So often understaffed at this location, makes coming here very inconvenient. This ice cream is harder for staff to prepare so owners should have at least 3 people mid day rather than 2.
To Owner/​s or Corp: GIVE YOUR WORKERS A RAISE… since you are trying to save money on keeping down staff. Today you lost another customer.

I go to school everyday and to hear your employee complain about everything! I’m tried of it! And when I go there and give a tip, I don’t get a song? This is outrageous I’m done! If you want ice cream I would drive a little farther to basket Robbins! DONT GO TO COLD STONE!

This cold stone is actually my least favorite even though it’s walking distance from my house. I usually get the kids size, which many places include one mix-​in topping. This place, however, will only allow one mix-​in with size small.

The vanilla bean and cookie dough mix I get always tastes amazing at any of the Cold Stones I go to. The service isn’t the greatest here though. I’ve been too MANY of their establishments and mostly all of them have chipper and happy employees working. I didn’t even get a «hello» or «welcome» when I walked in today. I need to be acknowledged!

Horrible customer service. I Called the store to order a cake because the online system didn’t show them as a store you could order from. The store manager laterally told me, I could not place a phone order, then changed his mind, and we started the order. HOWEVER half way thru the order he told me I would have to come in right away to pay for the cake, not on delivery as it’s usually done BUT right away.
I refused to jump thru that many hoops for a cake i could get at another cold stone, I did not order, I would rather drive anywhere else then give them my money. The store manager was unhelpful, combative and rude.

Funnel cakes were not as expected. Very bad service, dirty tables & floors.

DO NOT GET A CAKE DONE HERE. This is the first and last time I get one done here. The manager called me and said the cake was a bit small for the writing & let me know he would write small. I said that’s fine as long as it’s legible. You can’t even read what the cake is intended to say!

Came here before I saw Star Wars and my only complaint is the parking situation. Other than that, you can’t go wrong with Cold Stone! I had a warm brownie sundae right after work on a Friday night and it just made me smile! Not crowded at all and the staff were all friendly.

Coming from an ICE cream lover I always recommend their «banana caramel crunch with added pieces of reese’s» yummy been getting the same thing for year’s and can never go wrong with it. As for customer serrvice here it’s usually good no complaints. :)

Expensive as always but that is expected. The ice cream itself is creamy delicious, of course. Great customer service don’t have any complaints.

I wad in a mad craving for smoothies and went here bc i had a giftcard. My expectations were low since it was an icecream shop but…
Mango pineapple – HORRIBLE!
tasted ever so slightly like mango dipped in a trashcan then added with sugar?
On top of that, my friend ordered the exact same thing but it tasted less like trash.
I couldnt finish the drink but my friend claimed it started to taste powdery and slightly chocalatey?
Idk what sort of sugar concoction i was fed but never again will i even think about getting a smoothie here.

Wow. I travelled great distances to come to this Coldstone. If you must know, it was about six exits down the freeway on the 57S and some more driving locally until we reached this Coldstone.
Turned into the parking and wow, we got a parking spot instantly! Like it was meant to be.
Walked in and was instantly greeted with a smile by the handsome lad, Andrew, I read on his name tag. He is so cute — and his smile — wow. Give that boy a raise just for his teeth.
He explained all the flavors and styles of icecream mixtures to me so sweetly. His voice — it was meant to read the descriptions of icecream, smooth and soft, like the icecream itself.
The icecream itself packs a lot of flavors. I got the Cheesecake one and wow, it felt like I was eating a whole cheesecake the size you get from Costco. It was perfect for the insane demon heat we’ve been suffering in Orange County lately.
I was rung by Andrew and even Casey, another employee, was super nice and polite. Like wow. These employees embody the true and genuine icecream spirit: cool, refreshing, and pleasant.
⁵⁄₅ stars. Customer service was of great quality, environment was clean and not loud & rambunctious, and the icecream was deeeeeelicious. Would definitely come again. Would bring my future boyfriend and pending mother in law. Would recommend to classmates, professors and ex-​roommates without a doubt.

Ice cream is yummy here! Friendly service! Tables and floors a little bit sticky but that’s not a big deal. Yummy ice cream cookie sandwiches too.

This cold stone does not even deserve the star I gave it. My girlfriend went through the process of ordering me a cake for my birthday and even though she ordered it within the 24 hour time frame the people who worked there told her that that is not there time frame yet they excepted the order??? I usually won’t give anyone crap for this but if your going to allow people to make a 24 hour purchase you as a company should comply with those time frames.

I came here on the 4^th of July around 7:00 pm, and oh man, there was the biggest wait I’ve ever seen at Cold Stone. However, there were a lot of employees working, so this made the wait times not so bad.
I ended up ordering the oreo overload with cake batter, as opposed to sweet cream, ice cream, and it tasted almost as good as the birthday cake remix. When I got the love it sized cup, it was pretty much overflowing. The server put a lot of oreos in my ice cream, which I really appreciated, but if you like fudge, you might want to ask your server to put some extra one there because there wasn’t much fudge mixed into my ice cream. Regardless, this cold stone had great ice cream and friendly service.

Cold stone has to be one of my all time favorite chain creameries around. Their ice cream never disappoints and neither does their ice cream cakes.
Their rich and indulging flavors always leave me craving for more. You also have the option to add toppings to them if you want to.
This particular location is not different from the other ones. They use a «cold stone» to mix the ice cream and the toppings you desire. I must say however, the coffee lovers is my personal favorite.
Service is pretty fast and they always greet you with a smile.

Cold stones is by far my favorite ice cream parlor! This location is great due to their employees being quick, efficient& on point. I’ve been to this location when it has been packed and when it was completely empty. The employees really know how to handle loads of customers. I usually get the cheesecake fantasy & I think it’s awesome how they let me swap out some add-​ons for other add-​ons. It’s a bit on the pricey side but I would definitely cash out the money for cold stones. Love!

Definitely more expensive than your typical ice cream at McDonald’s or BR but totally worth it. With custom mixes and a variety of add ons, you have a good amount of options available to you. My go to’s are the strawberry blonde with strawberries and Graham crackers and the mint mint chocolate chip with the brownies. So good!
Tip: tip them to get a song! :) today, I got «brrr it’s cold in here, there must be some ice cream in the atmosphere!»

I’ve always been a fan of Cold Stone. I don’t mind paying a little more for quality and CS has never disappointed.
My normal trips are usually just for ordered cakes, but once in a wHile I make my own creation. I really dig the ice cream sandwiches and could eat them any day, whether it’s hot or cold outside.
This location has plenty of parking and the staff, the one soul I saw working, was kind and service was good.
