Stale pretzel + over powdered with garlic + cold cheese + soda that’s all carbonation + un-happy worker= I’ll never return I should have believed the horrible reviews I read because, this place is atrocious to say the least. I know, I know, and I know the reason to read Unilocal reviews are so, one can benifet from them(pending They’re honest). I didn’t listen so, it’s my fault! The cashier greeted me by saying yeah! No hello, no hi how you doing, or how can I help you… really. I don’t even know what to say to such ah I don’t care attitude! I ordered a garlic pretzel figuring it would be fresh but that was my second mistake(first being not listing to the reviews). It was stale maybe from sitting in that oven display. Not realizing they gobbed so much powder on it that, when I tore a piece off, all that powered fell all over me… really! Eff. To be fair maybe they put a lot of garlic seasoning because, there so many complaints that they don’t put enough! There should be a warning sign to wear a plastic jacket and hat, like they do on Nickelodeon! Then I dipped the powder mess into the cheese I paid for an it was cold… who the hell serves cold cheese? I was done after that so, I said well at least I have my soda WRONG… The darn soda was all carbonation REALLYDAMN! I’m serious, I never complain but this was an is, just ridiculous! They need to retrain these workers in the pretzel culinary arts and customer service quick. I never thought I would give a place a zero however, that’s exactly what they earned. Unilocal needs to add no stars option. I got so pissed off I didn’t even take any photos. An experience and memory I just sooner forget. Not recommended or maybe, I was just the unlucky one. That Wetzel’s pretzels down stairs maybe is better but I ain’t gonna try them either. I’ll stick to the rubber ones they make inside AMC theatres. I like throwing them against the wall and having them bounce back to me. TIP: go buy a candy Apple

If I could give this awful place 0 stars, by all means I would. I was with a group of hungry friends so we all decided to stop by for a snack. The first friend to order ordered the cinnamon nuggets. When she got it, there were mountains of sugar, when she picked one up from the cup, it left imprints like how snow would. There was way too much of it. Wouldn’t suggest this because it would put those with high cholesterol and those with diabetes at high risk. It wasn’t worth the high price either. One of my other close friends decided to purchase an original pretzel with cream cheese. It truly puts me to wonder how a worker can confuse cream cheese with«white cheese.» I didn’t understand because white cheese is like regular sliced cheese as says in the name, «white cheese.» The worst part was he had said it to her with attitude. His lack of knowledge and common sense confused us because we were all next to each other. She wouldn’t have minded as much if he had just asked nicely. Also to add, he had also rolled his eyes when she corrected him kindly. Now comes to my order, which was the worst situation out of all of ours. Although mine was the simplest order, they made it the most complicated. All I had ordered was strawberry lemonade mixed with Sprite. The guy left before I got the chance to complete my order. I thought he had heard me but obviously in the flaws that I was simply able to depict out from my drink, he didn’t fulfill my request of including Sprite. I am a shy person but my friends convinced me to ask for the right order. This time, a lady was there. She fixed my order with attitude. She didn’t say anything at all nor apologize. It was her body language that we sensed. She remade my drink without care either. Then when she handed it to me, she slid it across the counter without even looking at me and yelled, «NEXT!» before I got to get my drink. If I didn’t catch it, it would have fell down onto the floor. Overall, it was a very bad experience for us. We didn’t give them any attitude. However, we think their attitude was caused by the fact that we are teenage girls. Then we looked on the reviews at Unilocal and clearly realized it wasn’t the reason. However as teenage girls, we expect and deserve to be treated as every other customer does. We all really wouldn’t suggest going here if you are in the mood for pretzels, we’d suggest going somewhere else for better quality, reasonable price, and better customer service. We also suggest they improve their social skills. If they did, then they would most likely have double the business they have today. And if not, for the sake of the reputation of Auntie Anne’s, the employees should get another job that doesn’t involve interaction with humans.

Watched a movie then headed to Auntie Anne’s for a pretzel. I bought 2 signature pretzels. 1 Cinnamon &1 sour cream. My brother had trouble eating parts of his, because it was on the harder side. Mine as well. They had their pretzels stacked & ready to go. A lot of them, which means it was sitting there for a while. The person who rang us up had a little bit of an attitude when I kindly asked for a cup of water. I’m big on customer service. So from that to the not so fresh pretzels = 2 stars.

All I can say about this store is just pretty depressing. I even had a feeling before I paid that the worker there hated what he was doing. The mini pretzels in a cup I ordered was around $ 5 and it was very salty and oily. I do no recommend you ordering this because if you have high cholesterol, it may give you a heart attack. I’m not sure how their bigger pretzels taste like, but if it’s the same as the pretzel bites then do not buy. Spend a couple of dollars more and get yourself a real snack.

I just visited the location and asked for the employee lemonade discount. He guy asked me where I worked and if I was working today. Of course I told him where I work and that I am just about to clock in. He fought me on the fact that I worked at the mall. Over a damn lemonade. I don’t think it’s good business turning away service. I really don’t think it costs 1.25 to even make the lemonade. I also a frequent customer. It’s really changed my view of the place. Really disappointing.

I don’t understand why they have such low reviews. All locations I’ve been to are really good. I went to this one on February 4th and they were selling $ 0.99 pretzels. Apparently only this location does it so look out for that deal. My favorite pretzel is the almond one.

The quality at this location is so bad. Shared an almond and jalapeño pretzel. Both were a disappointment. For starter, the pretzels were not soft and warm, like they had been sitting around for a while. Probably because traffic was slow and they were not selling very fast. The jalapeño one was overly salted and all I could taste was the large pieces of salt. The bottom of the almond one was burned and I could taste the bitterness from the burnt pieces. If you want a pretzel, go to a different location.

If I could give no stars, I would. The pretzels at Auntie Anne’s are always good but this location is horrible. The customer service is appalling. First, my mother was ordering and she was very clear. The cashier then asked another person to take over our order, thus messing it up. After repeating ourselves a couple of times, they still proceeded to get our order wrong. The cashier then developed an attitude and even made a snark comment before he walked away from the register. The«manager» or person in charge gave as much attitude. Needless to say, we are never going back to that location. I understand the food industry. I use to work in it. I know that customers can be demanding and frustrating and sometimes straight out rude. As much as I hate it, the customer is always right. I usually side with those working in the food industry but the attitudes of the workers here was horrible and it saddens me that the management does nothing to fix this kind of behavior.

Worst service ever from the manager on duty Amy. She argued that the coupon I had was for lemonade only not a soda. When I pointed out to her that it did not specify what type of drink she laughed and said on my gosh it’s just a dollar but if you need to save a dollar I will give it to you. They all then started talking in Spanish and one stuck her tongue out at my daughter. What a joke!

OKAY, So After my visit today I felt I needed to update my previous 3-star review. the Rudest employee ever was working the register, his name?: JESSE I showed him my badge to get my discount, and he goes… «Where do u work?»(might I add, he said it in a tone as if he didn’t believe me!) «Well your not working today.»(AS if he knew my schedule) I look 2 him, and tell him I was in fact working, BUT I’m on my BREAK! and he smiles to himself as if it made his day to piss me off. –5STARS!!! Rude bastard! if you hate your job LEAVE! i reallly reallly dislike the fact employees think they own the place and that the discount is coming out of their paycheck! at times the pretzels arent even fresh!

I love Auntie Anne’s. GOOD: This one is close to the food court. Not halfway on the other side of the mall. BAD: But this place there is no smile with the service. They charge $ 5 for two pretzels, where the one in Brea is 2 for $ 4. This place never gets the lemonade icee mixer right. Honestly, I like the free samples, just for the sake of free food. FAV: Two original pretzels Lemonade Mixer $ 7.99 1-star: I’ve had hemorrhoids more pleasant than this. 2-star: I would rather avoid this place. 3-star: On par with other similar establishments. 4-star: Will return as often as possible. 5-star: I refuse to find a better place.

Don’t get me wrong, but I love this place a lot. The pretzels are delicious and flavorful compared to their competitors. The cinnamon and almond flavor are my favorite. The reason why they received one star is because of their service. Every Unilocaler here is somewhat correct about how they don’t smile. I felt a bit of a hostility between the cashier and the manager. I just wanted my ICEE that day(watery). But the manager kind of yelled at her in front of everyone because she did not completely close the ICEE handle. Talk about unprofessional and awkward… I feel so sorry for the cashier, time to find another job? I definitely wouldn’t recommend coming to this Auntie Anne’s. **The new Hershey’s dip for the pretzels really don’t mix together… Let’s stick with chocolate milk or smores…

If I could give this place a zero I would. If u want RUDE service this is the place to go. Too bad… The pretzels are really good but it’s not worth it because of the rude horrible workers. They don’t accept credit cards btw! i called the manager to complain but she didn’t care. these people LOVE their rudeness. probably one of the worst customer service around. hope they all get replaced by decent people. i like auntie anne’s and plan to complain to a higher power because they don’t deserve such horrible people representing them.

absolutely horrible!!! the empolyees are RUDERUDERUDE mexicans who have HATE sprinkled in all they do. i’ve complained to management about this place and they have done nothing to change or improve. the pretzels are pretty good but the employees DONOTDESERVE anyone’s service. this is the place to go if you want rude mexicans with absolutely no desire to do their jobs to give you mean service and scary looks. they will not smile or greet you no matter how nice(you the customer) are to them. i’ve tried… they DONOTLIKEHAVINGCUSTOMERS!!! i reccommend walking downstairs(by the theatre) and getting great service with similar food from another pretzel place(i think it’s called pretzel dog). anyways it is my hope this place either gets better employees or just shuts down. NOONE deserves to be treated this badly by anyone!

Avoid this place at all cost!!! No service what so ever!!! The employee was rude and mean!!! Can you imagine a customer standing in front of your register for a whole minute and the employee wouldn’t even bother to acknowledge your existence?! WTF too busy rolling your pretzels instead of taking care of customers? Bad Bad Bad!!!
