Target

I’ve been a customer of this pharmacy for several years, and it’s the best and most personable pharmacy I’ve ever used. Pharmacists Chris and Ron, and their staff, greet me by name and go out of their way to honor requests. They recently collaborated with a Target pharmacy in Austin (thank you, Carissa and staff) while I was traveling, coming to my rescue by providing a much-​needed prescription. Great service, wonderful team.

This is a location that I have been going to for years. If you are familiar with Target, then you know that they have high quality products at good prices. For those who aren’t familiar with Target, they basically have a little bit of everything.
This location has clothes, technology, some appliances, a food section (including refrigerated food), school supplies, and so much more! This location also always has a friendly staff, and most of them have a good understanding of the products to help you know what’s best to get. If you’re looking for a little bit of everything, Target is a great place to start!

I love shopping here but if you say you’re open until 11pm you employees should provide service until 11pm. If you want to close at 10:45pm, change the store hours.

Store is messy and disorganized. This may be because of the staff or the Wal-​Mart crowd that shops here. Lots of empty spaces on shelves. Empty cups and food wrappers all over the store. What the heck has happened to this store? It used to be well run and pleasant to shop here.

Definitely the best Target location around. The Lawndale location is closer to home, but I’m willing to drive an extra few miles to this one for a much more relaxing shopping experience. I knew right away I was in a better place when the first thing I saw inside was a Starbuck’s instead of a greasy hot dog & sandwich counter. People’s kids aren’t running all over, shoppers talk quietly instead of yelling across the store and don’t stand around blocking the way, and even the staff seem more relaxed and less harried. Shelves and displays are kept neat and tidy, and more importantly, are kept stocked, so I seldom find that they’re out of what I need. The parking lot isn’t a madhouse, either.

I just realized that I have checked in a bunch of times and never done a review. I would agree with the other reviewers that this may be the best Target in Greensboro. I think a lot of it has to do with the New Garden Road area and the shopping center it is in. One could aruge that this may be the best area in Greensboro and that has a lot to do with it. Yes the shopping center has anything and everything. You could spend hours and do and see things, even if you aren’t into shopping. You name it, they have it here.
I like how it isn’t as crowded as the Battleground and Bridford locations. Every time I have been here the parking lot is full, but it doesn’t feel that way when you go in. Is the store large enough for the masses to dissipate? I don’t know, but it sure feels that way.
I paid attention to my wait time yesterday. Every register had someone working. I was three deep in my line but I didn’t wait long. Things moved.
I would agree that this place feels and looks new. Everything from the carts, the building, the display furniture, etc. seems this way. I don’t know when this location opened, but I think it is safe to say it is newer than the other two in Greensboro.
It’s Target. You know what to expect.

My favorite Target in Greensboro! For quite a few reasons! They have the new shopping carts! the fancy ones withe the holes! The exterior is so outstanding looking! It looks very modern with glass panels all near the entrance and is in Jefferson Village, right at The Fresh Market and Michaels. So this Target is very clean on interior and exterior! very up to date! Big thumbs up!

This is my favorite Target in Greensboro. The store has a nice layout and it doesn’t always feel so crowded like some of the others. Really though, I’d like to give props to Target for partnering up with Greensboro Police for their Shop With A Cop program. Greensboro Police Union sponsors 100 children at Christmastime, and officers shop with the kids. What a way to give back to the community and let people see police in a different light. The program has been held at this particular Target for the past few years, and all the employees really get into it. I love a store that gives back to the community.

This is the best Target that I’ve ever been to. Stocked, clean, and polite staff. Not to mention… it’s just not Wal-​Mart. And for that I’m thankful. Let’s also mention that it’s in a really great part of town with tons of amazing shops around. Good stuff.

I usually don’t review the large chain stores but I have to say that this Target location is by far the best in Greensboro. Everything at New Garden is so fresh and so new.
I also think that this Target is one of the larger ones. The layout of the store is great with a consistent feel to the flow and there is a Starbucks at the front so that you can get your coffee fix while shopping.
I also like the surroundings here. You can spend all day in this vicinity and visit numerous stores from Bed Bath and Beyond to The Fresh Market to Bath & Body Works and the list goes on… Hopefully more will come to this area.

Target company is a master of merchandising spin. They tend to take the cheapest product similar to the model your looking for and sell for the as much markup as possible. Thats fine but for me Walmart offers a more honest value, more bang for the buck. Their assemble it your self furniture is overpriced for disposable grade furnture you have to assemble at home.
This store is clean and well merchanidised but not very deep or wide for any category.
