This is the first Golden Corral I have ever eaten at in the country that doesn’t do military discount. But other than that the food was pretty good. Cleanliness could use some work. 4 out of 5 tables we went to where dirty.

The food is just okay, sometime it is really good & sometime bad. I wish it was consistent. The one thing that is always fresh is the salad. I have never had lettuce, tomatoes and stuff. I know people go there for the variety of choices. I just fill up on salad.

food was great! Our waitress Chin was very nice. I only have two complaints. 1) The floor was gross. Food and crumbs EVERYWHERE. Then the kitchen started wash the floors in the back, and water started to gush out to the front where people stande to get food. that wouldn’t have bothered me, but it did cuz non of the employees did anything about it. They just walked right by. 2) I was really wanting something sweet, but everytime I looked where the deserts were, I would see a kid with no adult sticking their hands in everything. It was grossing me out.

Good traditional foods that you would come to expect from the GC. The Brazilian style beef was excellent.

Yes, I am a fan. And so should you. Surprisingly, I will be the first one to review this specific location. Fess up people, Golden Corral is not exactly a restaurant you would like to post a review on less be regarded as a gourmand instead of a gourmet.(Okay, I’ll pause for a moment and look at the definitions.) Continuing: This is traditional American cafeteria style cuisine. And, in their latest incarnation, this place is buzzing with surprises. They have churrasco style dining now, where meats are skewered and delivered to your table(on weekends). Ahem, watch out Texas de Brazil! They have a lot more sides and choices at 1⁄5 the price. They have all sorts of mediocre desserts but the breads are great. Go for a cornbread or a cheesebread. I’ve even tried their pizza(okay, this is pushing it-to make sure it’s kid approved, have your kid try it for me as I don’t have any kids). Short of going to grandma’s, take her to Golden Corral for a break in pretending her cooking is better. Chances are, what she cooked for you, Golden Corral has them. And, when they named it Golden, I suppose they did not mean older people. Come between 4pm and 430pm and you’ll see all of them pile in for the senior discount PLUS the chance of getting the lunch price before it raises to dinner pricing after 430pm. Now, you know where your grandparents were during the week. Oh yes, and they know that Golden Corral cooks your favorite green-bean-casserole-by-grandma better. So, quit lying to yourself. You’ve been here before. And you probably sat by us. Unilocal about it already. This is the best thing since church potlucks!
