Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Ive seen all the reviews for this place and all right this place has the WORST employees bad attitude it seems like they hate there job here i tried to order a cake for my sons birthday and the girl told me since the cake lady wasnt going to be there i had to order my cake for today and only choose the ice flavors they already had made i was ok then she started giving me attitude telling me a bunch of other crap even though i should have me mad since i wasnt going to be able to choose the ice cream i wanted then she rudely tells me i was gonna have to leave a deposit over the and i told i would stop by later after and she was no you have to leave it now i was like no ill stop by she started giving me more attitude and i told her yo cancel the order forget ill go somehwere else and she hung up on me. Worst Baskin-​Robbins ever!

Came here on Oct 31 to get my 1.31 scoop of ice cream at 818 pm only to find that the store was closed even though their website says they should be open till 10 pm don’t really understand why they would be closed earlier than the time posted on their website.

My wife and went in on Saturday evening and order some shakes, The girl pour the milk in to the blender and realizing she pour in too much milk pour the milk back into the container (now all that milk is cross contaminated, Then when she done making my wife’s she just tossed the empty blender in the sink (not in the clean or rinse but the sink that has sanitize solution in it)
she then starts to make my milkshake with out rinsing out the blender I told her you not going to rinse that before you make mine, she didnt want too rinse it but I made her. she makes my shake and only fill’s the cup ²⁄₃ of the way. Poor training.

Place isn’t the greatest. Biggest thing is the unfriendly girls that work there. Seems to always be tension between each other and with guests. In addition, the back area behind the ice cream coolers looks dirty. Floor is always filthy. Counters look bleh.
I go here maybe once every few months.
I always seem to get the same unfriendly girl.
The ice cream is tasty but everything else makes going here feel like a chore.

I feel the same way as Maggie. C Due to the lack of energy they drained me and killed my vibe, They were not rude at all but the girls act like humans without emotions similar to a Robot they are there to serve you! nothing more nothing less, but because I couldn’t vibe with the Debbie downer energy I don’t think I will ever be coming here again as I never let no bitch kill my vibe

Wow! I’m surprised this place has negative reviews. Been coming here for about 5 years and its been good. Always clean but it is very small it does get hard to maneuver in and out of that place. As for the girls there they all have been friendly and helpful. Sure sometimes they look tired and not very chatty but they are never rude.

I don’t like this store is small, dirty n girls who work there are NOT friendly at all, never even cracked a smile. I stopped by since its on my way home but I rather drive farther next time to one of their other locations.

Garbage.
This place is terrible. I made the mistake of trying to order an ice cream pie here because it was on the way of where I was going. Huge mistake.
I asked for a specific item that a family member wanted and this a rundown of the conversation we had — grammatical mistakes are included to share the authenticity of the conversation:
Me: I’d like to order the caramel turtle pie.
Her: We don’t got that no more.
Me: … what?
Her: That’s old– we don’t make that no more.
Me: When did that happen?
Her: (stares at me and shrugs)
Me: Give me a second… (takes our phone, goes to
and shows her the caramel turtle pie that I want to order)
Me: Then why is it on the website? It says I can order it.
Her: It’s wrong…
Me: The website is wrong or you are?
Her: Website — we don’t make that no more
That’s where the conversation ended. I walked out, called the next Baskin-​Robbins on the list and asked if they made what I was looking for — the response was something like, «of course we do.»
The girl working here was either not trained properly or to be blunt, an idiot. It was a terrible experience, I’ll never come back, and I would encourage you not to waste your time here either.

Took my family for a visit. Very dirty. Two girls working, slow business and no cleaning. Very sad. We were a longtime customer.

Went with Tram V. to get ice cream after our gym sesh which was a totally retarded idea.
BUT — the girl was really nice about her trying all a gazillion flavors before getting a scoop of something she didn’t even have to try lol. I’ve been to this location several times before and it never gets really crowded so that’s always a plus. You can’t reall go wrong with BR ice cream.
My favorite flavors: Strawberry Cheesecake, Gold Medal Ribbon, Mint Chocolate Chip and jamoca almond fudge. OMGAH now I want ice cream…
