Horrible service. Ordered Maribu Dream with whipped cream, but the guy at the cashier asked me about whipped cream again… so I said yes. After that, he asked me the same question over and over within a few minutes, even though it was not crowded at all. I like Coffee Bean and I’ve never disappointed at other locations, but I felt this employee did not have standard customer service skills. I will never go back to this branch anymore. This is hardly a normal coffee bean. They didn’t even know how to make tea. First they said they didn’t have iced tea. Next the person put a tea bag in cold water.

Pick your poison when you come to this location. It is located inside of the Krispy Kreme, which has its pros and cons. This concept makes much more sense than the Pizza Hut/​Taco Bell combination which Im still trying to wrap my head around, but I digress. The Coffee Bean menu isn’t complete so you might not find what your used to here. As for me, my Americano was strong and aromatic so I left happy. That might have to do with the dozen donuts I also bought. Good service and you already know the prices.

This Coffee Bean is located inside Krispy Kreme. Although it is potentially a great idea to have the two combined, this is Coffee Bean does not offer all the products on their regular menu. After ordering a dozen donuts, I was asked if I’d like to add a coffee or latte. I ordered a green tea latte, but they brought me a regular green tea. It turns out, they do not make green tea lattes here. Other than that, the service was ok.

Every Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been the same. and in this instance, it is no different (and that is a good thing). The employees are always super helpful, quick to answer our questions and get our orders (without rushing us, getting frustrated, or even giving a sour face). They are always so eager, so friendly. and I always absolutely love love LOVE going there. Keep it up!

Pretty cool that this location is part of Krispy Kreme. I didn’t give 5 stars because the service isn’t just for coffee, the registers share the load for the Krispy Kreme side. Still though, genius setup!
