What a fun place to come for antiques items you didn’t even know you were looking for! I generally shy away from antique stores because I hate the musty smell of old stuff and I’m a bit of a germophobe, so other people’s stuff creeps me out a bit. But I found this shop clean and organized. Prices seemed reasonable and most of the items were in very good condition. I was just doing some window shopping but ended up coming home with a few old postcards(which I collect). I like how they were organized by state and came in protective sleeves. I got one that was sent on someone’s vacation from 1934 in St Petersburg, FL. How interesting!

I’ve never been totally interested in the antique shopping way of life, but after stopping in here after some brunch with my girlfriend my eyes certainly opened up. I had a great time scanning through the variety of items and trinkets in this fairly large shop. From antique jewelry(bought my girlfriend a pretty bracelet that she loves), to old ball caps and beer signs, there’s something for everyone here. The employees are extremely friendly and can explain everything and answer all questions. It’s really a cool experience to just walk through the shop and take a trip down memory lane. I frequent Old Town Fredericksburg for dinner and drinks, so when I’m in the area I’ll stop here to see if anything has been added to the collection.

A fabulous mall staffed with very nice people! We were fortunate to find this place as it’s off the main drag from the other similar shops. Tucked away, we found great prices and great selection. I’m so used to going to DC area malls which are either picked over or overpriced. This was a breath of fresh air with fabulous finds and a little something for everyone. I dropped a good bit on some vintage clothes in great condition, a mid-century modern child’s chair, and a small folk art painting. They also had quite a selection of vintage and antique textiles including table linens, quilts, and coverlets. There was some jewelry but not a ton. Lots of framed art including original oil paintings. Furniture was very reasonable with lots of selection for smaller pieces like side tables. As always, the selection will depend on the vendors, but I certainly hope they keep up the high quality! Can’t wait to go back again soon!

My favorite antique mall in Freddie! They have a huge variety of all-things-antique, which are products of numerous collectors. The prices of the goods I looked at were far more reasonable than other antique shops I’ve been in and there was a «quaint» rather than«pretentious» vibe going on. If this was in Brooklyn, it would be trendiest place in town with prices five-times what they’re currently set at. But since this is good old Freddie, you can find some amazing steals here and feel like you’ve walked away having acquired a piece of history for practically nothing. They host an extensive selection of antique postcards and cards, including Christmas and Thanksgiving ones, and the staff will work with you price-wise if you’re buying quantity. Can’t wait to revisit and discover more hidden gems!

I think this was my favorite antique store that we stopped into this past weekend. They had a very large selection of antique jewelry, and some interesting collections– old dishware, jewelry, dolls, military soldier figurines, etc… but what I liked best about this shop(besides the feel of it– lots of small spaces to peek into and hidden treasures) was that the prices were pretty reasonable. I found several items I was very tempted to buy, and will definitely be back to visit again. I also have to mention that the ladies working in the shop were very knowledgeable and kind, willing to take out jewelry for us and talk to us about different items… they were very kind…
