First visit, clean, great front service. Buying dinner for a friend everything looked great and fresh. I’ll be back next time for me.

I always love going there but lately they’ve been burning the food a lot. They have good customer service. And lines are always long but the food is so good! Dang those Cinnabon’s!

I haven’t had a sandwich from Schlotzskys in a long time. Went through the drive thru today around noon and received quick service. The turkey, bacon club sandwich was really good because the smoked turkey blended well with the tomato, lettuce, bacon and bread. Also had a slice of the Pepperoni pizza and that had a pretty good crust but was just a tad salty. Overall the pizza was pretty good for a drive thru pizza order. The cashier was friendly and added a smile to the beautiful lazy day I was having.

Just like all the others. Good sandwiches.

In this day and age, there are many sandwich shops to choose from. I realize this. However, when I arrived at the office today, one of my lovely coworkers had her mind set on the schlotzky’s original sandwich. So I drove to almost the curve of the earth also known as 820 to retrieve these sandwiches. I also had a rider along to hold the bag, and provide absolutely no navigational value. She said, I don’t know where it is, even though she has lived in Fort Worth her entire life.
We arrived at the Schlotzkys, but since we were picking up several sandwiches, we did the drive through. We spoke to the best drive thru person EVER. We later found out her name was Ruthie. Ruthie repeated my order to me, was pleasant and spoke the King’s English so I could totally understand her. We pull around and our order was quick and correct.
I will certainly go back to this location due to the fabulous customer service.
