So my husband and I stopped in a nice warm afternoon, for lunch and maybe a couple beers. As always, I was super excited and hopeful that this first experience would be a good one. We opted to sit outside as the weather was prefect for patio seating. We were seated immediately and the staff was very nice. We started with the beer bucket special(make total sense if you know you will share a few), the only thing that was kind of annoying about the bucket was the outside table had holes in it, no problem there, but the bucket’s condensation ended up dripping on me a bunch of times. Maybe the restaurant can get some kind of bowl to put under it for the patio sitters next time. For an app, we decided on the Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps, sounded delish, but ended up being super dry and pretty bland. I was so hoping they would be good. For lunch I opted for the cobb salad and my husband just got wings. The salad was a plain Jane as you could get, iceburg lettuce, pre-shredded Mexican cheese, prepared croutons. Call me snobby, but croutons are so easy to make in-house and are so yummy that way, I don’t know why any establishment would waste the money on the crappy store bought kind(rant over), j/s. The hubby said that the wings were OK. Nothing to call home about. At the end of the lunch hour, I was happy to have shared a cold beer special and a good conversation with the hubby. Give this place a try is you are in the area, I’d be curious to see if there are better items on the menu that we should try next time.

Very happy with our dining experiences here. The employees(except for a select few) are pleasant. The menu has a good variety and they have the best macaroni and cheese. If you like spicy(but not too spicy) wings, be sure to try the garlic buffalo. Delicious! Wednesday is wing night(60 cent boneless) and kids night(face painting!)

Review: Glory Days on 7th Street in Frederick, MD. Date: March 19th, 2016 @ 2:05pm. The food was great. However the service performed by your wait staff member, Billy # 105, today between 1:08pm and 2:00pm was the worst experience myself or any of the customers around us had received. First he deliberately ignored us and another table. Brought out the wrong drinks. Took 15 – 20 minutes to let us know about our order. Then we told him of the drink problem. He brought a drink and a kids straw instead of an adult straw… then offered different deals to every table around us with out even offering the deals to our table. He then laughed and said he was just off his game today. Well I think #GloryDays should really look at training there waitress staff on customer service principles and standards. I’m not saying all were like him but there has to be some reciprocation to his childish demeanor. For him specifically, perhaps some remedial training with a waitress that knows how to actually do the job is in your company’s best interest. I would hate to think his unprofessional mannerism and«skill set» represents what your business is about. This will also be posted to Unilocal and Google for future traveling customers to review before choosing to dine at Glory Days on 7th street. You never when a restaurant or google reviewer is in your area.

I love Glory Days. The food there is delicious! My favorite appetizer is the crab pretzels. The chicken wings are the best in town. I always have the best service when I go in there! They are so friendly. The atmosphere is so perfect for sports games. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Glory Days to watch football and basketball.

they have a Monday special on hamburgers. For a long time I enjoyed this item. within the last couple of months every time I order a hamburger it dry and bland. I would not say it’s not worth the money.

This place is always crowded and I understand why. They have great food, service and when you have a toddler it is nice to know that where you go is also family friendly. We went to dinner here last night and our toddler got his food first so he would not fuss. Drinks and food was on point. Loved our waitress.

Great drinks. Really good food. It can be a bit overpriced. Go during happy hour or burn a hole in your wallet. Other than that the place is pretty good

My daughter and I had our first visit to Glory Days Grill today for lunch. The service was prompt, friendly and accurate. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was delicious! The Monday burger special was a hit as well. I highly recommend this place.

I would give them 5 stars if Julie worked every night. She is an exceptional bartender and gives outstanding service and attention to detail. The rest of the bartenders I’ve experienced have been bad enough to make me not come back. I’ll only visit on nights I know Julie is working. I like that they have a cycle of seasonal food selections. I would like to see the draft beers cycle more regularly with more crafts.

I never write reviews but my boyfriend and I thought it was necessary. My boyfriend is a cook in a 4 star restaurant and I’ve worked in several restaurants on and off for over 15yrs. Tonight we had a very unpleasant experience, not worth the money, and we will more than likely not return do to mostly the service. I don’t know if our waitress was new to serving or just had an off day. When she took our drink orders, she darted off to go make them(maybe we wanted an appetizer?). The drinks took over 10mins to get to our table when we only ordered 2 kids drinks, a water, and a bottle of bud. When she dropped off the drinks, she darted off again and didn’t come back another 15mins later to finally take our food order. Our food came out another 15mins later where it was cold, very bland(flavor less), my boyfriend was pissed he was skimmed on the fries, I asked for No pickles or onions when low and behold I had grilled onions hiding and a huge pickle on top of my burger; all our food was brought out by the manager I believe. She never came back to check on us, refill our drinks, ask if everything was ok until we were finished and ready for a check. If we do go back, we’ll play it safe and only come for drinks when a game is on since this establishment only seems to be awesome in that aspect. I don’t wish the girl to be fired or even lectured, with proper training maybe she can be a great waitress. As for the kitchen, my boyfriend said the food NEEDS to be «Doctored Up» with the flavors. I would rate a 2, my boyfriend said a 2 ½−3.

Pretty average bar and food, however I am giving this 4 stars simply because of how fantastic the bartender Julia was. She was very professional and made me a special drink for my birthday and it was a wonderful experience. An overall average restaurant that was made into a great experience because of the bartender.

Been pretty happy with this place overall, especially since my wife found the one vegetarian item on the menu(the veggie burger) and is happy with it. Pretty consistent overall, and food quality is better than Applebees, with a similar price and scene. It seems to be pretty busy in the evenings, but lunch can be a casual. I have yet to check them out during any sports event, but I’d bet it gets pretty busy.

Lovvveee the food here. I always get the same thing. 8 count mild for my man and 8 count Honey bourbon for me, & the cheese fries with bacon. They have a 5 $ coupon they’ll occasionally give out to customers, which is great. & they’re open late. We can place an order on a Friday night as late as 11:45 and still pick it up. The bartender is usually the one to serve us our to go order on late nights. I can’t remember her name. I believe it’s Julia. Something with a J. Dark hair usually in a pony tail. New York chick. Definitely get the impression that all of her customers love her, great personality, friendly, & one time our«extra cheese&bacon» fries didn’t have so much extra, and ever since then she opens them up and double checks for us. Very personable. Would highly recommend the food, or even just to go have some drinks when that specific bartender is working!

Service was great from the greeting at the front door through the entire dinner service. The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Refills came without having to ask or the glass even getting empty. I love when a place just keeps the drinks coming at a perfect pace. The food came quickly and was delicious. I prefer this place over any of the other side of similar chains. Their wings with the Glory sauce are a must try. They are awesome.

Excellent. Had the most delicious, thick, juicy burger with coleslaw that had just the right amount of mayo and seasoning. Hubby loved his crispy fries. Service was quick and friendly. Wish Glory Days was in NJ. Wish I could have one of their burgers now.

Good food but nothing to write home about. I mean, maybe I’d «write home» about the service! All the staff was very friendly & accommodating. I’d come here again when I’m in the area. Good place to have beers & watch the game with a group.

I ordered the Prime Rib sandwich, which in the menu was described as rare and juicy. What I got, on the other hand, was microwaved, overdone, rubbery and dry. Avoid this sandwich at all costs! The veggies side was ok but made from frozen veggies. The waiter was nice but the interruptions to our conversation to check in on us were unnecessary and annoying.

Came to this location for the first time to watch Sunday night football with some friends. And I loved it! The wait staff are really nice and helpful.(And it helped that our waiter was hot. *wink wink*) There are plenty of big screens all over… AND there are speakers at each table to tune into any of the TVs you like! So, you won’t miss any of your game. I recommend the Red Sangria(be sure to get a pitcher) and the crab pretzels. I prefer Glory Days over BWW… just saying.

My mom sent me a picture of a huge, delicious looking salad she picked up for lunch the other day. Come to find out, it was from Glory Days. This prompted a dinner time visit that night… then lunch a few days later. First, there is a lot going on in there. They were decently busy. Not packed but it still seemed loud and full because of the 100 TVs(not really 100). The host staff and the servers were all very polite which was nice. This place has a pretty large menu but pretty basic stuff; just what you would expect from an American bar and grill. Good salads, good wings and a decent beer selection. Seems to cater to the older bar crowd but also families. If nothing else, a solid game day and wings spot. We will be back.
