This has to be one of the worst Arby’s ever. My kids complained about the uncleanliness of this location. I understand flies that make their way into the restaurant, but this was more than that. There was a roach on his back, still alive. Food all over the floors, tiles falling off the wall, and the seats & tables were dirty too.

My boyfriend and I are traveling from Dallas to Stillwater and stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Walked in to an empty dining room and no employees in sight. Figured they were in the back so we took time to look over the menu and decide what we wanted to eat, still no employees in sight. After having waited for about 5 minutes one finally did make an appearance behind the counter, an older hispanic woman who glanced our way and kept on walking without acknowledging our presence. A younger red headed girl showed up a minute later but also ignored us, even after me remarking, rather loudly, that we’d sure like to eat if we could get someone to wait on us. We might as well have been ghosts for the amount of attention we got. Do yourself a favor and go to the Taco Bell down the street instead, MUCH better service and the employees are friendly.

Twenty-seven minutes. The amount of time we spent ATTHEWINDOW in the drive thru(not the line, THEWINDOW). We went through a few employees before a rude female with a lip ring. They got our order wrong several times before lip-ring girl informed us that our order had disappeared. She then degraded the original guy who was obviously new for giving us our change(which was wrong, we were charged for the wrong order). The whole time we weren’t rude, although our passenger got a little eye-rolly twenty minutes in, but lip-ring girl was at the point of slamming the correct change($ 12 of over charge) into our driver’s hand. Then after we FINALLY rolled out of the drive-thru, we didn’t have fries. Our driver had to go back inside for the fries. Never had such a ridiculous drive-thru experience, anywhere, ever.

This Arby’s is just fine, and I haven’t had any of these complaints other reviewers have. That’s not to so I don’t have my own complaints, they’re just different. I haven’t gone inside in years, so I can’t speak to the cleanliness in there, but my food has always been A-OK and I’ve had no experiences with dirtiness from the drive through. The services is always acceptable-to-above average, and they move pretty fast. I do think Arby’s overall is grossly overpriced, but sometimes I just want a weird fast food roast beef burger. This location blows, though. That’s not Arby’s fault, but I have decided against going at all because of the high, nonstop traffic all around this place. Good luck leaving the parking lot! Avoid exiting onto California St at all costs. Go around to the back, get on Throckmorton Street, and head north away from California. I promise winding around back streets is easier and faster.

Out of roast beef at lunch on a Wednesday? Alternate brisket sandwich was terrible. Ordered potato cakes and they tasted like old oil. Total for 3 people was $ 30? Terrible experience.

This place must have a new manager. Things seem to be much more organized. Cleanliness has improved substantially. Orders are filled more promptly. The general disposition of the staff exhibits improved morale. This is good news in a town with limited dining options. I can start coming back for lunch on a regular basis.

Not the most friendly service but your typical fair as you would expect from an Arby’s fast food restaurant. The new $ 10.99 two-person combo is a really nice set up with appetizer french fries sandwiches and drinks. On the positive side, this site does give The typical amount of roast beef on the sandwich. The downside is that all the fried items were ice cold within 90 seconds of leaving the restaurant. Additionally they are very stingy with the sauces, as they only gave three of the horseradish cream sauce no catch up and no Arby’s sauce. This for two sandwiches two small fries and a cheese sticks. The overall service was mediocre through the drive-through so I can’t speak to the cleanliness of the restaurant mentioned in previous reviews, but from what I saw it looked appropriate.

The slowest moving fast food line I have ever been in! Even if one person called out, one person would not have made that much of a difference.
