Supercuts

Checked in online. Promised zero wait time. I get there. Two people available. And yet I’m made to wait for over 10 minutes. In my view, defeats the purpose of checking in online. Also — one the haircut people always have to get the phones which doubles the time of your haircut. However I’m most miffed about Checking in online and then having to wait — especially when there are multiple people available. If they want to take breaks that should be factored into the expected wait time and not made as zero.

I have been getting haircuts and color at the Patriot Blvd. Supercuts for three years and really like the cuts done by Zarina (not sure how to spell her name). Some other stylists there don’t do so well cutting my wavy hair. Zarina gets 4 stars.
The single star should be zero stars for the non-​service I got this month. I called ahead and was told to come in at 6:45, and when I arrived there were two stylists and only one customer, but there were five or six appointment slips on the counter and mine had been thrown in the trash can.
The stylist said they couldn’t do my hair because they didn’t have my color. I said my cut was long overdue, and it would be OK to use a similar color, but she refused and gave a weird excuse about changing all their colors and without even using a «sorry» dismissed me. Since the other stylist had pulled my wadded up appointment slip out of the trash can, I assume someone else had been given my time slot.
I’ll be getting my hair done elsewhere from now on.

I’ve been happy with this place for a cheap hair cut that is decent and covers the basics. I’ve been to many of the different hair cutters and they all do a good job.

If i could give negative, I would. Rude, rude, rude is the only word I can think of when it comes to the blonde stylist; Cheryl I believe is her name. Not to mention rough. My 12 year old told said to me «Mom. She was mean. She kept yanking my head around really hard.»
Why let people put name on list if they go in only to be told ANOTHER 30 – 45 minutes? Will never go back even though it is pretty much across street from my house. Would rather drive 20 minutes out of my way to get my son’s haircut.

Love this place for the money AS LONG AS I NEVER HAVE CHERYL !!!
SOOOO much of her PERSONAL phone calls, PERSONAL Drama, all about CHERYL attitude. She is more interested in getting you in and out of her chair in as little time as possible to rack up the $$$$$. I suppose SUPERCUTS loves that about her but as for the customer…
I come to RELAX and have my hair done, NOT HEAR HER DRAMA and see pictures of her latest boyfriend etc etc ad nauseum… SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL but cuts fast and alot so management looks the other way — little do they know that word on the street is stay away because of Cheryl.
ASK FOR ANYONE ELSE BUT CHERYL although you will still hear her drama throughout the shop!
Will management ever wake up to this girl!!!

The lady who cut my hair was dreading that the day wasn’t over, and all she would be doing was complaining. As a customer, it was not a pleasurable experience nor did I get the full attention from the stylist that I should have had. It was not a good sign of how service should be handeled. I recieved better service at the Supercuts in Boston than I did here. Save your time and go to a different Supercuts.

Great and cheap haircut! Why spend $ 50 on a cut??? Sheesh!

I had my hair cut and colored by Christina last weekend. The color turned out okay but the haircut was awful… the worst I’ve ever received. She totally hacked at my hair. Just be advised… you get what you pay for!
Update: ¹²⁄₂₀₁₃ — Worst.Haircut.Ever!!! Another hack job. This place is a crapshoot. Just because someone has gone to beauty school doesn’t mean they can give a good haircut. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’ve been lucky to get a string of good stylists (2), but they eventually leave for better jobs. Then, I have to try my luck with a new stylist. sigh

Your basic haircut, good ‘n cheap. Is it high fashion? LOL. But bring the kids and coupons from ANY other haircut place and they get the job done. Call ahead for an appointment; sometimes they fill up.
