Just finished the Philly Cheese Steak and it was awesome. The best one I’ve ever had in this valley! And as a plus, they delivered it in record time. Can’t wait to try more of their food.

The Fat Cat Bistro is a hole-in-the-wall type restaurant that serves good meals at great prices. My family stopped here in the early afternoon on a Saturday and immediately got helped to a seat and served some water(definitely a must at sit down restaurants.) The menu has a lot of options for all kinds — burritos, burgers, BBQ, etc… The burgers were applauded by members of my family, as was the Italian stallion from the menu. All seem a little on the slightly expensive side for $ 10-$ 12 for a burger and fries. I went with one of the specials — a ¼ rack of ribs and bbq’d chicken with a side of fries. Let me tell you– i expected maybe 3 small and possibly tough ribs and a medium piece of chicken, instead, I received about half of a chicken and 3 very meaty and very delicious ribs! I couldn’t eat it all, and shared it with members of the family. The fries were all homemade and great! The meat was very tender and tasted great! They gave us a good selection of sauces too. The lettuce, onions, and even the pickles were not wilted and tasted great! Negatives– service was a bit slow, most likely because of the ribs and chicken being cooked. Restaurant seemed a tiny bit dirty and slightly understaffed. Positives– cheap and delicious ribs(which is almost impossible to find), fresh food, tender meat. Stop here if you’re ever in the area!

Good prices. Nice homemade side dishes. A lot of BBQ sauce on sandwich might want to ask for less or on the side.
