Disappointed with the service and functioning of the bowling alley :(. I recommended my family to come because of its cheap prices and night neon lights! BUT we have had pins missing when a player would start repeatedly, along with the bar coming down when a player would take their turn. After multiple attempts to get service help they weren’t very concerned for our technical difficulties. We eventually had to ask to move to a different lane. We’re pretty chill ppl we just wanted to have fun and bowl! Money may be worth a quality experience. Next time Muvico!

Went for unlimited pizza and bowling and had a nice time. Pizza was hot and crunchy which I like. For two hours of bowling and dinner for 4 for 44 bucks is a winner in my book. Restrooms were kinda yucky though.

A few friends and went to liberty lanes On a Saturday night for a friend’s birthday. We had a great time and the food was wonderful. I also brought my seven year old son who also had a fun night and can’t stop asking when we will go again. The staff was very helpful and polite. I don’t have one complaint. At one point our ball got stuck and we needed assistance. I went up to the front desk and the situation was taken care of quick with a smile. After reading the nasty reviews. I felt I needed to post this review. I feel too many only post a review when they have a complaint. Wishing a business to close which would then lead to all of the staff loosing employment over a bowling lane not working properly? Really? P. s after seeing the large food menu. I felt the need to order over $ 50 of food and drinks! Great menu to pick from and the food and drinks made the night! We had a great/fun night and my family and I will try to make liberty lanes a monthly stop.

This place is TERRIBLE! Started bowling and immediately into the game the lane stopped working. We got switched to another lane that also stopped working. Got switched a 3rd time in a matter of an hour and a half. When I approached the manger, Dave Brady, about the situation, in hopes for an apology I got an «annnnd that’s why we are moving you to a different lane» and walked away. He’s rude and has NO customer service skills. I’d love to see this place go out of business. I will never bowl here again. AMF bowling is much nicer and only a few miles away.

Horrible place to bowl with even worse customer service – i brought my niece here for her first time bowling and the equipment repeatedly malfunctioned. We were refused a refund and were instead moved to a different lane which also immediately started malfunctioning. Not all the pins would be replaced after a strike, or it would tally the score wrong. We left way before our time was up because we would rather not bowl at all than deal with the frustration of broken equipment.

Terrible terrible terrible! Just left Liberty Lanes in a feeble attempt to try their all you can bowl and eat pizza for $ 10 on Sundays only to find out that they only offer this special to less than half of the lanes available. The remainder of the patrons can pay the regular price. They do not explain their policy on their wensite and according to Matthew, the person in charge because no general manager was available, Liberty Lanes does not think that it is necessary to explain this policy online. Matthew even took the time to spell his name out for me, which I assume is due to the fact he has difficulty remembering it himself. I would be surprised if there were any sort of brain cells in his obviously drug baked brain. Way to keep it classy Fredericksburg! Thank you Liberty Lanes for attempting the old bait and switch, however, I recommend having someone a bit more intelligent in charge when you do try this strategy!
