These people now apparently call themselves appliance solutions. Lowes booked my repair appointment with them and the DAY before my apt I got five voicemails ranging from confirming my appointment to changing it to cancelling it. I called back and was informed it was my fault for not responding sooner that they were now pushing my apt back. The rudest most incompetent people ever. Do not go here!!!

disappointing slow and incomplete service: almost two months ago an appointment for a service call was scheduled(for a full week after my call). The phone person was polite and professional. The service tech did show up on time on the scheduled day. He diagnosed the problem and said he would order the part and when it arrived someone would call and schedule another service call to install the new part. It took a week for the part to come in. Another service call was scheduled for a week later. The service tech arrived on time to replace the part. After disassembling the machine, he noticed the wrong part was ordered and sent with him. Once again, he said they would have to reorder the correct part(which would take another week); and some one would contact me to set up another service call. That was three weeks ago… never mind. I finally contacted another service company and they had it repaired in 48 hours. Sorry, but not feeling the«service» in Appliance Service Plus
