Can’t beat the happy hour menu prices! $ 3 beer. Various selection of food for $ 6. Had the fried calamari and the burger. The burger came with fries and was pretty much a whole meal for $ 6. Great deal.

Excellent service !! Amazing food. Meat didn’t need any sauce and there was absolutely no fat! I got my meat well done and it was still so moist. All of the sides were excellent. Only a $ 20 cork fee, and they box and bag the food for you. Worth the money!

UPDATE: The manager contacted me wanting to rectify the situation, and offered $ 100 gift card and personalized service upon my next visit. When my friend and I went on the second visit, suffice to say the service was exceptional and the food excellent. My experience on my second visit was 5 stars; however, in conjunction with the rating of my first experience, my overall rating averages to 3 stars. I would go back to Flemings again, since they care enough about their customers to make the situation right.

first time commenting on Unilocal after years of reading it. went to flemings after reading so many good reviews first impression was not good — wine glasses had remains of someone’s lips all over the rim(ewe, no wine for us that night). The manager Rick did come by quickly and apologized. We had the prime rib dinner which came with sides & desert, but our server Hector decides to charge us for the sides. Everything was good(not great), prime rib needed more flavor The manager came over again and was gonna comp some of our meal but when we got our check Hector stated that he took off the sides that were charged to us due to his mistake of adding it to our bill since the Prime rib already came with it. So we didn’t get comped for anything. To us an apology was enough, but they left out integrity. Probably will not be coming back for ok overpriced food.

Couldn’t have had a more perfect meal! Went for my birthday, the server knew this before we even sat down. The customer service was amazing, and made the meal even better. I had the lobster tails. They were cooked perfectly and the melted butter on the table was a fabulous touch. My husband had a steak, and it was also cooked perfectly(medium rare). The crab cakes appetizer is AMAZING, and I’ve had a lot of crab cakes in my day. Definitely a fabulous touch when I got a box of chocolates with a gift card to come back, which we definitely will be!

Came here tonight with the hubby to celebrate our 3 month anniversary for being married — any excuse for a nice meal out. The food was amazing– my steak was not cooked to my liking at first however the manager Ricky Davis went above and beyond to make sure my steak was right and gave the type of amazing customer service that is so beyond appreciated. We will always continue to make Fleming’s apart of our special celebrations. Thank again to Ricky Davis~ class act.

Anniversary dinner two days after the fact tonight. First time at Flemings and very impressed. Normally a Levis guy but dressed up a little for the occasion and glad I did. Will definitely do it again. Valet service, coat check and great table service. I have never had a filet that good and the chocolate volcano dessert was fantastic. Bit pricey but you definitely get your money’s worth.

What can I say… Is the food bad? No. Is the service bad? No. But you can’t try to be a high end steak house and charge like a high end place and only provide medium end food and service. Good food, OK service, over priced.

I did not like this place at all. The food is not bad but the real problem is the service. From the time I realized that they were coming to see us every two seconds and the end of the meal — someone(server, host, the manager, etc) came to us 26 times. That is too much. We felt rushed and we couldn’t enjoy our conversation at all. For example, about two minutes after we got our entrees, the server came to ask us whether we would want chocolate cake for desert because it takes 20m to cook. I replied that we didn’t mind waiting and that we would decide after we enjoyed our entrees. She then proceeds to describe the cake in detail… 5 minutes later she comes back«have we decided on that chocolate cake?» I had to say no — we will decide when we are finished. 5m later she came back to ask again about the chocolate cake. Seriously. I just said sure we will have it to just get rid of her. I was very disappointed with the experience because my husband and I wanted to celebrate and have a good time and we were interrupted all the time. I would take one sip of water and someone would come to ask if I wanted more water. Why not just fill the glass say when it’s half empty only? With the setting and prices and all, it is clear that Flemings wants to pass for a fine dining establishment. They need to improve on the service because I don’t think their patrons come to eat as fast as they can and make sure that they are out of the door really quickly. In terms of the food, I had the lobster and it was very well cooked. And nicely presented. The sides were ok but nothing exceptional. The chocolate cake was pretty good! Nice soft center.

My wife and I ate here on a Saturday evening. The staff was very friendly and professional. My wife had the bone in rib eye which was good but not the best I have had. We shared a salad, Thai green beans and truffle mashed potatoes. They were great, especially the potatoes. I had the lamb. It was very good. Their meat is not very seasoned in my opinion. Overall great experience.

Update: since my review Mr. Fox has reach out and apologized. He was thoughtful and calm in trying to understand what they could do better. Which is why I gave Flemings one more star for the customer service that followed. & will be giving Flemings another chance another time. Hoping it will be much more pleasant and what I was expecting the first time around. I’m pretty impressed with the follow up and how sincere Mr. Fox was with the whole situation. I wasn’t impressed with Flemings. I was so excited to have a nice date night dinner with my boyfriend and it wasn’t what I expected at all. We’ve come for happy hour before & service there is just ok. For dinner we expected superb service & food. The service was really slow, they weren’t attentive. We waited 15 minutes before we even got water. I got the pork chop, it was pretty plain & tasted a bit dry. Which left me with a lot of leftovers at the end of the evening. My boyfriend got the bone-in ribeye & it was pretty good actually. So one star for the ribeye. Then for sides we also got the Mac and cheese, & mushrooms. The Mac & cheese was too rich and a bit watery. The mushrooms were good and cooked in some herbs. Crème brûlée tasted a bit like it was sitting there for a while before being brought to our table because the sugar didn’t crack as well as it should have. It was like gooey on top of the custard. The service wasn’t completely horrific but it could definitely improved. All in all, this place didn’t stand out to me.

We tried this place spur of the moment and did not have a reservation. They got us in quickly and it was great. The dinner was amazing and we were treated with the utmost respect even though we had children and were quite dressed for the place. The wine list was amazing and our waiter wasn’t offended that we weren’t wine snobs. All around great place but quite pricey

Hubby and I came here on our Anniversary and let me tell you. Wow! Amazing food and service. They make the steaks like you want it. Cooked to perfection. Our waiter was so attentive and such a hard working man. Love the ambience & low lights. Made it very romantic ;) We also had their chocolate lava cake. Omg! I’m in love. It was so good. I should of asked for a cup of cold milk to go with it haha. I would definitely recommend this elegant restaurant for fine dining or a date night type. It’s on the pricy side. We racked up $ 160 easily for just the two of us.

This restaurant is absolutely wonderful. Had a 7:45 reservation but table wasn’t quite ready so quickly accommodated at bar. Wine is superb:-). The food is on the pricier side and not much is put on your plate but still delicious and so worth it. LOL Restaurant staff alone are awesome and extremely welcoming. Our waitress was the friendliest person I’ve ever met, and people like that are hard to come by these days. 5 Stars!

This restaurant is simply incredible. Let me start off by saying yes this is an expensive place to eat and it’s probably a place you’ll enjoy to come back every other month or so. It’s like a «treat yourself to expensive delicious high quality food» kind of place in my opinion. The food was amazing. I had the salmon which was beautifully displayed on a dish. It tasted so rich and juicy. The food was just extremely well seasoned and made. Handled with extreme care. I’ll post photos of our dishes!

Bottom Line — It might hurt a little in the pocketbook, but when you come here, just order what sounds good. I came for dinner with 2 coworkers on Sunday, 1 February 2015 after we tried and failed to go to a Ruth’s Chris not far away… the Ruth’s Chris closed at 7:30!!! Anyhow, we ended up at Flemings using the Unilocal!local search for steakhouses. We arrived and there were maybe 2 or 3 other tables in the entire restaurant. We were hungry, so we ordered the following: Buratta & Tomato Salad($ 6.95) — My coworker #1 ordered this as an appetiser; she really enjoyed it, and I was a little jealous of the golden beetroot in her salad. Pan Crusted Pork Belly($ 10.50) — I shared this appetizer with my coworker #2 and it was phenomenal. The cheese grits went amazingly well with the pork belly. If you order this, be ready for some tasty pig fat! French Onion Soup($ 10.95) — My coworker #1(who ordered the tomato salad) had this soup as her main. She is a frequent visitor to Flemings down in Los Angeles, so she knew what she was getting into. She said she enjoyed it. Dry Aged Ribeye(55.50) — Coworker #2 ordered this at the suggestion of coworker #1 based on her many visits with family to other Flemings locations. He really enjoyed the meat. Although he ordered medium, we took a look and it was more medium-well; however, it was still good enough that he did not feel the need to point it out to the staff. Porcini Dusted Filet, add side truffle lobster($ 55.45) — This was my main dish. I asked for two side sauces, bernaise to add to the side lobster, and the gorgonzola sauce for the porcini dusted filet. The filet was amazing!!! I ordered medium rare, and it came slightly over-cooked, but the cut of meat was so tender that I didn’t care. Also, three asparagus spears came with the filet and it all went together so well. Creamed Corn($ 9.50) — We ordered this creamed corn because we all love cream and we all love corn. Coworker #1 had this before and said it was a solid pick. I think I ended up eating most of it. I’d order it again! Fleming’s Potatoes($ 10.95) — These scalloped potatoes were creamy and cheesy on top. They were a nice compliment to all the food we ordered. I had to stop myself from picking at it towards the end of the meal because I was past full. Along with a large bottle of sparkling mineral water($ 6.95), our bill came to 176.30 + 14.50 tax + 40.00 tip = $ 230.80 for our table of 3. Service was attentive and awesome. I am definitely a fan for the food.
