IHOP

The service, at least early in the morning, is terrible. I and everyone that came after me had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes just to have someone come over and seat us. After that, don’t expect to see your server again for at least fifteen minutes. This is with three servers and the place more than 90% empty. Getting your bill and then getting them to cash you out is another time-​killing ordeal.
All of this for their limited nighttime menu.

IHOP is generally hit or miss in my experience — in this case it was a hit in getting my order correct (it’s not that complicated honestly — well done pancakes & hash browns w/​fruit on the side), but miss w/​sloppy inattentive service… Obviously our orders sat in window for a while to bring out w/​neighboring table’s — cooling off rapidly!
My friend couldn’t eat her eggs which were almost completely cold; I had to shovel mine down.
Waitress seemed more concerned about socializing w/​acquaintances that inquiring why we left large portions of our breakfasts on plates.

This IHOP is decent. Food is okay. The hollandaise is awful so don’t bother if you’re an eggs Benedict lover.
What gets this restaurant 4 stars is the service. I’ve been here multiple times due to its proximity to the college and each time the service is WONDERFUL.
Get the flavored iced coffee if you like iced coffee. :)

I’ve read a few reviews of this establishment and found all the negative reviews to be false in my humble opinion. We were here for breakfast yesterday and came right back here today (Sunday, ¹⁰⁄₁₈). We were seated almost immediately, kind of nice for noon on a Sunday. The food is great, breakfast menu is full of choices and you can mix or mash up any way you want pretty much. They started me a fresh pot of decaf when I asked for it and service was really really good. I would recommend this to casino patrons heading back to Dallas as a stop to ‘fuel up’ before the drive back down. Great job girls! Thank you very much.

The absolute worst! I ordered the biscuit and gravy combo with three eggs-​to go. When I got the order home and sat down to enjoy my meal, I noticed it was missing the extra egg AND the sausage, but they were good enough to charge me for them. I called to speak to the shift manager and she explained that if I drove back to town she could remove the extra charges or finish filling my order. I explained that it would cost $ 10 to drive back and forth to correct their error. She said next time in they would «comp» a portion of my meal. I explained that I would never be back and at this point she decided the best course of action was to hang up on me. A «manager» hung up on a customer! Disgraceful! After the weekend, I’ll be calling the general manger to discuss it again.

Waited 30 mins for a chicken and bacon crêpe and a country omelette only to be told by the waitress that the chicken takes longer than anything else to cook. There was no sugar on the table for our coffee. She didnt even bring us water. After waiting another 10 mins and no food still, we walked out and heard the waitress telling the kitchen «cancel the chicken crêpe».

You would think you can’t mess up breakfast, but somehow they did. The iced coffee was watered down and I had to send the french toast back because it still had raw egg on one side and was very soggy. The waitress insisted it was supposed to be that way. After a little prodding she finally took it back. It was the most horrible IHOP I have ever had the displeasure to dine at. The bathrooms were awful I wonder if the use the restrooms because there was no soap and toilet paper all over the floor. I wish I could say one good thing but there’s nothing more to say other than I loved IHOP and now I can’t think about eating at one.

Just what you should expect from an IHOP. Good and filling breakfast. No complaints.
