Worst gel manicure ever. One day later and already chipped. My manicurist actually stopped mid manicure and was texting on her phone for a few minutes while I just sat there waiting. Cuticles are all unevenly painted over. Will not be returning.

Waste of money and time! What a terrible work they did on my nails, I can do even better job by myself! Mean, not friendly workers. Please just go to other place to get your perfect nail.
This place should be checked for certified workers.

This is the second time I have come here & the lady that did my pedicure has been rude & didn’t cater to my needs. Both times I told them the water was too cold & both times they did nothing. They’re awkward & don’t talk. It sucks because this used to be my favorite places to get a pedicure & the service has really gone down. I just left & one of my nails is already chipped, she didn’t even help me out my shoes on after, such a disappointment. I will not be returning.

Bad experience during Christmas. While getting my pedicure done I asked the owner pricing on manicures and apparently I didn’t hear him clearly so I repeatedly asked what he was saying and suddenly he yelled «WHAT DO YOU WANT ON YOUR NAILS» I quickly turned super red and was astonished by the way he spoke to me in front of all clients. I wanted to get up and walk out during my pedicure but the man doom my pedicure was nice and apologized on the behalf of the owners actions. I have been going to la belle for nearly over 3 years and never has the owner greeted me or any other person besides the person he was working on. Never going back.

I must say I was not too crazy with the bubbles from the polish, but since I’ve last posted I’ve discovered my nails did not lift! I haven’t gone in for a refill at all, basically just filed my nails down to smooth it out and painted it myself. Amazing job with the not lifting part. It has been over a month since I’ve got my nails done professionally.

Went in to have a French manicure set removed and get a standard manicure. The worker nearly ripped off my real nails in removal. The process took nearly 45min to remove. Then when doing the manicure she skipped the necessary lotioning until I asked. My skin was extremely dry as evidenced in the pictures. When she applied the nail polish, it looked like something I could do myself very poorly. I left with my hands as is in the pictures. I do not recommend this place at all. They charge for everything and do not deliver much at all. (See also my friend’s nails– left with extremely thin nails from the machine buffer. She intervened with the worker and just filed them herself.)

I went in for a gel manicure and my friend got a regular manicure. As soon as I sat down I was handed a few color wheels, I hadnt even looked through them when the lady asked me if I was ready with a color, I pretty much chose any color since I felt pressured by two ladies hovering over me. My technician talked the entire time to another technician who stood next to me the whole time lingering. I was so uncomfortable, it was bad enough that they were speaking in another language I didnt understand. I found it really rude.
When she started putting on my polish she did it so fast, didnt even take the time to remove the excess polish with acetone like its supposed to be done. When it was all over I had gel polish on my cuticles everywhere, which burned when under UV light. I told her my cuticles burned to which she just laughed. WOW. She also left a gigantic glop of clear polish on my nail which makes my thumb look deformed.
When it was time to pay, my friend’s technician told her it was $ 18. My technician uttered some words, the only thing I understood was $ 15. Apparently my friend’s technician was charging her an extra 3 dollars for removing her gel polish. It would have been nice to let her know in advance why she was being charged extra.
As we were leaving, one man was arguing with a client because she didn’t like what he was doing. I will never go back again. Really bad customer service.

Worst pedicure I’ve ever had! It was super short and not to mention it chipped in a matter of hours!

I got a pedicure here on Thursday with a friend, and it was pretty good. It wasn’t anything special, but there wasn’t anything horrible about it. My nail technician was nice, not very talkative but nice. She gave me a leopard print pedicure that looked really fun, a little crazy in my taste so I pry won’t do it again but I liked it (keep in mind that I did ask for it). The foot massage was okay but nothing special. I paid $ 35 but that was because it is ten extra for the design. A normal pedicure is $ 25.
Again, this place was okay. Good for a basic pedicure and the atmosphere is nice and clean. The people are sweet and I don’t have any complaints. Also, I just walked in no appointment!

my nail technician was rude.
i asked for oval tips, its none of your business as to why im asking for oval tips, im not paying you to tell me that oval tips are for old people. obviously if im paying you to do something and i didnt ask for your opinion, obviously i know what im choosing and doing.
whoever was my mothers technician is a bitch. she didnt do her job right. she didnt give my mom a foot massage like all the other nail technicians and she was doin such a horrible job that my mother (the client) had to help her do her job and when my mom made a comment she was giving my mother such an attitude, had i known during that time i would have slapped the bitch.
that time was supposed to be a relaxing and happy time for us but this salon has turned it into a nightmare.
if i could give them no stars i def. would. i am def. never. ever. ever. going back.
