Older lady at one of the jewelry counters was presumptuous and rude. Get over yourself, you sell costume jewelry, you don’t work at Tiffanys. She didn’t even greet us.

I have been a long time client of the Paper Store in Framingham. Last week, I tried returning a package of «silly bands» that I purchased for my daughter, because they were too small. They did not fit her, because the silly bands were defective, too small for even the smallest wrists. The manager would not take them back, his name is Mark. I asked him if it was worth losing a client over $ 5.99 and he responded, actually they were $ 2.99, because they were on sale. I asked then, is it worth it to lose a client over $ 2.99? and he said«yes, we cannot take them back». He was rude, he left me talking to myself, and walked away with my receipt and defective sillly bands, that I had to stop him so he would give me back my things. He did not return my receipt, he kept it!!! I then emailed the corporate offices to ask them if they care or not, that they are losing a client that shops there all the time. They never called back.

One of the biggest card/stationary/gift retailers I’ve been to. Huge collection of Hallmark cards, especially those ones that play music. Tons of random gift ideas… perfect place to find that personalized coffee mug to give someone. They also have a large collection of invitation designs. Staff can be a bit overly friendly and maybe even follow you around as you walk through the store.
