Good service, friendly staff! Only negative is my French fries are always warm never hot. Not trying to complain a lot but that messes up the meal at times.

My husband and oldest son really like this restaurant. Unfortunately I don’t share their enthusiasm. Employees are friendly, that’s for sure. But the food is so so. If going to watch a play off game or something like that, it can be fun.

Great spot for beer and some grub. My husband and I stopped in for lunch. Specials on beer were good. I got the street tacos… which being from Texas… we’re not my version of street tacos, but they didn’t disappoint. Grilled chicken, with some pico and chipotle ranch on a thin flour tortilla. The tortilla was a nice surprise as I don’t like plain flour tortillas for my tacos, I’m always on team corn, but these were great! I also got the seasoned wedge fries… they were so good. My husband opted for traditional wings and fries. He enjoyed them also… he ended up eating my wedge fries though. Whether you’re craving wings, or just wants and beer… the food and service will not disappoint. Price is good too.

I think the wings are fairly good. I was here with my daughter. over 6 months ago and just now writing a review. I liked the Old Bay wings the best. My daughter invited me to go there with her to watch the Ravens game. I miss her so much.

This will never be my first choice of a restaurant. Food is mediocre and service is slow. Atmosphere is fun sometimes but I’d much rather go somewhere else.

Did a carry out, 10 wings. got home, there was a mystery piece, not a wing, some type of small lump. Took a pic and tossed. Went to website and sent concern. Someone called within the hour. Was a bit impressed. They asked for the pic, sent it. No response. If this was done in, would have sent back. A bit disappointed with response

I actually think this might be one of the best Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve been too as they are really nice. I mean the servers go out of their way nice. Like they meant it. Foods the same like any Buffalo Wild Wings but I think every place has their own customer service and such. I’d be back… When I’m in the area :)

Obvious kitchen issues as two of us waited 20 minutes for simple lunch orders when restaurant was much less than 50% full and surrounding tables experienced the same. New menus are fairly tough to read(Note to management: Not all guests are 18 years old. Stupid type selection!) and food is so/so. I’ve had a similar experience at the restaurant 2 – 3 times in the past and had hoped improvements would be made but it just hasn’t happened. Wait staff always pleasant but their tips are impacted by the slow kitchen I’m sure. Restroom cleanliness is OK but my visits have been limited to lunch time. There has to be better options in this restaurant style in Frederick.

Price per wing is getting crazy. Service has gotten slow. And I don’t think they even think to clean the floor when turning over a table. Number of tvs is awesome. But I can make better wings at home. We seriously need a GOOD wing place in Frederick. This is not it

The wings are ordinary and service is slow. There are many restaurants in that part of town to choose from — not sure they can survive unless they step it up.

It’s Buffalo Wild Wings. This place is terrible in general but this location is clearly the worst in the chain. The servers are unbelievably slow. The food is horrible. This defines the worst about America. America is the greatest place on earth and this place reflects the worst of it: processed food, gluttony, and tv every five inches. Beers are not reasonably priced. Basically, the corporate owners are raking in money and patrons are getting sicker and fatter.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant. Buffalo Wild Wings is one of my favorite restaurants. I go once a week, but after tonight I will never be back. 1. It took us over twenty minutes to be greeted. After greeting us, she took our drink order. It took almost 15 minutes to get out drink and when we got them, the ice was melted. Clearly it had been sitting there for a while. 2. After receiving out drinks, we were ready to order an appetizer. She walked by and said she would be right back to take out orders. By that time(another 20 minutes) we were ready to order our meal. We ordered both our appetizer and meal at the same time. We specially told our waitress which food was an app and what was our meal. Little did we know, we got our appetizer and meal and sat for about 30 minutes before we finally asked another server to get us silverware. We also never received our ranch and the woman who delivered our food dropped some of our wings on the table. She apologized and said she would get us new wings and we never saw her again. Go figure. Just like our server. We sat at the table for almost 2 hours while our server walked past us. Not once asking if we needed a drink(clearly empty) or how our meal was. I went inside to get us waters since she never did. After about 30 minutes, I finally went inside and asked to speak to a manager. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt but at this point, it was ridiculous. I was upset when I walked inside and saw her cleaning off a table instead of seeing if we were satisfied with our terrible service. To top it all off, when speaking to the manager — the server looked at us like she had no idea what was going on. SERIOUSLY? The manager told us they just got new pos systems. Okay. That’s the reason why your employee never came to check on us. She took off $ 5.00 from our meal. Sorry BWW, but you just lost yet another customer. I have never NOT tipped before but this was a huge disappointment. Worst dinner ever.

Last month I got boneless medium hot wings — excellent ! Not overly hot, but hot enough. The real meaning of medium. I’ve been thinking about them ever since ! See you soon !

This is an update of an update — update. In all fairness, when a business heeds the advice or opinion of its customer(s), then credit should be given where credit is due. Yesterday(06÷23÷15), I ordered 50 carryout wings(25 Asian Zing &25 Hots) on their Tuesday’s wing night($.60/wing) special. The family really liked the wings and scarfed them down. BWW has definitely improved the quality and size of their chicken wings and is now much tastier then two or so years ago, when I swore off BWW. Well, BWW turned things around in regards to their wings; which are now very good. So much so, that Tuesday may officially become«wing night» at our house/As for their other dishes, I’ll have to check it out and reevaluate.

The service provided by our waitress was excellent. She was quick to have drinks for our and quicker to get refills. We came specifically for the boneless wing special. We ordered of wings and fries. They were made quickly and correctly. We asked for them to be «wet» and all of them had good amount of sauce on them. We were happy with our exprience at the Buffalo Wild Wings. I highly recommend going to this location.

Awful awful awful. Our«server» wouldn’t even look us in the eye, seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. Ordered fried pickles app, you think I would like some napkins? Had to ask. Food comes, had to ask for cutlery. Bill comes. 27 dollars and change. I give our«server» 40 and he asks if I want change back-hell yes I do! He brings 12.00-where are the coins? Pre tip I suppose. P. S.–food was so salty I went to urgent care to check my blood pressure. First and last time there. Patronize your local businesses instead.

I typically go to the BWW in Ijamsville, but wanted to try this one out because it’s a bit closer to my home. BIG mistake! First thing I’ve noticed on a packed Thursday night(3÷26÷15 @8:15pm) during March Madness month, was the wait staff congregating near the entrance talking and joking around. I’ve already called in my order a good 45 minutes beforehand since I knew they would be busy, but I was expecting my order to be ready. After talking to the inept young man at the front desk, he assured me the order was coming. I ask him if the order behind him was ready, he claimed that it belonged to another customer. So, I sit down and wait 5 more minutes. Then 10 more minutes. Then 15 more minutes. While I wait, I watch the wait staff and the boy at the carryout desk goof off some more. Finally, after 19 minutes of waiting, the inept young guy looks behind him, get the bag and calls my name. It was MY order all along! Thanks a lot, BWW! No one will ever mistake the customer service for Harrods of London, but that was ridiculous!

My second visit to BWW was around 2 p.m. on a Tuesday. I hadn’t come to eat, but to sit at the bar, nurse a beer and play some trivia. Only a half dozen barstools were occupado and no one was playing trivia. Fine by me. I asked the bartender for an IPA. She asked me for an ID. I had forgotten all about my first visit to the place. I was 64 back then, 66 now — and I had left my wallet in the car. «I don’t have it with me,» I said. «Just give me the beer. I’m 66, for Christ’s sake.» The couple to my right thought that exchange was funny. I didn’t. «Stay there,» she said. «I’ll get the manager.» Two minutes passed. «Screw this,» I mumbled out loud, then rose from my barstool. «Don’t blame you, bro,» said the guy to my right. He looked around 17. Just as I turned to leave, the barmaid appeared and assured me everything was fine. So, I did stay and had one beer while playing two trivia matches. But that’ll be my last visit to Frederick’s Buffalo Wild Wings. Telling someone who’s 30 that he looks like he might be under 21 is a compliment. Telling someone who’s 66 that he looks like he might be under 21 is just friggin’ annoying.

With large televisions throughout the restaurant and plenty of bar seating(even a wall of half booths!), BWW is a great place for DRINKS. They have a large beer selection and game day drink specials. The food, frankly, blows. They changed the pricing of the wings so that now you’re «guaranteed» the number you order but it’s basically just a gimmick to charge more and serve less. I’ve tried the jerk and Asian zing wings and they were both blah. On a different visit, I had the buffalo chicken sandwich and it tasted like a larger version of a McChicken. The fries that come with it taste a lot like Popeye’s, so they were okay. I’ve noticed that it seems the servers are trained to sit at your table(at least in the bar area) while taking your order. Maybe that’s supposed to create a friendly repoire but I find it weird. Why are you sitting at my table, stranger danger!!! Do I get a friends and family discount since we’re buddies now? I hope the managers cut that out ASAP!

If you love wings this is the place to come. I love their boneless wings they taste amazing and I love getting different sauces on the wings to change it. I don’t really care for the dry rubs on the wings, I’m more of a sauce guy. Also, if you get a tea make sure to ask for the sugar. The waitress said the Manger doesn’t like them sitting out on the tables because it looks trashy. Regardless it’s a great place to come and watch sports on one of their many many many TV’s.
