Called them on a Monday right after open, and they had the part in stock. The price was as good or better than I would’ve gotten online with shipping. I only wish they were open a little longer on the weekend and I could’ve gotten it fixed Saturday. These things only break @ 4:55pm on a Friday, or just around Noon on a Saturday.

This place is great for those hard to find parts. We needed a new bellow (gasket) for our Whirlpool front load washer and you can’t just go down to Home Depot and get it. I searched around online and the part cost about $ 122 from Sears not including shipping and it wouldn’t arrive for at least a week. The owner, Paul, was able to order it for me on a Monday and had it in by Thursday (it was the week of New Year so even with the holiday it came fast!). The price for the actual part was about $ 5 more than online but I didn’t have to pay shipping and I got it faster. My husband was able to fix our washer and it works great!

I’ve gotten advice and parts there for years. Often they will ask you to bring in the suspect part for them to test to see if it’s bad before you buy.
Good, old fashioned service.
Free, helpful advice on fixing washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers. You don’t get this kind of help from the mega-​stores.

This place is great for those hard to find items for ovens and other appliances.
Twice I’ve needed parts that no one else had in stock, this place has saved the day both times.
They carry oven coils for older electric ovens at reasonable prices. $ 15 for a new coil sure beat buying an entire oven unit.
The also carry parts for older oven range hoods.
If you are looking for parts for older units, check here before you buy online somewhere. Chances are they have your item.
