Went here for last minute brunch with girlfriends on Valentine’s Day because they were the only place with open reservations. Two of the girls got the brunch buffet option, and another girl and I got the lobster eggs benedict. Our poached eggs were WAY overdone and it was so disappointing! Our server was also pretty confused… Something as simple as getting some straws ended up being a lot harder than it should have been.

Went in to grab an after dinner cocktail with a friend. The atmosphere and music were spot on but the bartender Lexie could careless if we were there or not. She was neither attentive or friendly to us or the couple sitting nearby. She seemed more interested in what seemed to be her regular clients than building relationships with new clientele. A real shame for the owners. We won’t be back.

Party of 9 with reservation. Seated promptly. Service was a little slow but not unacceptable. Food was very good. Baked Brie appetizer was very good. Tempura veggies were great! Margarita pizza and warm spinach salad were outstanding. Unlike other reviewers’ experiences, the restaurant was full, not packed and no waiting line. Overall, we enjoyed and will be back.

First time visit. Pleasantly surprised. Good bar for a game or happy hour. Wife had the burger and raved about it. I had the salmon and it was decent. Hey its seafood in Texas. We are going back to try the pizza. It looked really good.

Wow. This place has DELICIOUS food, and really nice staff. My team went here for a holiday lunch and I wish I could have ordered one of everything. However, I was extremely happy with the Aphrodisiac Mussels and the lobster mac n cheese. I don’t think I can even describe to you accurately how amazing the mussels were. The broth they came in was crafted by angels and magic. It smelled so good that people across the table were asking me what I’d ordered. I ate each mussel, with delicious bites of bread and little bits of sausage, while laughing maniacally in their faces. Unfortunately, their food also seemed to be good. In fact, everyone was enjoying their food, but –obviously– not as much as I did with my mussels. Seriously, order these. The lobster mac and cheese is rich and flavorful, and although it comes on a smaller plate it’s very filling. I shared it with a coworker because we both wanted to try it. I also(very graciously) did not stab her with a fork when she had some of my mussels. I’m pretty sure that act alone fills my good karma quota for 2016. You’re welcome, America.

I don’t think I have ever written a review like this, but our experience last night was horrible! If there was a way to give them negative 5 stars, I would! It started off by ordering two glasses of Meiomi Pinot. What was brought to the table was nothing close to it. We asked the waiter, he said he saw them open a new bottle, but would take it back. Then the bar tender/part owner came by the table and said we were right, it was not Meiomi Pinot, it was something better. We thought not! He said they were out of Meiomi, so he just poured what they had opened. So the lying continued… Finally, a nice Pinot was brought to the table and we thought we were past the situation. Dinner ordered and one plate was the Wild Game Sausages — venison and jalapeño cheese stuffed wild boar. All of the sausages were the boar. When we asked again, then got the manager, they said they were probably out of the venison, but would check the freezer. Again, easy enough to say you are out of something, instead of trying to pass something else off. Five minutes later, the manager delivered what he said were the venison sausages. They were not venison, they were most likely Eckridge sausage from Tom Thumb and they were beef. I won’t even get into the Kobe Beef Burger. For one, it was not Kobe and it was not beef. If we had to guess, it tasted exactly like a venison burger. The manager was very nice and apologized, then said he would be taking some of the items off our bill that were not what we ordered. That didn’t happen either. The owner/part owner, whoever he was said, NO, charge them the full amount. This was probably the worst dining experience I’ve had in 10+ years. We should have know when the place was almost completely empty on a Saturday night in a very busy restaurant area.

Went here for Sunday brunch and decided to order of the menu instead of the buffet, bad decision. Service was extremely slow even though no one was in the restaurant but my family. We have been here before and have been satisfied in the past. However, today was very different. The sample bread platter was completely forgotten and we had to request it, twice! My daughter ordered her usual breakfast tacos which came out very different that usual and missing the black bean soup. When we requested the black bean soup we were given some type of bland black beans, disappointing. I ordered the lobster Benedict which had imitation chopped lobster and was missing the Potatoes. Service was slowed the food was horrible. If you go please get the breakfast buffet as my husband did, that looked a lot better. Nonetheless, We will not return to this restaurant.

We held a large event at One2One for my networking group which I am the event planner for. It went so smoothly, the owners and the staff were extremely accommodating with great, helpful attitudes. The food was spectacular, and they have a very elegant atmosphere. Their large banquet room can hold quite a large party. We had the higher priced banquet menu option for our guests, which included ribeye, and everyone raved about the food! If anyone is looking for a place to have a company or holiday banquet, give One2One a shot! You won’t be sorry.

This was a dinner trip and we are in the bar. Positives: Nice large open well appointed and comfortable bar area. 2 big 60″ screens for sports hang at the head of the bar. Barkeep«Lexi» was very professional but the only one they had and she had to wait tables as well. Spacious patio but is on the West side so direct sun. Maybe cooler days. I understand they have live entertainment on Saturday night. Negatives: We ordered Kobe Burger($ 13) and an Italian Pizza($ 14). Pizza was sparse on toppings and completely tasteless. Burger seemed small and we requested medium and it came completely dry(no juice). Had to request water twice. No parking, but they do have valet. Just add that to the price of an already overpriced dinner. Lots of potential here. Just does not appear to be run by folks who know the business very well???

Came here for brunch on Father’s Day. The staff were all nice. Everyone we crossed paths with wished my husband & other fathers in the restaurant a happy fathers day. I had the eggs benedict(pretty good) with side of hash/potatoes. The potato portion was very small which worked out fine because they were too greasy to eat. There was a buffet available but the selection was not very extensive. I’d come back, but not for a special occasion brunch as it wasn’t worth the price.

Tonight the food was amazing! The meatloaf is to die for and the best I have ever had. This place is tucked away but I am glad we tried it. The Texas mule is a great refreshing drink choice as well with the bruschetta! We will definitely be going back as there are a ton of other menu items I want to try! The staff and Israel our waiter was great! I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here about this place! Maybe they all just went at bad times! We loved it!

Wow. Visiting Plano from Austin/Georgetown, and happened upon one2one. The entire experience was outstanding. What really stood out at first was the service… someone was expediting, the kitchen was completely visible, and there were enough staff to get the job done WELL. Someone has really trained this team. Most importantly, the food was wonderful. Strongly recommend the Caprese With A Twist Salad. One of the best salads I’ve ever had. My wife is a vegetarian, and they made her a custom veggie pasta with WW pasta & fresh veggies… she was thrilled. I had the Kobe meatloaf and really enjoyed it. Great kids menu. Cocktails were generous and well put together. This is a stylish restaurant, and was just a great experience(rivaled Mexican Sugar where we ate the night before). Strong, strong recommendation for this non-corporate family-owned restaurant. Truly something for everyone! Cheers Note; I only write these like twice a year… when I feel strongly about my experience…

I had house salad, filet mignon and tiramisu. House salad 1 star. They just took mixed green leafs and add lots of vinegar with 2 grape tomatoes! No onion, cilantro… Beeeeeh, I couldn’t eat vinegar leafs, sorry. Filet mignon was good but I asked medium done and got medium rare. And lastly tiramisu, imagine lady fingers covered in whipped cream with cocoa powder on top. Very fatty not flavorful disgusting whipped cream.

This restaurant can best be described as Houston’s and Brick House had a baby. The food is greatness. Go for a nice dinner with the wife or girlfriend. Interior is modern yet cozy, and it boasts an open kitchen. Easily valet or park around the corner. Service was 5 star.

I made my friends come here for brunch because I wanted to give this place another chance. A few months ago, my husband and I came in for a nightcap before going home, and the cook convinced us to come and try the«New Brunch». Luckily I gave my friends a disclaimer… because the«New Brunch» was not so great. We were seated in the nearly empty restaurant and a manager took our drink menu — touting they had bottomless mimosas with brunch, we ordered a round of those.(I absolutely love bottomless mimosa brunch and there are so few in North Dallas!). Our first round arrived promptly and the manager told us the waitress would be by soon. 20 – 25 minutes later we flag down our waitress. She was not impressed. The brunch menu itself is pretty legit sounding — lots of options. I ordered a turkey avocado bacon sandwich and spaghetti squash. One friend got the fish tacos, and there were a few heuvos rancheros ordered as well. One more order of bottomless mimosas is ordered and arrives 10 minutes later. When our food comes out, my sandwich is pretty legit, spaghetti squash is meh. However, no one else is really impressed. The heuvos rancheros is tiny. The girl that ordered the tacos ended up not finishing them, and putting loads of Tabasco on them(the house salsa is like water — zero flavor). The most disheartening news of all is that the ENTIREPLACE is out of champagne, so no more mimosas. With only like 15 people in the restaurant — how do you run out of champagne at a bottomless mimosa brunch? Unreal. The only saving grace was they gave us each a screwdriver free of charge. I guess i will have to find another restaurant in North Dallas for my Sunday mimosa brunch. Sad.

My wife and I hosted 47 for a luncheon, including 8 that were aged infant to 10. They were always available for preparation discussions prior to the event and catered to our every need and whim, and were not rushing us at all, even at the 3 hour mark. Servers were attentive and professional, yet personable. I arrived early and immediately knew all their names. They made sure everything went exactly as we intended. The food was the star, as it should be. Highlights were a perfect medium salmon filets, the Kobe meatloaf, and cooked as ordered petit filet. Thanks One 2 One!

I normally try to give a place every opportunity to redeem themselves but my first and only visit to One 2 One was a cluster. In our small birthday celebration group there were three couples with past and current restaurant ownership experience. My wife and I fall into the sold some and own some category. The person who invited us had made a reservation. When we arrived 10 minutes behind the main group, we were seated at a table designed for 12 guests, but we’re squished in like a tour bus for 16 guests. I was forced to choose a corner seat hanging off the end of the table. We then found out that 6 more people were going to join us but I saw only 3 open seats from my already cramped seat. Ok I can deal with this. We ordered two dirty martinis and hoped for the best. We convinced the manager or whoever he was that we might need a bigger space. We are now 30 minutes into our journey and no drinks. We are told we are moving to a bigger space. We arrive at the bigger space and after 10 minutes I walk out to find a person with a clue and ask where our drinks are. They arrive 50 minutes into our dining journey. Why on earth would you start out squeezing a group into a tight space when you clearly have 80 empty seats? We begin to order food. The table is told that the pizza oven is broken. Ok that is 1⁄3 of the menu to skip. Another person would like the mussels. They are out. Another guest wanted asparagus. They are out. My wife and I ordered the veggie tempura to share and then a Kobe burger and a prime rib French dip. In all fairness the tempura was outstanding but for $ 12 and 6 pieces it darn well should be. The appetizer was dumped on the table with the entrees. I pointed this out and felt like I was told I was number one but did not see the middle finger. The burger arrived with stone cold fries so we needed a replacement. My sandwich was ok. While we waited on the fries we ordered more drinks and right in the middle of this a full glass of red wine was dumped down the back of the birthday girls daughter with glass all over the floor. Wow. She had to leave with her date. The food was a 3 out of 5 and service was a 0 so do the math. Food was overpriced by 30% for similar quality and ambiance. Woefully inadequate. Would not could not should not suggest this place.
