Love this place, fast and easy and the food has always been good. You can customize your pasta any way you like.

Waste of time– ½ hour no food, we asked for an explanation and nada response from teeny cashier or alleged manager. Many who came in after us were eating. Manager was near mute and couldn’t seem to answer why our food vanished or apologize. Nor did he even find our food or offer to prepare. When I asked for a refund he couldn’t seem to do math to figure 1.89×2 for drinks to be added to the food cost he refunded. Sad. This place is just more corporate crap Hagerstown needs. If I were you I’d find another place. Bottom line this place is likely losing money Bc of incompetent staff members. Do yourself a favor skip it. Update* we gave it a second chance, post writing a letter to corporate they called and apologized. This visit was just fine. No long wait– our food arrived with a smile.

Not a great experience for our first try. Even trying to figure out which of the 3 trick doors got you into the serving line was a hassle, for us and for others we saw trying to get inside. There’s only 1 menu board and it’s just inside the door for the serving line. So, there we were with 2 other families, all trying to be polite while squinting and trying to sort out the somewhat confusing menu in a very cramped and poorly-designed space. We thought they had take-out menus at the counter so we grabbed those, but they just turned out to be brag-pamphlets. One family of 3 got their order in just before us. They were served in about 10 minutes. Our order took over 20 minutes and we were next to be served after them. Meanwhile, while we waited we resorted to old-fashioned talking with each other — or at least we tried, the music was so loud and there’s no ceiling, just trendy industrial overhead and the echo was ridiculous to the point of being painful. The noodles were all clumped in a wad, usually a sign of over-cooking. Shrimp? How about a shrimpy serving of some small shrimp? The flavors seemed good in our noodle dishes, to the point where the Thai bowl was startlingly traditional Thai hot-pepper! The tofu was pretty decent, marinated and fried in chunks cut in half, which are more edible than square dice-chunks. The soups and salads were okay, but ridiculously small for the price. The Thai Basil soup was extremely sweet, even more so than the traditional Thai version. They do have a small selection of bottled craft beers and wines(Dogfish Head 90 for instance). Parking is ridiculously cramped and the parking lot is laid out in a mess. Even trying to figure out how to get into the place from the Valley Mall took some real twists and turns and probably incorrect turns at that. This location used to be a Shoney’s and the parking was never a problem. Adding an oversized drive-thru lane for the adjoining Starbucks sure took away much of the available parking. We’ll give it one more try but we don’t expect any better. I’m hoping to try the Thai Hot Pot so we’ll see.

Many fast vegan options. I love that yummy vegan food is making its way to the marketplace.

Friday night in Hagerstown– my daughter and I are exhausted and hungry. This restaurant is within walking distance of our hotel so we thought we’d give it a try. The service is friendly & quick. I got the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese with grilled chicken! It’s the perfect comfort food after a long day! My daughter got rice noodles and the chicken dumplings– she likes both’ a win-win for our family!

Not bad at all. Nice selection to choose. From Vegan to the meat lover. Tasty and healthy. You order they bring the food to you. Must try.

I was very happy when Noodles & Co. opened in Hagerstown. I first tried this chain in Colorado and really like the concept-it’s very different from other chain restaurants. I went for lunch and got the Thai Hot Pot. Lots of meat, lots of veggies, very colorful and very flavorful with the right amount of spice. I do wish the establishment was bigger-The seating is a bit cramped. It wasn’t too crowded when I was there for lunch. I can’t imagine what it would be like during a busy period.

I came here when it first opened, and was excited to try it after much speculation of what it would offer. I ordered of course, a pasta dish, and seeing that it’s been months since I’ve been there, I can’t remember which pasta dish I ordered. It’s that forgettable. The service was decent and our food arrived semi quickly but there is no flavor and no standout reason why you’d come here. It’s packaged food slopped together on a plate. There’s no artistry or passion for good food here. Just formulaic money making garbage.

Last review I did stated how bad their servers were but they really stepped up their game today! We were very kindly greeted by a bearded red head gentleman who was sweet and courteous!

The concept is great, but the delivery is average. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. We got Potstickers the Indonesian Peanut Sauté w/pork, Steak Stroganoff and the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. In addition we also got side salads. Below, I will rate them individually. –Potstickers 5⁄5: Awesome and highly recommended. –Indonesian Peanut Sauté 3⁄5: Good, but not the best. I would not order this dish again. The pork was 50% fat, so it was a waste of money even adding it. –Steak Stroganoff 5⁄5: By far the best dish of the night. It was very flavorful and filing. The steak was a bit chewy, but what do you expect at this price. –Wisconsin Mac & Cheese 3⁄5: I’ve had better from the freezer isle at the grocery store. It was almost flavorless and was disappointing. –Side Salads 5⁄5: It’s a salad.

Ate there twice. First time I woke up the next morning with a stomach ache. Thought maybe it was just me. A few weeks later I ate there, ordered the same meal, Steak Stroganoff. Sick on my stomach again. 2nd time the steak kind of tasted like it had sat out too long. Won’t be going back.

Food is very tasty. They’re still learning about waiting tables it seems though lol some of the girls do a poor job of cleaning up. What’s really frustrating is how slow they are at wiping your table while you’re standing there waiting. It takes all I have not to grab it from them an show them how to wipe it quickly and effectively in three swipes! Food is not always hot enough. But then again noodles cool down fast.

Very disappointing experience. 52 minute wait time and still not served. We asked for a refund. The manager seemed overwhelmed. I’m compassionate. But all those who came after us were served reasonably quick. No explanation no apology. So I won’t be back

Had dinner here for my first Noodles & Company experience and I was very disappointed. They’re a bit on the pricey side(more than Panera, for sure). I had to wait for 25 minutes for my food to come out. My food was unevenly cooked — the noodles ranged from undercooked to lukewarm. Even if it had been thoroughly cooked, the taste wasn’t that remarkable. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.
