The Flame Broiler

I like the food at this place and they’re prices are reasonable, however they’re service needs improvement, they to about 10 minutes to give me a chicken bowl I ordered. While I saw the people working there were joking around and other checking her phone. I’d recommend going when you have enough free time on your hands.

Love the food its absolutely delicious. The only downfall to this establishment is the puny attitude ridden wanna be justin beiber looking cashier who’s name I would have been able to read if the he was wearing a name tag. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. Not to mention this place wreaks like cigarettes.

They take phone orders and super nice workers always! Food is always cooked great here!

The one thing that I missed about moving away from San Diego and going up to NorCal was that I didn’t have my super healthy Flame Broiler option anymore. So it’s pretty nice to know that it’s pretty much around the corner back home.
Pretty much, if you want something super healthy and low on calories, just get the chicken bowl with brown rice. Add some extra green onions if you want. Thank me later!

Had this for lunch, trying to be healthier.
Got the Chicken & Veggie Normal Bowl with brown rice and green onions. I always mix in some teriyaki and hot sauce. It’s a decent meal, and very filling — I can’t even finish the whole bowl for ~6.80 tax inclusive.
Service alright, and it’s right next to a 168 market/​chase so convenient to my needs.
It has its appeal.

It is as good as any of them around. It is a good place to get a basic lunch. The price is fair and I have never had a bad meal here.

I always go to this location whenever I’m feeling hungry and want something that’s relatively fresh and healthy. You can’t go wrong with a chicken bowl with brown rice and green onions! Also don’t forget the sauces that they provide to get that extra kick! Flame broiler often gets compared to Waba grill and I have to say that they are almost identical though I prefer Flame Broiler since there is more locations and the prices are cheaper.
This particular one is located in a busy shopping plaza with various restaurants and stores. Parking shouldn’t be a problem usually but sometimes you may have to park further than you’d like. The menu is fairly straight forward. There are only two options of protein: chicken or beef. You can either get a mini-​bowl, regular bowl or a plate. For someone like myself who has a fairly hearty appetite I find that the regular bowl is enough to get me full.
There is ample seating inside of the restaurant but I always order mine to go since I live 5 min away. The food usually comes out quick but they still make it to order. I think the meat is all pre-​cooked and they use the grill to heat it to finish cooking it. If you are looking for a healthier option of fast food look no further than Flame Broiler! I would eat here every day if I could and never get tired of it!

I use to love coming to Flame Broiler not so much now. The way they cut the beef, marinate and even cook has changed for the worst. see the picture all the fat on the chicken and beef.

Love this place! Employees are amazing and friendly. I go out of my way, the extra mile to eat at this particular flame broiler. Good is always fresh and yummy!

the beef quality has really gone down, i think they must have switched to a lower grade meat.
if you go get chicken or the rib plate and stay away from the beef.

My husband and I both got food poisoning after we ate their food! We’re having major fever as well! BOOOOOO!!! You guys suck!

This is my first time at this place I gotta say the service was really good the cashier help me pick out a beef bowel. I can’t believe how fresh and yummy everything is it was so healthy. And they have white rice and brown rice which is really cool. Something about their meat just tastes really really good. This place is really pretty pricey but it’s worth it. This place is located In a pretty safe clean area. Its an Asian community everyone drives nice cars. :)

Im a regular here! Ive been to allot of the other FB and this is the best the others dont taste as good!!!

My grandma loves this place and my wife and I enjoy the option of brown rice as most places don’t offer that option. Chicken is decent, teriyaki sauce is good, price is fair, and service is pretty darn quick

I’m here to complain about the sexual predators in the back preparing the food! WTH? Whenever a lady would walk in these guys in the back huddle and stare like they’re undressing her. I’m a man, husband, and father of a teenage girl and I would be vaulting the counter to give the PERV an ‘everything fist’. The place lacks a manager/​leader to keep things under control.

I’m a light eater so I ordered the «mini» chicken and veggie bowl and didn’t realize that it was more expensive than the regular because it comes with a drink!!! I thought it was stupid that they didn’t call it a meal, anyway I just gave the drink to my husband. I like the food, I think it’s a step up from Yoshinoya and has more of a Korean flavor. The chicken is tasty and the veggies are crisp. The staff here definitely needs work on their manners and people skills. The guy behind the cash register seemed like he wanted to be anywhere else but there! The cooks kept leering and making goo goo eyes at all the girls… very creepy. Like Yoshinoya, I get a carving for this but after I eat it, I’m good for several months.
