Bottom Line Up Front: Great sales pitch, terrible delivery and unfulfilled service on a $ 3k purchase. Let me start off by saying that this is the second time that I have purchased from this store, but I am very upset with the way the handle things this time around. Like those who are reading this, we schedule our time around the delivery and take time off of work in order to be there when the delivery is done. If our schedule is disrupted, then those who are around us also gets disrupted. Here is what happened: 1. Saturday, purchased 3 items and set delivery date for the next week. 2. Monday, upgraded a television set I recently purchased and changed the delivery date to Wednesday. Scheduled for an electrician to come to my house on Wednesday. 3. Wednesday, Waited until business hours because the delivery men were supposed to call with a time they will deliver the set. Contacted the store and was informed that the delivery is not happening that day. They informed me that delivery was for Saturday and that the salesman did not change it in the system. The next available date was on Friday. Contacted the electrician to let them know that The Big Screen Store messed up and they will not be coming in until Friday. 4. Friday, they called me as promised and I am on stand-by with the electrician waiting on both sets. The delivery men come in and deliver only 1 television. The television that was supposed to be mounted is not there. Contacted the store to let them know that they did not deliver the second television as promised. They can’t make the delivery on Friday because the television is not in stock at the local store. 5. Saturday, they called as promised and was informed that they were on their way to deliver the TV and sound bar. They told me that they could not put the TV on the mount because of liability purposes. However, they cannot mount the sound bar because the TV was not mounted. In the end, the communication between the salesmen and the delivery men were not synchronized causing schedules to be altered and contracts to be broken.

Good services with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought a TV there in February 2014, which unfortunately presented reoccurring problems. Two attempts were made to repair it, but problems persisted. As a result, The Big Screen Store replace the defective TV with a new one, which was delivered at home(and the old one removed). New TV is working as it should. During my dealings with the store, I contacted their headquarters, and found out that the entire company is run very tightly by its owner, whom I had the pleasure to deal with, unknowingly.

You know what I hate more than Rachel Ray and her little T-Rex arms or Boobie Flay and his overly fleshy chest? … watching such things on a small a$$ TV. While I truly dislike Giada and her pretentious speech affectations, I need inches to make me satisfied. After the recent passing of my beloved friend I needed to go and hunt out a replacement. Oh I browsed all kinds of websites and stores for assistance and read the reviews and ratings to make sure this one will stick with me through the tough times and provide the things I need to ensure complete satisfaction. The incentives and discounts offered at this store drew me to purchase here rather than online. Now, the combination of size and definition brings me into the Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus where dreams do come true, where the unicorns gallop majestically beneath towering waterfalls and where love rules. I giggle when I see him and I listen to everything he says … even when I’m tired. I get jealous when others are with him and I crave his sweet warm embrace. Thank you Big Screen Store for providing the excellent service to supplement the products you supply and for giving me a new BFF right before football season. Grubs ~
