Mama’s Pizza

Bad bad bad. Getting my orders wrong lately. I left it because i am a regular customer and 1 or 2 mistakes is fine. But when you keep doing it, that is when i can’t tolerate it anymore. Im addition, there is no customer service whatsoever. I come in the store and the workers are sitting there knowing that there are customers. Did not even bother to get up and take my order until i called them over. It’s like they do not even care about their business. Food is average. I can find better Italian food elsewhere and get my correct order.

Terrible. What has happened??? As a regular weekly customer i must say you guys have tried hard to lose my business.
Last 3 times i have ordered nothing has gone right.
First time ordered philly cheese steak with mushrooms and thermonuclear wings… got a regular cheese stake with buffalo wings
Fine it happens. I get it
Second time gets the cheese stake right and j emphasized on the wings to be thermonuclear… gets buffalo again
Today called back was missing my drink order. Person on phone said the driver will bring it right back. Never happened.
Did not bother to call back to complain. But cmon what has happened??? I order here 1 – 3 times weekly and you treat a regular like this? Shame:.i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

The pizza is nothing special, we only eat from here out of convenience, absolutely no customer service. As I approached the counter, the man behind register did not say a single word, just head movements and as I paid and left, again nothing. I did not feel like my money was valued by this establishment. So if you want good pizza and great customer service go elsewhere.

The pizza is nothing special. Our delivery just took 95 minutes! Last time was an hour and I bought their excuses. Not this time. Don’t bother unless you’ve got a lot of lead time.

Best mozz sticks! Fast delivery. Prices are reasonable. Friendly staff. Best pizza around

I went in to pick up my food. While I was waiting, the older gentleman who works there was clipping his fingernails right onto the main floor in the lobby. Is that against health code? I don’t think I’ll be going back.

We order from Mama’s all the time and it’s always consistently good. Delivery is on time and the pizza is fresh and hot. My favorite is the sausage and peppers, specks of Italian sausage latticed with red and green peppers.
I actually really love Mama’s house salad. What I love most about it, is the pickled vegetables they put in. Chunks of pickled carrots and cauliflower with the addition of green olives make it a super yummy side!

Good sandwiches & Pizza. Consistent quality.

Consistently long delivery times and pretty expensive. Food is ok but I’ve had much better pizza from the area. My new go to place is Milan pizza.

Great standard pizza, nothing fancy or gourmet, just great pizza. The eggplant pie and the eggplant Parm are about the best I have had, and the hot pepper pie is great as well.
This might be a five star review, except the prices are a bit high, and the service is bad. Three times, I have called in orders for pick up, and when I got there no one had actually placed the order. The staff seems disinterested with just about everything, I even had a server stand around texting while we stood at the counter trying to get her attention. The pizza is good enough that we ignore all that.

Anyone who’s lived in the area has at one point had pizza from Mama’s.
They are located right on a main street in town, and have plenty of parking right across the street. The same workers, even delivery guy, have been here for years so your food will be pretty consistent. One good thing about this place is that the owners are Italian. Italians who own pizza places are becoming hard to find. Am I right?
Anyway, the pizza is usually pretty good. They make a nice size large pie and they don’t skimp on the sauce or cheese. The only complaint is that it’s a little more expensive than the other pizza places around. I guess that’s so they can pay for the building remodel a few years back. I haven’t eaten here enough to try other items on the menu but I know they offer a selection of your traditional hot sandwich. There is bench seating on the inside for those who want to eat there. Just order at the counter and take a seat. They usually have a TV with soccer playing, so at least you have something to watch.
I will say this, they make one hell of a bacon pizza for anyone who likes bacon. Good luck finishing it though. After two slices, you will probably be asking yourself «why did I eat so much?». But you tell yourself it tastes so good, so you try and eat another slice. I would say with two people trying to kill off a pie, you will be left with one or two slices.
If you live in the area, definitely give Mama’s a try once or twice and decide for yourself.
