It was delicious! Very happy they have a buffet. I only took one star away because the mint chutney isn’t as good as I’m use to. The service was phenomenal. Very attentive staff.

We ordered vegetable samosas, vegetable pakoras, chicken tikka masala, chicken saag, and lamb vindaloo. All medium spicy, all very good. We will definitely return!

The staff was all very sweet and professional. I loved that they were about our opinion and made sure we were comfortable! The food was pretty good for my very first all you can eat Indian buffet! I heard that dinner is better than lunch since food is prepared more to your taste, and it isn’t all you can’t eat, verses the lunch buffet just had the basic foods that most people order! I definitely need to come back for dinner! Over all it was a good experience and great price for all you can eat lunch!

Finally! Some great Indian food without having to drive to downtown Dallas! We had an app sampler, saag paneer, and chicken tikka masala, kind of our easy test menu for a new Indian place. Exactly what we were looking for. Easily best indian food within 20+ miles. Can’t wait to bring some friends and try the buffet. Even our 2 year old loved the food. Go try it out you will want to spread the word, they are pretty new only been there for about 3 months. I expect the place to be full soon!

Very clean. The owner is talkative and willing to tell you all about the good has great recommendations. I had never had madras before but it was delicious. Mango lossi was phenomenal and the garlic naan hit the spot.

Wonderful food! We are so very happy that they opened a Indian restaurant close to us ! The owner is so sweet! It still looks like a Japanese place on the inside but I am sure they will update it soon! The table settings were so nice and pretty! They did not have our favorite vegetable rice with spices but hopefully they will soon! The mango dessert was the best we have ever had!

These guys are great! The food is very delicious and very authentic. The masala is smooth and creamy, and the spices are rich. The chutney and sweet sauces on the side make a nice addition to your samosa or main entrée. Service was quick and the staff is very friendly and talks to you like a friend or family member. I’m so glad these guys are in Haltom City. Finally a good Indian place that is close to where I live. :)

I Love Indian food and been an avid food blogger so obviously know what I am talking Pros: Location as there are no Indian restaurants near this area, food is about average, location and service is decent, owner is friendly and courteous, decent food options Cons: This is not Indian. its way tonned down… I understand it needs to cater to a large audience but when you tone it down way to much you lose the whole purpose of being unique in taste, little pricey compared to other option in irving

Finally! Local India food close to us and yummy! We have been looking for a good local Indian restaurant and the closest one was over 45 minutes away. Butter chicken — delicious. Naan — perfect. Tandoori chicken was one of the best I’ve tasted. We will definitely be back. We had dinner but they do also have a life ch buffet. Will try that next.

This restaurant food is complete waste, lassi was like sweet butter milk, gobhi Manchurian was horrible. All curry was sweet and goat curry has all bones only no meet. I am giving two star as hospitality was good and they greeted us well. However service time was very long.

saw on Unilocal that there is a new Indian place close to my house. And I have to say I am very happy I checked it out. Family owned restaurant… very friendly and helpful and happy to explain items on the menu. Chicken Marsala was so good… naan bread was also one of the best I had ever. it is a pretty big place(former Chinese Buffet) and they just opened a month ago or so… so decoration is not that great… but i never care for that much anyway. I hope they get lots of people to check it out. love to see family owned restaurants who takes pride in their food.

My husband, our son and myself stopped in here for dinner one night. We used to come here fairly often when it was a Chinese buffet. We were pleasantly surprised to see it turn into an Indian place, however. I had lamb, and my husband had goat curry and we both really enjoyed our dishes. The staff was lovely and friendly. We plan to go again soon!

Indian Kitchen serves the best Indian cuisine I have EVER had in my entire life! The staff really goes out of their way to make sure everything is to your satisfaction! They are professional, kind, and courteous! And happy to answer any questions about the food. Everything is homemade and served fresh daily! When I’m here I don’t feel like I’m «at a restaurant». I feel like I’m dining in someone’s home! This is the new business lunch or dinner date spot! Thanks to ALL the staff at Indian Kitchen!!!

I was excited to see an Indian restaurant outside of Irving, so I didn’t hesitate to stop in when I found myself in this part of town. I have to say, the staff and manager were extremely kind and friendly, the restaurant was spotless, and the place is spacious and nice. I really hope they do well, but the food was just so indifferent and bland. I eat a *lot* of Indian food, it’s one of my favorite cuisines. I don’t know if they were trying to tone things down for an «American» audience, but only one of the dishes on the lunch buffet had any heat and none had that wonderful combination of spices that I love about Indian food. Another reviewer mentioned that several of the chicken items tasted like they had been cooked the day before and reheated, and I would have to agree. I had a small bite of almost everything on the buffet and nothing was remarkable in terms of flavor. The best thing they had was the sambar, and you can only eat so much of that. As I said, the space is nice and the staff is super-friendly and kind. If they could just get a better chef and go for more authentic flavors, I think this could be a really great place. I really wish them the best.

Pretty good chicken tikka masala! I ordered mine mild, and it was enough to feed two people. The naan-bread is also very good. I think you will get your best value if you go for the lunch buffet. I am hoping to try it out again sometime for lunch

I visited this place twice. Once for lunch buffet and second time during late evening over the weekend. Initially I was very happy we didn’t have Indian restaurant in the neighborhood. No need to drive 25 – 30 miles all the way to Irving for best Indian food. But after trying their food twice I will say it is worth driving that far. Lets start the review. Lunch buffet had decent variety. 4 – 5 non-veg, 3 – 4 veg curries and three desert. Naan comes on the table. During both visit only 2 – 3 tables were occupied rest whole place was empty. Not sure if I was there at wrong time or same happens always. Most of the dishes were below average in taste. I am regular Indian food eater so not sure about rest. Some dishes felt like leftover. Both times experience didn’t go any better. Name of desert there were 3 items. Carrot Halwa, Mango Custard, Rice pudding(Kheer). Carror Halwa was good. Rest things were just ok. Only Indian restaurant nearby so it can pull the crowd few times but it won’t go long. At least I won’t visit :-) Price was little expensive compare to other Indian restaurant. **Place call themselves Indo-Chinese. I will say they should have hired Indian cook to make perfect Indian dish. Instead place is now not perfect Indian can’t say anything about Chinese.
