Chuck E. Cheese’s

If you WANT to go to a shitty children’s pizzeria you have two options in in the DFW area. This septic tank of disarray, or the Peter piper pizza off of W Jefferson Blvd… that’s right deep in the middle of the ‘hood’. To be completely honest at least the atmosphere in the Peter pipers is far more lively, this place just reeks of high school students/​graduates and decade long employees slowly dying in the inside at just how pathetic they are at there jobs and at life. This is most notably so with the game floor attendants and sometimes the so called hostess, I mean really just cause your miserable and don’t want to do your job doesn’t mean you have to make everyone else feel empty and void of ambition.
This may sound weird but if you see a guy working the game floor named ‘Marcus’ ask him to sing the birthday song to all your children even though it’s not there birthday, having to repeat this trough out the day will ABSOLUTELY RUIN HIS ENTIRE DAY… just do it, it’s worth it to make these people as miserable as they seem to want to make everyone else.

This place is just wonderful I take my three-​year-​old and my 8 month year old and we just have a blast it’s safe it’s clean and I recommend this place to anybody.

Never again will I come here! I understand it’s Saturday and all and expect a little more wait time but that’s why it should be more staffed! And the customer service my the «manager» was what surprised me horrible just horrible!

My sister celebrates her kids’ birthdays here. We have always had good service & all the kids (including me) always have plenty of fun. The pizza is way better compared to when my parents would bring me here. Bathrooms have always been clean. There’s also free WiFi now.

The only reason to come to a place like this is the environment, but nothing was working. The TV’s were dead. The animatronics weren’t working, and the empty tables were all filthy. We will never be back here again.

This week was my grandson’s twelve birthday. We had planned a party in the park and for the most part, weather is usually pretty good this time of the year. Rain was scheduled for the time we planned so we had to scramble to find a place to have a party for him. At first, we called the skating rink and it seemed a good compromise until they told us we could not bring in the birthday cake so that was out. Somebody suggested Chuck E Cheese as they do allow cakes to be brought in. We went on line to see what a party would cost us. We decided to do a simple party for him and went through the motions of filling out the form. We got all the way to the end and it kicked us back to the beginning. We didn’t know if we had a res or not so we went through and did it again. Once again it kicked us back to the start. My daughter decided to just call the store and got hold of a lady. She was a bit rude to us and she actually hung up on us. We called back and got a different person. We went through the ritual of giving the information to the man and at the end, he informed us there was no openings for that time. There had been openings five minutes prior when we were booking it on the internet.
We decided to just take our chances and just show up and have a party. We managed to get four tables. It would have been nice if we could have all sat together and there was a table to service fifteen people but there wasn’t.
One of the tables was broken so we couldn’t use it to sit at. We just used it to put the gifts on.
Our final straw was one of the ladies was playing a game with her grand daughter and while she was gone, one of the busboys cleaned off her table, through out her drinks and through out the pictures she had take with her grand daughter! What in the world was he thinking! There was no indication the people had left the table as there were items still on it. She was very upset about the pictures as they cannot be replace. This is not a place I would recommend for a party but at the time it was our only choice.

Even though they just remodeled, this place can’t seem to get their act together. They were still moving in big games with kids running around. They ran out of pizza at their buffet! They weren’t putting out pepperoni either. The water at their drink station was carbonated…

Do yourself a favor and drive on by. This place is not well managed and the frustration is not worth the time and money you’re going to spend in here.

This chucky cheese did not impress me at all. I had to go to a game attendant 5 times in the short hour we spent playing here. The games were either malfunctioning or they were out of tickets. The photo booth was out of paper. It was relatively slow when we came so maybe the rush had just left but no one was trying to get the place back up to speed again. I have been to about 6 different chucky cheese’s in the dfw area and this one is the worst so far.

the service sucked… there was only 1 cashier that you would swear was scared to help people & get the line moving! lawd once we got through the line i was just wanting to scream!
it was cool… glad i don’t have to come here that often!

We use to go to the CC in Grapevine but this place has improved alot in service and in quality of entertainment for the kids. This place has better arcades and games unlike the other CC in our area. We always used our coupons from the emails we get on our phones which is convenient.

Most of the games were broken and there were only a few rides to choose from. They have gotten rid of the carousel and bike rides. Chuck E Cheese was totally different since my last visit about a year a go.

We arrived at the location 30 minutes early. The line extended outside of doors and it was not a happy site to see when you have reservation for a party. I eventually made it to left side of the line since it seem like the party line where all the party mom stood. We were eventually greeted by our party host, Alma. She was wonderful! I was very pleased with her help and kindness. I’m glad I got her as a party host. The only fault I see at this location is 1. They need two people to work the front doors because he looked very stressed out multitasking. 2. The Chuckee Cheese guy needs some alcohol in his system or something because he was lifeless, boring, unexciting, and could not pump anyone up. 3. My party host was trying to light the birthday candle but was having minor issues, here comes another party host grabs the lighters, instead of helping her she took off and lit her cake, which was really rude.
This was my time reserving a party at Chuckee Cheese. I have always hated it because how packed it always was and how the chicken taste microwaved.
Because of Alma I have changed my aspect of this place. I will do this again but only if I had her as a party host again.

Horrible… line to get into a scheduled birthday party was over 25 minutes. Pizza was late and cold when it was delivered. Staff was okay but not helpful. Parents are rude.

Took my son here for his birthday. Totally agree with the previous review.
I can’t fault them for the clientele, they can’t do anything about poorly raised children. However they should have attendants walking around making sure children aren’t being bullied or mistreated. Saw some shoving on several occasions, no attendants to keep anyone in check.
The staff were like ghosts. Hardly saw any while I was there. The place is messy, the bathrooms were disgusting, and I don’t even want to think about how rarely the games get cleaned.
It’s a noisy headache, game selection is poor, prices aren’t anything to write home about. The prizes are garbage. Even the ones requiring thousands of tickets.
Probably not coming back.

Place is literally trash and the management is crap!
Called to make sure we were allowed to bring food and the person I spoke to said yes. When we got there we were bring in the food and the lady at the door didn’t say anything either so figured it was all good until some staff came up to us and said they didn’t allow outside food.
I didn’t mind the whole not being able to bring food had they told us when we called and not wasted my time! Also, they could have made an exception since we ordered pizza and salad anyway and it was their fault for telling us we could.
There were cups on the floor and staff just walked by didn’t even bother picking it up. This placed should be closed down, I wouldn’t touch a game at this place.

Wow I’m never taking my kids here again. The staff is all teens who don’t care and the cleaning of the place needs improvement. The pizza was like it was two days old and just reheated.
