Pizza Hut

My past two orders have come out wrong. The first time, the spinach seemed like an afterthought. The second time I asked for no mushrooms or olives. I got mushrooms but no tomatoes.

Not surprised that the overall stars for this pizza hut location are one and a half. Disappointmenting every time.
The quality of the food is satisfactory; the problem is that our orders are never correct. Literally every single time. Toppings missing, incorrect sauces, etc. Was really looking forward to trying some of their new pizzas. :(

Worst pizza Hut in frederick. The employees don’t know their delivery area and have you call the other pizza huts, just for them to tell you that the jefferson st one actually is the one that delivers to you. On top of that they mess up my order EVERYTIME. Have given so many chances but they always come short. Get it together guys.

Check out the new delivery service. You call at 6pm two hours later you go pick it up your self. I had to call them to see where it was instead of a courtesy call from them. I was told they didn’t have a driver even though one was sitting there when i pulled in. No discount offered when asked i was told they would credit my account what ever that means. Full price two hour old pizza eating it while writing this review

Fast service and great food

We called and asked for a Supreme pan pizza. The manager said that he did not know what this is and said that they do not offer this type of pizza. WTF!!! This is the pizza that made Pizza Hut so popular! I came on the phone and said that this is the pizza with everything. «Ohhh ok, sure we can do that.»
We then ordered a 2 ltr Pepsi, Pepperoni Pizza, and an order of cheese sticks. We ended up getting a Pepsi Max, pepperoni pizza with cheese on only half, and they forgot the cheese stick! Called him up to ask for my money on the cheese stick. They refused and said that he works every Mondays after 3pm. He’ll remember me and will give me free cheese sticks next time.
That’s the formula to lose a customer! Just recalling this situation just pissed me off even more so I’m making this review into a 1 star review. That’s my story and I’m stickin to it!!!
