Krispy Kreme Doughnuts

This place is full on a Sunday night ok understandable. Ordered my drink ice blended vanilla. It took them about 15 min and they add whip cream when clearly I asked for no whip cream so they removed it then I realized it was the wrong drink. Not the first time they mess up on my drink.

Customer service at its finest. Shena was such a sweetheart, I ordered five dozen donuts and was in and out in a heartbeat.

Okay, I must have been living in a fugue state for the past few years, because I missed the whole Krispy Kreme thing. My friend was suffering from a sweet tooth so we decided to stop by KrispyKreme. I usually don’t go for sweets when I’m hungry, but I decided to try one of these donuts my friend raved about — what a disappointment.
From the name KrispyKreme, I had conjured up an image of a donut filled with a custard type filling, there was no filling. It was just a too sweet glased donut, Sugar Shock! Horrible! What was all the raving about? I’ll never know, and I won’t be going back.

Not sure why the woman who was taking our orders had confusion.
All I wanted was this:
A chocolate donut, no crème filling
A glazed donut with crème filling
Coffee, 2 sugars and 1 cream
Cookies & cream blended with no whipped cream in small
She ended up giving us a chocolate with crème filling and it was taking a super long ass time.
Not sure I want to return again & mind you we hardly even go!
Krispy Kreme is just NOT worth going to!

I always get hats when I come here. My 5 year-​old is so fascinated on how they make the donuts. He loves to get up on the little stairs and follow his donut which they usually give him. I always end up taking 2 boxes of their glazed donuts home. Every time I go my donuts are still warm. I love how I’m always lucky enough to get the ones that were freshly made. Worth the trip and worth every cent.

Best time to come is when the «HOT doughnuts NOW» sign is on.
Drive thru is opened 24 hours in case you need your doughnut fix.

This location doesn’t always have a wide range of selections, especially later in the evening. They tend to run out of certain flavors and then not remake them… probably would be a good idea to then make more of the popular ones so it doesn’t turn out at 3pm! Otherwise donuts here are fabulous!

Great for late night cravings! Drive thru is open ²⁴⁄₇. When the hot and ready sign is on be sure to be patient because the line goes out the door and as well for the drive thru! I Find it faster to just wait in the drive thru.

Great donuts! Staff was confused when I asked about ½ dozen rate… Stated I could and not have to pay by the piece. In actuality at the register I had to pay per or buy 12. I wouldn’t have bought 6 if the helper had correctly indicated the pricing when asked twice upfront.
Clean and friendly

I just wanted to see what the big deal was since everyone in the US talks about this place like it is the holy grail of donuts. They were overly sweet and not that great. Good customer service.

Consistent quality and taste. That’s something you can definitely count on when you buy Krispy Kreme doughnuts. When the original glazed are «fresh now», these little suckers draped in sugar just melt in your mouth and you can easily eat 2 – 3 and not even notice it. You can never go wrong with a dozen original glazed.
However, if your into variety, there are about a dozen other types to choose from. My kids love the chocolate glazed with sprinkles, the NY cheesecake has a cream cheese filling (way too sweet for me), the blueberry fritter was a big hit with the others (can’t vouch for the taste), and I’ll nibble from the cinnamon bun (simple and cinnamony). They have a limited one as of this writing and it’s a dark chocolate filled with milk chocolate on top… no one had touched it, so I can’t speak to the taste, but it looks pretty!
They also have Coffee Bean on their menu. I’m a blacked iced coffee plain drinker so its basic and come out correct every time.
The only time I go here is in my way to my Grandma’s house in Riverside, so it’s perfect that they are located right near the entrance to the 91E and have a convenient drive-​thru. Service is very timely and they are quick once you can get to order.
I’m assuming pricing us reasonable… How horrible that I don’t even know what their goodies cost. Will continue to come back as long as the family eats them when I bring them over!

The doughnuts here are always made fresh and are perfect in shape and flavor. Infact, once I watched the process through the glass, and when dough was rolling down towards the fryer, and didn’t look uniform, they were immediately tossed out! A bit wasteful, but still impressive!
Most doughnuts are light and airey. You can’t go wrong with a simple glazed doughnut but still, I occasionally like the lemon or raspberry filled. The iced chocolate cake doughnuts have a texture like fudge (dense) and are very chocolate-​ty!
I don’t like the doughnuts holes too much. They feel more bread-​like, than light. Maybe it’s just me ???
Love the ice blended coffee drinks. I believe they have a special, where you can get 2 doughnuts and any coffee beverage, for about $ 5 (I still suggest asking because I’m not sure). I’ve only purchased this a couple of time, but either way a great deal to get!
If you have a smart phone, download the app and join (even if you joined on the website, you’ll need to join for the app also). Make sure to have them scan your app/​card. Every purchase gives you points towards rewards!
Restaurant is always clean, and sometimes the staff is friendly and welcoming. Just depends on who serves you.

Wow. The line here was CRAZY! I really wanted some doughnuts for my drive home so I stayed. There were so many people inside. I swear I was there for an hour. It took me an hour just to get in and out. Not really thinking especially since it was late at night. I really wasn’t expecting the line. Who knew that Krispy Kreme was still super popular?! When I got to the front I was having a quick chat with the lady there and she said it’s usually this crazy. The staff was nice and patient getting through all the requests for doughnuts. I was pleased with my visit.
Definitely love the fresh glazed doughnuts whenever I come into a krispy kreme. I do love the chocolate iced with kreme filling. I always order that everytime I visit a Krispy Kreme. Love their doughnuts!

Is it just me or are Krispy Kreme donuts getting smaller? I’d swear they are shrinking, (or maybe my appetite for them is just growing exponentially). Minus one star just for the puniness of the suckers…
I love these tasty little tidbits of cholesterol laden deliciousness and will put up with lines akin to the Disneyland Matterhorn ride just to satisfy my D-​Nut cravings… So… in my best Chris Rock voice I ask, «Can a brother get a fast pass up in here»?
My personal faves are the strawberry shortcake eclairs and the chocolate covered cream filled boogers, but the classic glazed are the best glazed donuts in the west… Light and airy. Pure heaven on earth!
Too bad I have to travel the better part of 15 miles just to scratch my donut itch… But, maybe thats a good thing as I am getting rounder that a donut hole and can’t seem to keep a New Year’s resolution anyway…

Came to Krispy Kreme to pick up some donuts to share at work. Mind you, I came really early in the morning since I start work early as well. Ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts and was in and out in 5 minutes. They already had some freshly baked glazed donuts boxed up and ready. I just gave them my order, paid for the donuts, and was handed two large boxes in a bag. I have to say, that is some efficient donut handling! And of course, the donuts were a hit at that office. So tasty, warm and fresh!
Overall: Easy donuts to pick up and obviously tasty!

5 stars for AWESOMENESS! Boy this place is usually packed with donut-​loving customers but I came around midnight and the place seemed calm and quiet. Freshly baked glazed donuts are always available when I come by and the employee that helped was very nice to me and patient since I didn’t know how many donuts I wanted to order. There are SO many different options including crème filled donuts or aka «kreme-​filled». They also have beverages available which is great! Anddddd I was able to see the employees in the back baking these beautiful donuts! I love it !

This is the closest Krispy Kreme location to the South Bay. If you come early enough, you can get warm original glazed donuts fresh off the line. They’ll be as tasty as they should be. Plus, you’ll beat the traffic that comes once stores in the adjacent malls open — know that everything in this immediate area is a mixed bag where clientele can be a bit ghetto (read Sam’s, Food4Less, Ranch99 reviews)…
Krispy Kreme corporate markets events throughout the year, such as national free donut day, Talk Like A Pirate Day (see pictures), etc. This location is a good sport and participates in all of these events. Lines on these days go out the door.
While the store interior is clean, the parking lot seems to always have puddles of coffee and trash lying around. The layout of the parking lot makes little sense to me. Sometimes the drive thru line wraps and blocks the entrance to the empty parking lot. SMH

Stopped by for a little hot now action but the glazed were already cooled down…
Had to try the old fashioned donut that was coming hot off the press!!! Done and done. Never to look back.

My favorites are there mini donuts. They’re in boxes of 20. Same cost as a dozen. Glazed, chocolate glazed, sugar and sprinkles.
This is just yummy goodness all around.
