First off, after waiting at the Central Park store, being treated terribly, and leaving unhelped I came here. There was no wait and the staff immediately assisted me. I told them my issue and what I wanted and that’s exactly what they did. The customer service was a million times better than the Central Park store. Although I could have got my old phone for $ 1 at Central Park and paid for the new phone from this store for $ 105 since they didn’t have the iPhone 4s I don’t care. The money was worth not going to Central Park again and getting helped here. Andrew was my sales rep and did a great job helping me! Definitely go here and not to Central Park.

I spent 6 hrs with Verizon today after getting a replacement phone. 20 minutes at the location at central park which they helped me «NOT» 2.5 Hrs on the phone off and on with Verizon tech support who at least got me in the right direction but definitely frustrated. Finally I reluctantly due to my attitude I headed over to the Verizon across from JM HS. Justin was awesome he spent over two hrs with me, still took care of other customers with a great attitude, he was kind, patient, professional and completely set my phone up better then It was before ps he didnt make a cent off of me WOW THATS GOOD SERVICE THANKS JUSTIN
