I’ll echo the first reviewer’s comment and say«surprisingly good!» I was feeling a little brave and decided to order sushi. Not having ever experienced mall food court sushi before, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered 3 maki rolls– spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, and eel cucumber. All 3 were delicious! The fish tasted fresh and the rolls were prepared well. I also ordered a spring roll, which was great. Obviously, the sushi is made to order, so I was left waiting a little longer than my cooked food eating companions, but it was worth it! They’re losing one star from me for being a bit overpriced. $ 5.99 for spicy tuna, and similar prices for the other rolls left me paying $ 19 for 3 sushi rolls(no drink). Maybe I’m naïve, but I was expecting mall sushi to come with a slightly smaller price tag.

Surprisingly good! Especially for a mall food court business. I had the manager’s special, which is chicken teriyaki, veggies(mostly steamed cabbage from the grill), and white steamed rice. Generous portion and chicken is mostly dark meat. They cook it on the grill in front of you. The meal costs $ 5.99. Other selections include shrimp and beef or mixed teriyaki. The Asian man who was there working the cashier and cooking on Sunday was really unfriendly. Not even a smile. It was like he was dead inside. I don’t care about customer service at a food court but I was afraid to ask him for extra sauce! That’s how scary he was. When he didn’t have customers, he would disappear into the back kitchen. Some people were waiting for a long while for him to come out. Oh and there’s was no sushi when we went. Perhaps he was making it in the back kitchen?
