For being located in a mall, this location was not super busy. at all. Nice and clean and plenty of places to sit. It’s just like any other Starbucks mall, except like in CA, here in Virginia there’s no lines going out the door. Employees were super nice.

Overall I love Starbucks, but they do have a large issue with consistency at their locations. Some days coffee is great other days it is burnt and revolting. Today was one of those days/​locations. A cup of turpentine probably has more taste to tickle your tastebuds than the burnt excuse for coffee that I was served today.

The service at this Starbucks location in the mall is always friendly & helpful! They have nice seating areas too where you can sit down for coffee or tea with a friend and relax and chat. Also the bathrooms here are clean… Bonus!
