I would give this place no stars if that was an option! Worst place in Gonzales. They never get the order right. I thought ordering from the app would be better but NO!!! They don’t only get the order wrong but they also leave things out of the order. My two empanadas turned into two nasty burritos somehow. My kids food was wrong and my husband didn’t get anything he ordered right. I don’t know how this place can still be in business. I’m not one ringer on here and give bad reviews but I have had my Oder wrong more times than it has been right! Please don’t waste your money. This place is a joke!

I went and I ordered the three taco supremes, no one bothered to tell me they were out of lettuce. My taco supremes were meat and cheese only. Whenever I got home and noticed, I called the store. They were all laughing and joking. After the girl who answered ignored everything I said, she gave the phone to someone else. He kept telling me I was lying and he told me they were out of lettuce and sauce before I ordered. If that was the case, where was everything else in the taco supreme? They were meat and cheese only. Horribly dealt with and I’ll drive an extra 10 minutes to avoid this location.

Worse Taco Bell I’ve ever been too. Don’t remember a pleasant result. Orders gotten wrong, food not hot, and last, I was in between about 10 other people/​vehicles for about 10−15min without the line moving. So we all backed out and left.
Don’t know what’s wrong there.

You know I don’t usually give a 1 star unless I am really utterly dissatisfied! but the way I was treated on 04/​27/​2015 really has me quite upset! (PSA – please get comfortable and a snack because I am about to vent) in Louisiana in the stated date we Southerners got the Mother of all Storms!!! So Bad Storm = Power Outage. We visited Taco Bell on Airline Hwy in Gonzales because really no one else had power and I figured «Fast Food» so there we went. We saw a long line but we understood why so we waited.
In attendance were my 20 year old and my 13 year old. when it was our turn to pull up to the window we saw that they was a typed sign stating that some items where not available which of course was understood.
So after reading the sign and waiting 10 minutes I asked out loud to my daughters «do I order or what» and in the speaker a voice tells me «Um am waiting on you» so of course I then tell the Lady «Why didn’t you tell me you were waiting on me?» she then states «Well didn’t you hear me?» by this point I place my order while in denial how this employee just talked to me so I thought well let me get to the window surely there is an explanation!
We get to the window and she tells me my total takes my credit card, gives it back to me with no receipt and doesn’t say anything!!! So by then my 14 year old feels horrible (it was her idea to go in the 1^st place) and am having to hold my 20 year old back from jumping out the window. So when she opens the window I ask her to give me a receipt and she asks someone if the receipts are printing. am looking at her shirt to see if she has a name tag so of course me staring her down she feels some type of way.
When she finally gets me my receipt my daughter yells «what is your name?» and she replies «I don’t have to answer that» which then infuriates me and I ask for a Manager.
When she gets to the window and I tell her how rude she’s been I ask the manager for the employees name, she pauses but then gives me her name which matched the name on the receipt. I will say the Manager apologized for the employees behavior but by then the damage was done. If my 14 year old didn’t want those Quesadillas so bad I would have left!
My 20 year old was wrong for the way she acted towards her but clearly the employee was fueling her by staring at her and making facial gestures! in my years as an adult I have received some service that gets an «F» but never, ever, ever! the way I was treated that day! blatant disrespect for a Patron that comes to your establishment! That is probably why on more than one occasion they have asked me to pull back from the window and then wait for them to hand gesture me to pull forward. I am sorry for the negative comment but it has to be stated.

The worst taco bell ever. It takes forever to get your food and 9 out of 10 times it’s wrong. How do you order cheesy potatoes and receive them with no cheese? Get a burrito run out of meat half way through it and the other half is nothing but sour cream. It’s not rocket science it’s fast food and at this store it’s not even fast so it should at least be right. It would also be nice when you order 10 items that yall could give more than 4 packs of sauce.

Since I’m the Duke of this joint figure I better throw down a review… Errbody knows about Taco Bell and if you don’t well I guess you’ve been living in the Amazon with one of them undiscovered native tribes…
This locale is situated on US 61 in Gonzales and I hit this place up on the regular because of my teenage boy and his constant desire for the offerings of this franchise… Don’t get me wrong I’m a fan of the Fiery Doritos Locos tacos as well as the Cheesy Potato burrito just not on the everyday basis as the boy…
Typically hit the drive thru and for the most part they get it right but I’d suggest you take the time to check your bag before pulling off with your fast food haul so as not to be disappointed after getting home and finding they forgot something… the other thing that bugs me about not only this location but all TB’s is the fact that you gotta practically beg to get hot sauce packets these days…
Walked in and did a sit down with the boy one time and the interior has been recently updated and the space was clean and well maintained… also the hassles of the drive thru are non-​existent if you go this route… but seriously most times folks just wanna grab & go and that’s cool just take note of the info above… Hey and maybe you’ll see me in the drive thru line should your ever swing in…
