Buffalo Philly’s

This place is SO disorganized. The employees were pretty friendly but they just appeared to be over their heads when it comes to customer service and timely food preparation. I went in at 12:15 on a Sunday. There was nobody in line and the only other customers in there were already eating, so it’s not like the kitchen staff were swamped with orders. Yet, it took myself and the two people with me 25 minutes to get our orders. And they were wrong. We had only a limited amount of time to eat lunch so we asked for our orders to be corrected and for them to be packaged to go. Another 10 minutes later our food is brought out. It’s still not right but we needed to go. I ordered the «Fender Bender» which is a sub on the menu. The staff didn’t seem to know what I was asking for. They ended up giving me a plain chicken sandwich. It was bland beyond words. Maybe this was an off day for them, I don’t know. But it was my first impression of them and it was very unimpressive all around.

I’ve eaten here only once, and won’t go back on my on accord.
The food was mediocre and expensive when compared with some of the other restaurants in the area.
Service was slow, but I attributed it to us being the only ones in the restaurant, so maybe they had to turn the grill and fryer back on.

I stopped by here for a quick pick up dinner on my way to school. There was one table of people eating in the restaurant. The cashier was friendly, but that’s the only good thing I have to say. She told me my order would be ready in 5 – 10 minutes. After listening to her and her coworker continuously chatter and laugh for 15 minutes, I finally asked if my dinner was going to be ready any time soon. She told me my fries were done and asked the other worker if my cheesesteak was ready. He said it was almost done. I pointed out that there was no chicken on the grill and I had ordered a Chicken Philly. After 5 more minutes of waiting, I finally got my order. I ate a few curly fries in the car and they were way too crispy for my taste. When I got to school with 5 minutes left before class, I found out that it was wrong. It had lettuce on it and I had asked for no lettuce, instead they took off my tomatoes. I took one bite and threw it in the trash and will never return again!

Ordered extra hot 10 piece. Pretty darn good and nice size wings. Ordered some O rings too and those were equally as tasty. ~

We went to this place for lunch twice in a week because we were in a rush, but that was a mistake. It took a half hour to get our food after ordering and it was wrong. The manager working the register and taking orders told everyone that toppings were not extra but then charged us for them anyways. The cheese steaks were mediocre, a far cry from anything Philly. If you asked for mushrooms, peppers, and onions you were treated to one or two pieces of each. The wings changed in shape, size and flavor between our two trips and unfortunately it was for the worse. The food is over priced and the service is slow. Skip this one.
