Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency Room

Extremely nice facility — very comforting environment. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They even called the next day to follow up! Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about this ER staff! I’m so suprised and elated about the excellent service that my son received yesterday evening.
From Carla the receptionist to Dr. Lynn Brown, everyone worked at a high level of excellence that I’ve never seen, nor experienced by any medical facility. Dr. Lynn Brown and staff went above and beyond by: quickly and kindly caring for my son as soon as we walked in the door, explaining everything before they did it, answering any questions and by putting us at easy when we needed it. I was so impressed with the overall service and kindness of the staff at this Elite Care ER facility! I will recommend this ER to anyone! Thank you so much!

What a fantastic facility. The Dr. and attending nurses were really great. I was in-​and-​out quickly, and was accommodated very well. The facility is (for all intents and purposes) a hospital, really (absent beds). The installation is very-​well equipped; capable of handling pretty much any emergency (in my case a fractured foot). A great deal of attention was paid to my comfort level and they were really on-​the-​ball for a Sunday. I was very, very impressed. This is not your father’s quick-​serve ER. You probably cannot go wrong going here if its urgent.

Awesome place, clean facility, and attentive staff. Had to get a chest x ray after a positive test result, and I visited Elite Care. The staff was courteous, friendly, caring, and very professional. The wait time was less than five minutes. You are literally in an out in thirty minutes or less, given the circumstance. The waiting area was not cramped and full of sick patients coughing, sneezing, having flu like symptoms, and touching everything except the sun. The facility was clean and well organized. Hopefully it remains that way, only time will tell. If I were to visit an ER again, I would choose elite care; prefer to pay for the best care.

All I can say is, «WOW!» This place rocks! I took my daughter there over the holiday, but my insurance didn’t respond, being it was a holiday. At the front desk they took all my information, proceeded to try various times to reach my insurance company & called me to follow up. This alone is amazing, but then when I returned to the facility, the place is gorgeous and spotless. So clean, patient friendly and so accommodating. We had NO wait, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed, from reception, to PA, all the way to the physician. Normally, physician’s do not have time to make small talk, but Jeffrey Beers, MD proved to be cautious, engaged, and interested in the best outcome for my daughter. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility to my fellow neighbors in our Frisco area. Great job Elite Care 24 Hour Emergency Room! Welcome to Frisco, TX!
