This is one of our favorite Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt shops. The variety of yogurt available each week is really great, plus the staff are always friendly, wishing you a «smiley» day. Cheerful and cute, and the yogurt is really delicious. This location is convenient, so we like to stop in whenever we are in the area. They offer frozen yogurt cakes on order, as well as an assortment of frozen, soft-serve yogurt with plenty of toppings to choose from daily. The staples of chocolate and vanilla are always available, along with many other flavors. If you are lactose intolerant, they also offer sorbet. Parking is available just outside the store in a private shopping lot. It is limited though, so it does tend to fill up quickly.

This is a neat little Froyo shop. It’s apparently a chain, but the only one I am familiar with is the one in Greensboro on Friendly, so I can’t really vouch for others. But I can say that it’s very similar to others of its kind. Specifically you can get cups of yogurt, cones of yogurt, and waffle cups of yogurt(some with chocolate). You can also get an assortment of toppings to choose from such as strawberries, candy, and whipped cream. One thing they do however is make the waffle cups in house so they are fresh. The selection here is nice, I sampled all of their flavors and the one I liked the most was the honeydew flavored sorbet. I was however disappointed to see that they apparently had a new flavor of chocolate that was sponsored by the movie Pan, and which claimed to be a new flavor, when in fact, it only had a new name since I tasted the flavor the week before and found this to be the same as the other. Its however a fine little place and a great sto if you are craving a quick dessert.

Froyo. I am not a freak for this and I can’t say I understand the infatuation that people have. Would much rather have the fatty artery hardening stuff. But ok. Froyo is good however for the most part once you find what you like. And I think that really is the key, finding a flavor and topping combo you like. Menchie’s is a chain(oh no!) much like Sweet Frog, Yogurtland, and even Feeneys or d’lishi(native to our area). But you know, no one goes to chains(yeah ok). Unilocalers don’t review chains or go to them either(mmm hhm, sure *rolls eyes*). For Menchie’s alone, I have been in ones in Los Angeles and Salt Lake City. Like all chains, like any single experience, it will vary store to store, will vary each time in the same store, food may vary(in this case flavors and toppings), cleanliness, service, etc. I think a lot of it is preference. Someone will like Wendy’s over In N Out or Krispy Kreme over DD. The froyo concept doesn’t seem any different at any of these places. Anyway I am done rambling and this is what is up: This location had 15 flavors and I sampled them all. The only one that really bit me in the ass was the cake batter. But I mixed it up with the caramel and strawberry banana. I added cheesecake pieces, cookie dough pieces, and one choco covered strawberry. Of course you weigh your concoction and inhale. A few things for comparison sake. This location had a few more flavors than other chains in the area but as mentioned, only one really did it for me. This is the preference that will vary from person to person, chain to chain. The toppings available were comparable to others I have been in. One difference however was the waffle bowl you could use. Aside from all of that, I didn’t find it that much different than other places. Sure it was good, but nothing too far over the top that would make me come here over somewhere else. I can give you the generic bibble babble BS and say«service was friendly, the place was clean»…yada yada. Although the one person working didn’t have to do much other than ring up my mix. No issues in any of these departments. I did like the outside seating and there is one more thing that was different than other chains in our area. It was good and is typical of froyo. If this is your thing, it would do it for you.

Stopped by Menchie’s today on the way home and I tried several flavors and most of them were delicious. I think I had one or two flavors that were just ok.(German chocolate and I can’t remember the other one) My favorite was the cake batter! It was amazing! I could eat that everyday. I added some dulce de leche to it and it was great! I topped it off with cheesecake bites, cookie dough, strawberries, oreos, cap’n crunch, kit kats and a brownie. There was such a wide selection of toppings that I didn’t know what to get. If you’re looking for fresh fruit toppings then I would suggest you go to Red Mango. If you want dessert, candy, and cereal toppings then this is the place for you! The place is clean and the staff was friendly. No complaints here!!!

Pretty good frozen yogurt. They have a kosher selection for those of you that need it. I like their varieties but sometimes they may not have what I like. All in all I really like going there

Delicious! Very unique flavors and the largest selection of toppings that I have seen in all of the frozen yogurt bars that I’ve been to. The girl was very friendly and helpful as well. She made suggestions and told us about the waffle bowls. Definitely will be back!

We stopped in for some frozen yogurt on way to Starbucks. The restaurant was clean and had an attentive employee. The style/design is not my taste, but I’m in it for the food not the look. There were several flavors to choose from, I went with Reeses, which was delicious. The selection of toppings was sufficient, although other froyo places I’ve frequented have had more. The cost in also in line with other froyo places. I will return if in the area again.

At least five flavors that I love and I don’t even LIKE frozen yogurt. My wife and I bring every child we know. This is a very kid-friendly establishment. The staff clearly like children and really seem to like their jobs. My favorite yogurt is the cake batter with a dab of caramel and fudge. Go in and try every one and find one that suits you. They’ve plenty of toppings and there is sure to be one that suits you. Bring the kids(or not)!

I continue to love this place way more than all the other frozen yogurt places. They all seem to be a knock off of this absolute standout. The yogurts and sorbets are better tasting, the toppings are better and the employees are very friendly and helpful! The freshly made waffle cones are a standout! Also they are included in the price! This place raises the bar!

I’m a huge fro-yo fan. I tried cookies & cream and salted caramel. I threw in some crushed up waffle cone pieces and drizzled some caramel on top. This frozen yogurt is seriously good. The inside of the shop is very cute and interesting to look at. It seems a little on the small side, so I’m sure at a peak times it could get really crowded in there. There is a huge variety of toppings to choose from. I witnessed one of the cashiers snacking on some yogurt while she was behind the counter. I don’t mind employees eating or drinking while they are at work, however I think it shouldn’t be done in view of customer. And most importantly, hands need to be washed afterward. That didn’t happen. If not for that little mishap, I would have rated Menchie’s a five.

Kind of a cool little place with friendly service and some nice choices. We were there early and no one else was there, so we had a chance to talk to the owner a little — really nice guy. He ask us to sample a few flavors — Tangerine, Graham Cracker, Cookies & Cream, and a few more — all were great. They offera lot of combos which are nice, as well. Being boring though, we settled on Dark Chocolate with Almonds. Very, very nice. We’ll be back

Fantastic frozen yogurt! My fiancé loves the free waffle cones, which are made right there in a waffle iron. This is our go to dessert spot, I try to never do the same one twice! Great selection of toppings and the flavors change fairly frequently. Great dessert spot!

While this is not the best frozen yogurt joint in town, it’s still a great bite on a warm day! The flavor choices are plenty and they have a great selection of fruit, sweet toppings, and sauces!

Love frozen yogurt! Menchies offers so many flavors and toppings that you won’t be able to make up your mind so easy. The place is always clean and the staff is also very friendly. My favorite flavor is the cinnamon bun it’s so good it’s unbelievable! Summer is around the corner so be sure to try this place out!

My Darling Daughter thought that I would like to try Menchie’s, so since she is on Christmas break for a few more days we were in the area and stopped by. I have been to other frozen yogurt stores that are set up similarly to Menchie’s but there was something a bit different here. The store was very clean, organized and the overall vibe was great. Even though it’s ‘self serve’ it seemed to be missing the dull cafeteria vibe that other frozen yogurt places have. Lilly seemed to know a lot about all of the products and seemed to take pride in what this store was selling unlike other yogurt places that often don’t have someone that knows or even cares that much about the products! I didn’t intentionally start off tasting all of the yogurts, it kinda just happened. Most of the flavors were very good although my favorites were the sugar free vanilla and the blueberry acai! I will definitely be back! Blueberry Acai… yummmm!
