I’ve gone here and just love it! So fresh, I crave it now! Staff is super friendly and jokes with you. Prefer over Taco Bell, prefer over chipotle prefer over fuzzies and prefer over other places.

Whoops!
Might still be adjusting at this newer Frisco location, but they don’t quite have it together yet here. Poor lax service quality in itself is a major issue, but the food was lackluster too. Not sure if there was any management in house on a recent lazy Sunday afternoon visit, but that is no excuse.
This place was not up to par for a normal outlet location. Hopefully they will keep studying and get it right sooner before later. Give it some more time.

This is the worst Tex-​Mex burrito place I’ve been to. The burritos were just barely edible. They were clueless about making proper quesadillas. They’re supposed to be crispy on the outside, but they were like soft tacos. And since they won’t put meat in the press, some ingredients were just lukewarm. Don’t waste your money. Go to Pie Five, Panera Bread or Cowboy Chicken next door.

Food is always great but the attitude from some workers here is pretty terrible. I get you are busy but there is no need to get aggressive with me.
I had ordered your standard burrito with chips. The staff seemed annoyed with me the whole time and I am not sure why. When I was asked if it was for here or to go, I politely said to go. They didn’t make it to go. When I told them, politely again, that it was to go, I was given a look you would give someone that is your enemy. Food was thrown in a bag and tossed at me without a thank you or anything. Yikes. I guess I am a terrible person…
I was just trying to get something to eat. Yea it was Friday. Yea it was busy. But don’t take it out your customers. And this, Freebirds, is why I go to Chipotle.
Props to the cashier. She was nice.

I’ve been here twice and it was good the first time and better the second time. Such a simple concept yet tasty. I get the burrito bowl to avoid any processed bread. The grass fed beef is really good. The first time I went I had one or two pieces that were not that good, but this time not one bad piece. Price is reasonable and the chairs are cool lol. I don’t give many five stars, but I’d have to do this on taste, price and being grass fed beef.

Stopped by after work for togo and the food was COLD and OLD frim lunch. Nothing was fresh for the after work 5pm crowd. Paid $ 8 for crap I can’t eat. Wish i had left it. Not coming back!

The staff is friendly and engaging, making sure I know all my options for my order. Food was fresh and tasty. Not as heavy on the spices and other flavoring as other burrito places. I will be back to enjoy the service and food again.

This place sucks. I tried it a few years ago when a Chipotle was supposed to go in this center and evidently something went wrong with negotiations/​lease or who knows. I tried this place again today because of the SLIM pickings still in NW Frisco. The food is soooo bland and grainy (black beans?) and the steak chunks are terrible.
I won’t bother trying a 3rd time… I’ll just drive the 20+ minute drive down to Legacy/​Tollway to that Chipotle. The Frisco Chipotle also sucks, dirty and grimy, haven’t been to the Frisco Stonebriar Chipotle in years! Wish a good restaurant chain would take the time to evaluate the NORTHWEST FRISCO area!!!

Not sure what it is but the food never seems to win me over.
I’ve tried a few times because I like to support local but every time I’ve gone the place is dirty and just not were I think it should be in terms of clean. I worked in the food business as a kid and my boss always said… «if you are leaning you should be cleaning» that isn’t the case here. Just ok food.

Great burrito and tex-​mex spot. Lots of toppings and different sauces to be applied. The décor is certainly something to behold as well as the tin foil figurines throughout the seating area.
In my opinion it is a slight upgrade to your everyday Chipotle option.

Eclectic & hippy atmosphere. Super slow service. Signs all over the place for Haas Avocados and no actual avocados for sale. I guess the stoner kids forgot to order them.

Ok, my first review for 2015.
We have been here a couple times, but my wife and stopped by last night after the movies. The location wasn’t too crowded with plenty of seating areas.
The food has always been fresh and tasty. We opted for a salad bowl with grilled chicken. Great flavors with the fresh vegetables and love the dices jalapeños.
They have a few salad dressings to chose from, but I always go for the mild hot sauce as my dressing.
They staff is great and friendly. The tea is brewed fresh with sweet and unsweet. Parking in front and rear.
The single complaint is the loud music.

We picked up take out and the picture should show you what the food looked like. We went to show the picture to the management and all they said was sorry it won’t happen again. Note with no offer of restitution. Certainly not the way to encourage customers to return. Very unfortunate as my nieces enjoy this establishment but due to thier lack of customer service and lack standard of the emplyees dress code (an employees pants were below his buttucks), we will no longer be eating here.

I was entered in store before 10 minutes of their closing and caught one of the employee whispering, another guy came in right after me and saw the same expression. I really felt uncomfortable ordering.
They ran out of couple of things while preparing my order and they brought in new stuff and that’s the reason for giving 3 stars.
I would hesitate to go this place and if I have to go, I will make sure not to go around closing time or do pre order.

Great to have a freebirds mice in nearby but I think I’d just as soon go to the 121/​Preston location. This new spot on main is small and cramped inside and the parking lot is even worse! It is ok for skipping the line with online ordering and pick up but I also often enjoy ordering in store as I see the fresh ingredients.
The free rewards card is a good thing to have as you earn points each purchase towards free food. Also, any nutrition info including building your meal can be fine on their website.
If you dare, go beyond the burrito and get the freebirds salad. Top as you like and enjoy. Even my hubs says it is more than enough and filling.
As you see, I do love freebirds, and it’s not that these guys are doing the food or service any dis-​justice, but it’s simply not a great location especially given other options. Considering the atmosphere, I prefer not to dine in here.

I adore freebirds. Yes, it’s similar to Chipotle but this location as Well as the Denton location off University are one of the friendliest locations.
I usually always get the salad with chicken and a bunch of toppings. The serving is huge and I can never eat a fraction of it. Everything is always fresh.
No complaints here.
