NOT the sausage ones.» Then, I waited 15, yes 15 minutes before I went up to ask about my two replacement sandwiches. That is 25 minutes now. I was within view(standing) of the cashiers and manager who heard I needed the order fixed while I was at the counter. I know I could have asked earlier, but at this point I wanted to see how long it could take. When I did go up, they threw two sandwiches in a bag in front of me without saying a word. Let me be clear, I never once got angry or even sounded upset. Geez!

It’s McDonald’s they are all the same if they become different they are whipped back into the corporate mold. McDonald’s strives for average anything better is rewarded with a change so that this McDonald’s is the same as the one 1 Mile or 1000 Miles away. With that said, we had breakfast and it tasted like it should, it took a reasonable amount of time to arrive and the people were happy and friendly, nothing more and nothing less.
