Yikes, don’t use this company for residential snow removal. We contracted with them and fired them less than halfway through the winter last year. Not only were they no-shows on more than one occasion (I had to call them more than once because we were still sitting at home waiting to get out of our garage at 2 in the afternoon after a nighttime snowfall), their crew also destroyed some of my landscaping. I would never hire this company again and hope this review prevents others from being snowed in this winter or paying to have their bushes bulldozed.
