Raven Hi Fi

About a year ago I had Raven install a high end audio system for my listening pleasure. I am more of a classical/​opera fan so I wanted a system that would faithfully reproduce the music in all its delicacy and tonality. I did not want or need a glorified boom box capable of shattering the rafters or splitting the eardrum. Well, the Raven team came out and did a site analysis and in a day or two came back with a proposal. There were three estimates — each geared to a differnt level of expense, but all suitable to my needs. The Raven team answered all my questions and ultimately I elected to go with the higher end system. They ordered the equipment and within a week had installed it in a very meticulous and professional manner. I have been enjoying my system daily since and have nothing to say but superlatives about Raven Hi Fi. I highly recommend the team of professionals at Raven and encourage anyone interested in a quality installation to give them a call.

I had these clowns out to my house twice. The first tme Brooke came out he took some notes and seemed to understand what we needed done. He said he’d get back to me with an estimate in a 2 – 3 days. A week later I called to see when I could get the estimate. He sent it to me a few days later but it was missing some of the work. So he wanted to come out to the house with his technician. A few follow up calls later we got it scheduled. So they show up and spend two hours here. They end up pulling a wire from the basement that we needed and then decide they have to go back to the shop and make a new plan. Guess what? I’ve never heard back from them and never seen that new plan they were coming up.
They are glorified cable guys but not Home theater or structured wiring experts.
