I absolutely love coming to this place! I work across the street, and always come here! The staff is amazing and always make sure you are having the best service. Also a big thank you too adajo! He assisted me several times throughout my visit! Please give him recognition for his service!

Worst Chickfila I have ever been to. Make sure you check your food because they rob you. My son was missing nuggets. The fries were BELOW half. My mothers soup was cold. If they weren’t so far from me I would have gone back out with bag in hand and thrown it back at them. I use to think of Chickfila as higher then a fast food chain due to their usual excellence in customer service but this location is worse than a Mcdonalds. You live to learn and now I know to avoid this one when ever I’m in the area.

Worst ever! Employee behind the register was incompetent. Food took a very long time to come out for multiple guests.

The workers here are very quick! It’s always super paled and the drive thru line literally wraps around the building at all times of day, but they handle it well! If you go inside is typically much quicker than waiting in the drive thru line, but it’s a little unorganized because you just kind of hover around waiting for them to call your name… but the food always comes out perfectly, even if they are a little stingy with the chick fil a sauce hahaha

The food is excellent just like most Chick-​fil-​As. But the parking lot is awkward and I wouldn’t use the drive-​through. I was able to go in, use the bathroom, order, and get my order by the time the drive-​through moved about 5 – 6 cars. And the line for the drive-​through was huge.

Amazing. All, and I mean all of the staff here is vary kind and genuine. The food was vary good and I got my order as he was filling the drinks, I’ve never been served so fast, it was within 20 seconds. Food was fresh and done correctly, I have no complaints. The meal was vary cheap too. I will look forward to dining here again.

I actually haven’t been to any Chick-​fil-​A where someone was rude to me. The staffers were really nice. I belong to the rewards club and love getting my monthly freebie. I love the waffle fries. The Asian salad is my favorite item on the menu. They should just make the salad dressing into a milk shake.

Slowest service ever. Don’t waste time going inside. It will take over a half hour to get your food.

The wait time for this drive-​through is atrocious. I hate coming here because the wait time continuously gets longer and longer. I guess fast food isn’t so fast anymore.

I seriously don’t know where they get these people… They are polite, respectful, and move with a purpose. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious! I would recommend trying the nuggets! They aren’t like McDonald’s and are ACTUALLY made of chicken. The sweet tea is to die for and I would suggest getting it without ice or a small amount. Anytime I’m in Fredericksburg and the hunger monster strikes, I head to Chik-​Fil-​A!

Food is good servers are very polite and friendly generally speaking. Its clean and I would say we go about once a month and have never had any problems

The staff here are very nice, the place is really clean. No loud staff meetings going on. As a matter of fact it’s very quiet in general.

Polite staff, and we were pleasantly surprised when they brought our food to our table. Husband was thoroughly impressed at how clean the place was for a fast food joint, and raved at how great his spicy chicken sandwich was. I had the chicken salad sandwich — WOW!!! The Best chicken salad sandwich I have EVER had. Parking lot is tricky because of the Busy drive through, totally worth the aggravation.

This is a nice Chikfila.
It’s clean.
They provide excellent service.
They meet the Chikfila standards and beyond.
The parking lot is a little bit awkward.

I love Chick-​Fil-​A! I’ve been going since I was kid and it always been a family favorite.
Besides the delicious chicken nuggets and amazing waffle fries, Chick-​Fil-​A has awesome service. A few days ago I went to this location with my mother and sister. The employees were friendly, coming by asking if people needed refills, and I saw an employee help a woman by carrying a bag of food and a tray of drinks to her car.

Wow! I had tried Chick Fil A breakfast, once, a couple of years ago when they were giving away free items (Chicken Minis). Those seemed like a waste of money because it is just chicken nuggets with a little bit of a biscuit wrapped around it.
But, yesterday, I went to Chick Fil A for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised! This time I went with the spicy chicken biscuit (full size). The biscuit was so soft and buttery. Plus I could get their famous sweet tea for breakfast. Loved it!

As far as Chick-fil-a’s go, it was ok. The children’s area was closed when we arrived due to some safety issues with the equipment. The food and speed of delivery was good but they never checked on us after that. No refill offers or tray clearing. They were busy but that could have been done better. It was mostly clean but the lobby attendant should have been paying more attention to dirty tables. Overall, it was a good experience with room for improvement.

We had a very romantic date sitting by the window with a full view of the parking lot eating spicy chicken sandwiches and sipping sweet tea and a cookies and cream milkshake. But the highlight of the trip was the service.
There’s an employee named Patrick who made me feel like I mattered and had importance in the world. He listened attentively to all my requests, repeated my order back to me like a smooth pickup line, and asked me how my milkshake and food were when I went back for a refill on the tea. All with a charming smile and an eager spirit. If everyone in the world worked like him, we would have world peace. 5 stars.

I’ve managed to avoid fast food for most of my adult life, but recent road trips have made the occasional trips to McD’s and Popeyes inevitable. When we saw a Chick-​Fil-​A off the highway, it seemed like a good departure from our usual road fare.
Keep in mind, this location isn’t just off the highway, but a few miles out in a huge shopping center. We were traveling over the holiday weekend, and getting to the store was a huge hassle. Once we braved the long lines and got our order, I was sorely disappointed at the presentation of my spicy chicken sandwich. All it was was a slab of breaded chicken encased in a sad, limp bun, with a single slice of soggy pickle.
The sigh I let out as I bit into my sandwich quickly disappeared as my teeth penetrated a very tender piece of surprisingly well seasoned and spicy chicken. The bread still wasn’t very impressive and I contemplated just eating the chicken, but I kept the bun more as a holding mechanism for my chicken, much like an edible napkin. The nuggets were also good but small, and the waffle fries were very pillowy and light.
While I was visiting the restroom, my husband had a nice conversation with the manager who asked what we had, and how we enjoyed our meal. He was very happy to hear that we enjoyed our spicy chicken sandwich, as apparently, it doesn’t get the love it deserves from Chick-​Fil-​A patrons.
It is moderately hyped fast food. But if I was craving a chicken sandwich and had a choice between CFA and McD’s, you can be sure I’ll be heading for the former rather than the latter.

My favorite chick fil a location out of all that I have been to, my mom and I frequent this place ridiculously. I have moved from this area, but everytime I come back to visit I usually end up coming here.
It can get crowded and service can be pretty slow, especially around peak times (breakfast/​lunch) but besides that I have no complaints. Friendly staff, good food, cheap prices.
