Glen Spa Nails

AWFUL experience! With all the lovely nail salons in Glenview, SKIP this one. Terrible customer service. Not sure they even really know what they are doing. Extremely frustrating. I would never go back!

Worst shellac manicure I have ever had! I don’t think they know how to do it. It barely lasted 1 wk which was really frustrating. Pedicure was ok… I won’t be back!

Love this place! Have been here twice so far — got the no chip manicure both times. The first one lasted about 3 weeks, then my nails grew out long enough that I had to take it off, but it never did chip or peel off. I got the second one this week. Sunny did an AMAZING job and really took her time to get my nails perfect.
Plus, they massage your hands and forearms and then massage your shoulders! The people are very nice and do great work.
FYI the no chip costs $ 35 and every dollar was well spent in my opinion. They also have a punch card — buy 10 get the next one free.

As a mother of twins I don’t get much time away for myself. I went at the beginning of my kids’ nap time to get a manicure/​pedicure and relax. I went in and the salon seemed empty and I was told it would be about an hour. I asked can I just wait and see if there would be an opening and I was told it should be hour. So the woman at the reception desk took an appointment for me noting my name and phone number. I left and came back about 5 minutes before the time of the appointment. Upon returning I saw all the chairs full and the woman who took my appointment was just starting a pedicure. She looked shocked to see me when she realized I was the same customer who she had just taken an appointment for. She explained she had just started and could I wait. I said, «No, I was here an hour ago and you told me to wait an hour, you wrote my name down, so no I can’t wait.» To this she asked again and I said no again, then she said, «Well, maybe you will come back?» And picked up her pencil as if to schedule me for another time. I told her that I will never be back and that she was really rude. This was not relaxing, going back and forth, and still having no mani/​pedi. How awful!!! Do not give this place your business!!!

Great service on pedicure… very calming inside with limited chatter. Not the best manicure and too expensive for No Chip her but loved the pedicure

Beautiful service! It’s hard to find a clean nail spa in Glenview where they take their time and do a beautiful job. All the technicians seemed very experienced and it was a very pleasant no-​chip manicure.
They have a great selection of polishes and also give a massage at the end of service.
I was recommended this place by my sister; she tends to need a very through pedicure and she got just that. Callus removal included!
