I love this place. Good food, good prices, and everyone is so friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Never gotten a bad meal here. Always have a lunch special. It is café food. Most is fried, but they have some grilled options!

I wish all staff was as friendly as bill, rose, Charlie and de Anna … On our last visit. Management was rude and very unprofessional… food was not what we were use to from this restaurant… but service and food quality had been declining lately… waitress needed a lot more training… was a horrible experience …

Great Ribeye for the price. 12.95 for a 12 oz ribeye. Decently tender and well cooked(medium rare). Green beans were ordinary. Would come back to try other dishes. Service was okay, not good or great.

Great country cuisine. I had chicken fried steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, Texas toast, unsweet iced tea. Portions are generous. Steak was ample and thick– at least ½ inch and well breaded. Green beans were fantastic– Italian cut with a nice bacon and onion flavor. Also note they use nugget/pellet ice for drinks so if you’re an ice lover like me their a winner. Atmosphere was nice– southern décor. I had a comfortable booth. The place was super clean(including bathrooms). Staff was great. My plate was at my table within about 7 minutes. Waitresses are young, cute and southern-style bubbly and genuinely seemed to enjoy working there and that says a great deal about a business. I’ll definitely be back!

I almost always forget that the Woolf Den is around. But when I do remember to visit I always leave satisfied. I’ve never utilized the tanning beds or internet café or any of that stuff, but they’re cool amenities and they don’t take away from the experience. I mean, you’re surrounded by cheesy wolf figurines and paintings, so the separate rooms for tanning beds and computers aren’t a blight to the existing atmosphere. The catfish is really good and it’s the main reason I go! They have the best catfish in Gainesville and the prices are hard to beat. It’s Catholic country so it gets packed during Lenten Friday nights, but they still offer a $ 7.99 catfish dinner that’s worth every penny. The sides of cornbread and beans are great and the fries are above average. The catfish servings are generous and the tartar sauce has a sweet little pinch of something I can’t put my finger on, but love. So this is a great choice for catfish during Lent. The rest of the food looks like it’s definitely worth a visit, if I can remember to get out there.

Pretty good food and service, especially for Gainesville. Good daily specials. Excellent hand cut French fries. One complaint is that the fries are the kind that would be really good with malt vinegar. I actually told the manager/owner know I thought it would be good to have some malt vinegar around for the fries and fried catfish special and I always request some every time I’m there but so far they haven’t bothered to get a single bottle of malt vinegar. For God’s sake, it’s vinegar not bananas. It won’t spoil.

The food is good. The service is excellent. A good family restaurant with an Internet café and free wifi. We go there several times a month. The food is traditional American, mostly burgers and sandwiches with some chicken, pork chops and steaks. The fried catfish on Fridays is excellent.

Great dinner. Great people. My son who loves cfsteak says theirs is awesome. My strip was yummy. The chicken parmesan was great. Their dinners are complete with all the fixings. The service even after 9pm was perfect even though a large church group arrived at the same time. … And yes, they really do have a tanning booth but we didn’t try it.

The food was pretty good, felt like a small town café menu. The only issue with the place is the service. They have young employees but they can still be trained. Host was slow, to get water was slow to order was slow to get our food was super slow and we had to beg for ketchup after we got our food. It was a blessing we were not in a hurry.

Internet café, tanning salon, and family restaurant under one roof. It’s kind of funny the things you find in small towns. The food is okay, very fried and small town. Chicken fried steaks, steaks, half pound burgers, and the like. Prices range from $ 5 — $ 15 for entrees. Internet is fast for a small town! 5Mbps. 18 PCs with internet and games installed for $ 3/hour, $ 20/day. WiFi is FREE if you bring your own laptop! I don’t know about the tanning. Open 9:30AM to 10PM daily.
