I came here to find an outfit for a night out, found a really cute outfit. The clothes are trendy, the store is clean, the clothes are affordable.
THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE. who doesn’t greet customers? even the manager didn’t, also I was looking around and passed multiple workers, they all did say anything at all.
Along with that any question I asked one of them was SUCH a hassle. I work in retail and try to never say no to a customer or always help if I have to. Such an odd experience.
Why would this company not take a note from almost every successful business? When you hire people that give good customer service your company can only get better.

They gave me the dress in the window and it was exactly what I wanted for my birthday

Dumb & dumber would describe the girls I have encountered at this store. If you don’t want someone to help you find something, if you don’t want a girl to ask if she can take your clothes out of your hand & start you a fitting room & if you want awful customer service then this is your store. I have never seen anything like it. Personally, I don’t want someone to bombard me when I am trying to shop– HOWEVER, I do appreciate someone asking me if they can take away my clothes for me & start me a dressing room or if I am finding everything okay. I’m such a pain, right?
I came here last night. I was not greeted once. Dumb girl #1 was standing behind the counter with a sweatshirt on bullshitting on the computer. Dumb girl #2 was walking around while there were other people there as well & did not ask one person if they needed help. I had at least 10 things in my hand & I accidently turned off the alarm by the door because I was standing too close. I asked dumb girl #1 behind the counter if I could put my things down & she goes, «I guess» then I hinted that gee, I don’t know, maybe she could put the things away for me in a room so I don’t have to hold all these clothes in my hand. I asked dumber if I could go back & try on my clothes & she said «uhhhh yeah». LOL okay?
I ended up buying a dress, earrings & sticky boobs. Dumb didn’t say one word to me checking out. If I was a bitch, I would have told her to check her attitude. I was just beyond annoyed & in disbelief that retail service has gone so downhill. If this was a local business I would never come back, but it’s the mall, I guess what else can you expect from the gross people who work there. Cute clothes, stupid, unhelpful coworkers.

Tried to exchange a shirt that was given to me as a gift, the manager looked up the item I guess to see when it was purchased and told me «I never sold a size small in this dress» I’m so sure. She made me feel as if I had stole it! And also told me «I should keep this» worse customer service I have received. The day prior I had went in trying to exchange the same item and an associate had helped me saying that «you can try coming back tomorrow and my manager can help you, she does exchanges and returns all the time» hmmmmmm guess not. Thanks for the waste of time. I guess I’m better off going to the garment district and purchasing the same items there. Because obviously I’m not paying mark up price for customer service.

The salespeople are SUPER friendly, the ambiance is classy, the sales are great, but most importantly… the clothes are superb. A crucial element for picking out the perfect wardrobe is fit. All the clothes at Angl are designed to graciously hide those bumps and curves that might not lend to an ideal figure. Well-​designed, figure-​flattering outfits are the way to go and this places has them. The somewhat higher prices reflect the quality of the clothing, but the great sales make them affordable for even struggling college students like me.
This is definitely one of the better places at Fashion Fair.
