Finally got to stop by its been there for a couple months and honestly it was a lot better than expected the customer service was on point, seemed like they have the normal fast food staff when we walked in but lucky seems like we ran in to some time of shift manger named Carlos that gave us a complete break down of the menu and his recommendations which were perfect will be back again for sure We will be back soon. We need more places like this especially with such good customer service like this place

This use to be my favorite place for having a veggie burrito then they do have this instant policy today that they don’t do take out for kids eat free and only done in! If you have a new policy, please see to it that it isn’t only me who is singled out for that rule!

I’ll give 2 stars just for the staff being real nice but the food was flavorless. I had many toppings on my order and it just wasn’t enough to bring it out of being completely bland.

I saw Moe’s actually on the way to Chipotle. It looked promising, so I decided to give it a try. The staff was very friendly– cracking witty jokes and making everything was great. I had a taco salad(in a tortilla shell) with tofu(yes, tofu). I waited 5 minutes for the tofu since it wasn’t a common topping used. The cook tailored the tofu to my preferred taste, asking how I liked it cooked. Not too bad! On the downside, the tortilla shell was a bit stale. Overall, very good staff. The food was alright for what the place is.

One order is enough food for two meals! It’s always good to get dinner and have some left for lunch the next day! Moe’s has a great atmosphere with friendly service. This will become one of my regular places to eat.

Yeah, it’s pretty much Chipotle and yeah the whole staff are supposed to greet you, mine was mediocre but whatever, the whole thing is goofy. It’s good food, seemingly fresh ingredients, tender steak, a big ass burrito, good salsa, 8⁄10 would recommend if your hungry & in the area.

Ok. So. Every time you walk in you are greeted by the whole staff. It’s a generic greeting but it still is kinda awesome. They are chipotle-esque but the food is better tasting to me. I usually get a burrito bowl to go but I also took a bite of my mom’s quesadilla and it was good too. … I’d like to try the nachos. …hmmm… what else. …friendly, fun, tasty… oh…the queso with meat is really good. … the salads could be bigger.. my mom wanted more lettuce in there when she ordered it one day. … that’s all

I was really excited to see a counter service Tex-Mex option open right down the street. I wasn’t expecting much but unfortunately, Moe’s didn’t even meet my low expectations. It all started on the wrong foot the second we walked in the door. Apparently, Moe’s falls prey to the scream-at-your-customers-without-actually-being-sincere ideology. Every single person behind the line yells«Welcome to Moe’s!» every single time someone walks in. It became a joke as we ate our meal to see which employee could yell the loudest without actually looking at the door. The order process itself should have been easy enough. Too bad for us, this crew was still trying to figure out how to properly run their line.(In their defense, this location has only been open a couple of weeks. But I still say a new business should have training out of the way before they open the doors). They need to take some cues from Chipotle, it shouldn’t be as hard as they’re making it. The food itself wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t very good either. If you’re a fan of Fuzzy’s, you’re gonna love this place. If you prefer your Tex Mex to actually have flavor, you might be disappointed. For $ 20 for 2 people, I had way better expecations. And Moe’s just didn’t cut it. We won’t be back.
