We were seated in a timely manner. The food took a little longer than expected, but the food was fresh. The fried rice was lightly flavored and fluffy. Big plus with the large shrimp(I really dislike when restaurants are cheap and they give you those little pieces of shrimp) on the fried rice. It had nicely sized diced peices of sweet pork. So I can officially say the fried rice is worth your while to purchase. The drink was very delsih, not too sweet, but sweet enough to take the savor your sweet tooth. I didn’t give it a 5 star because I didn’t feel one on one platinum service.

Excellent food evertime I come you are also able to smash the meat a bit to add more unlike other places where it’s just air. The people are also friendly and have been here for a long time.

Not bad, not great. Three words: PACKITDOWN! By that I mean pack down the meat as much as you can before you put other stuff on.

First time here. Pile it on! All you can fit in your bowl! This is when Tetris comes in handy. Learning how to fit it all in place. Enjoyed the good food will definitely come back.

Originally it was good. They use to let you pack as much meat and veggies and include a lot of noodles. However, today the register lady we shall label as L stated that if you want more veggies or meat then your noodles would be cut. Well originally she did not say this or explained it wasn’t until later after i watch the cooks give more noodles to others that i asked her to clarify. Since i found it strange that she purposedly by herself gave me ½ bowl of the noodles through her own hand. I find it a bit odd considering the sign says add lots of meat and veggies. It would be nice if i was told previoisly about the restrictions of a meal. I have mix feelings about this place. I will probably go somewhere else… normally in the past they did not care as much. Business sure does change. Hopefully the lady would improved upon her communication skills and inform the customers of her business limitation.

I’ve been here 4 times. Very tasty and fresh. Staff is friendly. You can put as much as your bowl will fit. Garlic and spices. They noodles are delicious and customer service was at a reasonable speed. Filling for just $ 8. Will always come here again.

They let you pack as much meat as you want, that’s a plus. Their toppings are a tad limited though. But… all the meat!

The food overall was okay, nothing special. I ordered the standard entrée, where you are allowed to pick your own meat and veggies. I also ordered a side of rice to go with it. I think i paid close to $ 10, which i feel is over priced. I am a huge fan of Mongolian BBQ. the flavor of this food as a little underwhelming for me. My food was not well seasoned. My first bite was very bland but as I took more bites, I began to taste the flavor.

I love Mongolian BBQ. It will always hit the spot for me. Food is great, price is decent, and the dudes always hook it up. What more can you ask for?

I give this a solid 3 stars, an a-ok… I have removed 2 stars b/c it is a bit pricy. about $ 9 for a meal, Honestly the noodles, sauce are good BUT the meat… I dont’t like. I agree with the other reviewer when he says they turn to rubber when cooked and they aren’t sliced thin enough. One incident was yesterday where I decided to get this, i asked the lady(the owner) if it would be less if I only got the vegetables and noodles, no meat. She said: «No, same price» So I said OK. Np. I was planning on only getting broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers, ONLY. I take a look at the broccoli and they are FUKNDEADANDOLD!!! Literally brown/yellow. the stem was a white green. I told her they are OBVIOUSLY old, and she assured me they got it in yesterday and that they were fresh. I took a second look at her stunned at HOWSHE can possibly serve OLD veggies? and still be okay about it and STILL stand by her«they are fresh, we got it yesterday» comments!!! So i got a refund and she was not happy about it. I didn’t give a fuk cause no way am i going to spend $ 9 on dead veggies and noodles.

This place is my absolute favorite! It’s filling and I usually have enough for dinner and lunch lol. The service is good but it’s crazy busy during lunch. For 8 bucks you can’t go wrong.

This place is ok. It use to be better. It could use more seasoning, last time it was pretty bland and disappointing.

i have been going here for a very long time, but the service here is horrible. the lady who was at the register was on her«Bluetooth» WHILE she was taking our order. it was ridiculous. the whole place was very messy, there was onions, green onions, and a bunch of vegetables all over the counter. the grill was pretty messy and there was burnt things all over the grill. but i gave it three stars because it tastes really good! i always get beef(even though its the cheap kind) but it has the most flavor. i get a lot of bean sprouts and ask for garlic and medium hot. always ask for them to put extra Mongolian sauce on it while its cooking and i always ask for the hot sauce and soy sauce on the side because it is usually bland. overall=ok

12.19.08: Cook for me, «Yeah Me!» One thing I liked most about Kublai is that it is a fast filling place and its not as greasy as other fast food. Based on Jessica’s review its completely different from my experience. I ate at Mongolian Places all the time and the key thing is to not let the lady there put all the sauces in. The lady there was about to put all the sauces and that’s just a no no. I only liked the garlic and another sauce. Got to know how it would mix because they use sesame oil to cook your food. So I was lucky she stopped on the second sauce. I’m not saying its the greatest thing on earth but any place that allows you to choose what the chef cooks is a plus side for me. All in all I was satisfied and ready to go shopping!

This is the worst $ 6.99 plus tax that I’ve ever spend on mall food. The grossest tasting mongolian grill ever… the meat is not thinly sliced like how it should be… its all thick like cardboard and after its cooked its like dried rubber. The sauce tastes nothing like the other mongolian bbq at the other malls… its super super salty and this is coming from a girl who loves salty food. There is only one good thing i can say about this place is that they gave me a lot of noodles… i had to tell her not to put anymore on my bowl.
