Minus one star for cleanliness and floor tiles loose. Phở broth was very good and strong maybe a little salty. Lots of boba choices. Fair prices.

recommend to all boba and phở lovers out there! the workers there are extremely polite. Was waiting for my drink and Anthony helped me kill time by asking how my day was and giving me compliments. The place is also very clean and nice. Anthony also brought out my boba drinks when I didn’t hear my order being ready. Would go back to this place!

So… I’m addicted to their avocado smoothie! I had a craving for an avocado drink and found this gem and I went back 3 times in one week (lol, I have no shame, it’s that good). They use real avocado and the smoothie is just so refreshing and yummy! I also had their vietnamese sandwich (bbq pork) and it was really good. The phở was a bit greasy for my liking but still very good flavor. If you like avocado, do not leave here without getting the smoothie! It’s amazing both with and without boba.

This place is great ! I went the other day for my first time and I had this server named Ashely! Best service I ever had. She gave me tips on what was good and she was super funny as well! Definitely will be going to this place again!

I been coming here since 2003. I enjoy the food and boba. Today I had the worse experience with one of the servers. Her name is Ashley. She had the worse attitude and she kept rolling her eyes me. Will definetly not be coming back on Mondays.

I go there for the boba occasionally and it’s pretty good. But I finally decided to try out the phở and I was disappointed. Service was bleh. I’ll stick to boba only.

Ok. I just move to this area and to be honest my be and I thought the food had no taste whatsoever. I thought you can never screw a phở, however this one was tasteless and blend. Very disappointed considering that Unilocal reviews were high.

The spring rolls, squid balls, taro milk tea, milk tea, & Thai tea are amazing! They take phone orders too!

This used to be my go-​to spot for delicious phở, but I think I’m going to have to look for a new one since lately I’ve been noticing a significant difference in the quality of broth as well as the meat. The broth seems to look really greasy now and the meat isnt as thin as it used to. The pieces are much thicker and the taste of the meat isn’t great. I still like their customer service which is why I give the the 3^rd star, but plz Tapioca whatever change you made to your broth and meat, plz undo it!

Came for boba and ended up ordering potstickers too. We waited more than 20 minutes to get 2 boba drinks! First time it came out without the boba (only the smoothie), we returned it, thinking the would just put boba in another cup and transfer the same smoothie. Apparently not because I had to wait yet another 15 minutes to get the correct order! Apparently the kitchen works more efficiently than the employees who make the drinks. The potstickers came out in 10 minutes. We ate them and were still waiting for the boba drinks!!! It’s not like there weren’t enough employees… nor was there a line with more than 3 people at any time we were here. My son politely asked the female waitress when our drinks would be ready, and she said she wasn’t sure and walked away! I guess when you pay for cheap food, you get cheap service!!! Never coming back!!!

This place gave me my first taste of Boba Teas a long time ago. Family owned little place with a huge variety of drinks; both hot and cold. The wait is typically a little longer than I would like but similar to that coffee chain we all visit.
I love the Fried Squid Balls but be careful about what level of spiciness you choose. I made the mistake my first time to say medium soicy and that was intense. The dry chili they coat the Suid Balls in is intense. So now I just say regular spicy when I order them. I no longer work around that area but I still enjoy coming here instead of the bigger chain Boba cafes.
Parking is tricky because their are a lot of dining choices in that little shopping strip.

Came here with a friend for a late night dinner and everything else was closed. I like how they stay open late. They have a variety of different types of phở, vietnamese sandwiches, and rice. They also have a wide selection of boba which I liked too. I’ve been here a couple of times and they never disappoint. Service is pretty good here too.
You have to order and then sit down. Just FYI.

From the outside of the restaurant, you’d figure this place only offered Tapioca… but when I saw someone eating Phở inside, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the Small Phở with Brisket and a side of egg rolls. The egg rolls were only $ 2.99 for 3 (most Vietnamese restaurants charge you over $ 5 for sucky egg rolls) I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty their egg rolls were – although I wished they came with some lettuce to wrap them with. The Phở broth was also very savory, the brisket was super tender, but the noodle to broth ratio did not match… I was bit disappointed that they skimped out on the noodles. Nonetheless, this is a good place to try, I noticed a lot of customers coming in to order their boba and smoothies so I’ll have to give that a try next time.

I used to spend over $ 2.500 here a year. Two or three times a day X 365 days a year, means a LOT of plastic cups to try and recycle OR landing in a landfill. And over the next 20 years, well, that could mean 20,000 plastic cups and straws. So, I started to bring in my own containers to fill, which saves the owner around 50 cents each time. Now, at «Tea Station» they give people 50 cents discount if you bring in the refillable sipper to use. I asked for an UPGRADE from the regular to the large (worth 50cents) as compensation for me bringing in my own container, and I explained WHY (ecological), I wanted to do this. They did it for a long while, and then the OWNER, all of a sudden was taking a regular cup and measuring the tea into my container. So, basically she was saving on packaging, but making more profit on me. She did it several times, and so at that moment, of realization, I stopped going there. It just was so CHEAP of her to treat me like this. I used to spend about $ 10 a DAY there on TEA.
I bought a big package of tea from the meditteranean market for about $ 12 that will last me about TWO YEARS. To make a POT of black tea doesn’t really cost much at all. So, why should I spend $ 2,500 at this shop, when it isn’t appreciated. I could make tea at home with much better leaves anytime. I basically showed up to SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS, but apparently the owner did not understand this. So, she saved, MAYBE a couple of bucks worth of tea leaves for the year, and lost $ 2,500.
Always VOTE with your WALLET, and your FEET.

I frequent this place since it’s only a few blocks away from home. Their sandwiches are really good — almost great — but can’t complain. Can’t go wrong with their egg rolls either. I still yet to try their Phó. But the line up of their drinks (with or without boba) is very impressive. They have all kinds of everything! Would recommend.

I love boba and I especially love milk tea. This is one of my favorite boba places because it’s cheap and good! If you’re a college student with a low budget, this is a good place to go to if you’re just looking to get your boba fix.
The crispy chicken, sandwich, and fried rice here is also pretty good! Out of the three, the shrimp fried rice is my favorite. The sandwich reminds me of Lee’s Sandwiches!
Parking is relatively easy to find and service is pretty quick. The workers are usually pretty friendly and nice! I wouldn’t suggest this as a good study space though, just because it can get kind of loud and there’s a big tv in the back that can distract you.

SERVICE — There is no service — It took about 30 min for the crispy chicken to come out and did not even call out «crispy chicken» when it was ready.
Matcha snow is okay. Imo Honeyboba is better.

stumbles upon this place a while ago and have continued coming ever since. I love their tapioca variety, its amazing! their food is also good, unless you’re a Vietnamese food snob lol. I like it and its the closest to home. I come here often and I wouldn’t come if the food wasn’t great.
the phở has a great beef flavor and the portion is, as in most cases, plenty! I remember getting more meat in the past but none the less, it’s still very good. the cashiers are pleasant and I always get good service when I come.

Had lunch here yesterday… was craving for phở and I guess they have a decent bowl of it — kind of small though but their drinks were good — I had the rare steak phở — regular — $ 6.99 — and a Jasmine Milk Tea — which was better than the tea place a few stores down the plaza.
The service was pretty nice as well. Ample parking when you go pass lunch hour (1−2pm)
Would come here again probably for their sandwiches and drinks.

I wouldnt have gone to this skimpy place if it werent open till 11pm on a weekday.
Phở ga was just OK.
Popcorn ckn tasted like it was from the day before and the size was ¼ the size you get at any other place.
They gave a wrong drink which i had to take back to the counter.
With many better places around the area, i wouldnt go back.
